I was so glad to find these people! They were recommended to me by a trusted service manager from another place who always took care of my car, after he quit being in the car business. He told me that they were honest as their name indicates and would not try to sell me something I didn't need. He told me they were good people, but he couldn't tell me how nice they are and how easy they are to work with. They made me feel comfortable that I am being taken care of. I have found a new place for all my cars mechanical needs.

Honestly the best mechanic in the area in my opinion; very transparent about the process of more advanced repairs and reasonable pricing.One thing that people should get from my experience is an honest fact; they had ordered a $1500 part for my repair, but found out later that they didn t need it to complete the repair. They could have easily have stated i did and i would never have known. But they didn t, instead they took care of my car and were honest with me - they saved me $1500 when they could have easily swindled me. I m never going back to another shop as long as i live here and as long as they go about business this way. They actually care and look out for their customers!

Absolutely the best mechanics ever!! They replaced my driver side mirror, put on two new tires, changed my oil, and blew out my sunroof drains!!! The labor cost for all of this was more than reasonable!!! They are professional, friendly and respectful. I always have questions and they are patient to explain everything! This is My Honest Mechanic!

My mother and I have owned our Lincoln for over 10 years. My mom had brought it to three different mechanics several years ago to try to fix an engine misfire issue that nobody was able to figure out. After bringing my car in for a flashing check engine light, Kevin and several others were able to locate the exact issue and completely fixed my car. I will 100% be returning for any future needs. Audrey, the receptionist, and everyone else working there from the time I showed up were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Great first experience with YHM. The inspection they did was the most thorough I've ever seen. I received detailed descriptions of my car's issues with pictures. The pricing was broken down per issue, so that I could make an informed decision on what repairs to complete. I'll definitely return for future issues.

Awesome work on our truck! Turnaround from dropping it off to picking it up was great customer service outstanding, great communication kept in contact about EVERYTHING! They were able to give me a breakdown of everything wrong, fixed it. Truck is running great now. I am so glad I found this shop. Definitely sticking to this one, highly recommend!

Owner of a 2018 Toyota Corolla. Went here to have my car serviced for regular maintenance and also purchase new tires.I appreciated how thorough the inspection was, and as a women who knows very little about cars I didn t feel intimated to have any extra work done. Additionally one of the mechanics took the time to walk me through the inspection photos and explain a few things to me, THANK YOU!!Tires look amazing and my car is running great!!

The team at Your Honest Mechanic is awesome. They do notch quality work. I had my rack and pinion steering repaired on my Honda Pilot and it drives like a new car. I recommend them everyone. Thanks guys

I'm not going to make a bad bad review but the people that works there are very pleasant. I went n for an oil change, the day after my oil change my car was leaking oil heavily and also something blue was leaking out. NEVER had this problem the whole time I've owned my car. That is until I took it here and just for an oil change. I called them they were very nice on the phone, and told me to bring it back in. But because of this bad experience I wanted no part of them getting my car again. My car haven't driven right since my experience with them. My boyfriend and I was extremely upset extremely. But my car is a Cadillac I probably shouldn't have let them work on it period, not even for an oil change. So now I'm spending money I shouldn't have to to get it fixed. And all this for an oil change. And as I stated. There was NOTHING wrong when I took it in. But great personalities doesn't always mean we do good work. But if they hadn't messed up my car I wouldn't be looking for a new one. So although they messed up my car that I truly love. I'm getting something I really love. So yes they messed up my car and I was hot, but if they hadn't I wouldn't be getting a new gift..

Overall, I ll be back but a couple minor things could be better. Whoever changed my oil left black marks on my almost new car near where the sticker goes on the window. I haven t tried to get it off yet but it doesn t look like it ll be easy to clean. I did have to come back later in the day to have something adjusted that was being loud but the customer service from that experience was very good and I m thankful the owner was able to help me so quickly. The owner is very nice but the people doing the actual work on the cars could probably do better. The people inside at the desk were also very friendly & nice. When I did have to come back, I was called & they offered to come to me but I was almost there but that same gesture was also very considerate.

Just had an oil change and inspection. They were very thorough. Even diagnosed a noise I was needing looked at and was able to give me a quote to repair. They were upfront and honest about it not being a safety issue and didn t need to be repaired at this time if I preferred not to fix. They did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. I was very impressed with this business and will be back!

Incredible shop to do business with. After having problems with my car for close to two months that the dealership couldn t (or wouldn t) fix, YHM had the problems taken care of in just a few days at a fair price. They were very thorough and walked me through the whole process with a detailed list and pictures of problem areas. Thank you for your help!

YHM is hands down the best place to take your vehicle. They stand by their name and are honest about your vehicles needs. They were very informative and actually showed pictures/videos if the vehicle needed anything. Thank you for taking such great care of my car!

The whole crew is awesome!!!!!! Very helpfull and caring! No wait to try to get u in, always checking back with u if everything still OK and if they can help u with something else! The folks over at YHM made the entire experience of having my car fixed extremely easy. Their communication, attention to detail, quotes and work are top tier. These are the only people I will be taking my vehicle to moving forward. Everyone who works at this shop are upfront and as their name implies honest, along with more than qualified, which you don t find a lot of places. They set up towing if need be and even sometimes have a courtesy car for jobs that ll take longer, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Thanks YHM for getting me back on the road in a car I now feel comfortable to use as my daily driver!

The name of this business really does describe them to a T. Hands down the best garage in the area. Staff went above and beyond with fixing my truck. Turnaround time was super fast considering the work that needed done. Even provided me with a free shuttle back to my home after I dropped my truck off. They have a customer for life here. Highly recommend Your Honest Mechanic if you are in the Greenville, Easley, Pickens area.

I am beyond impressed with these guys! They have helped me out a few times now and have made it as painless as possible. They are so kind and explain everything in depth. I trust these guys and their knowledge. Don t go anywhere else in town, trust me! This is the spot. Andrew & Kevin went above and beyond to talk with me and answer all my questions. I appreciate how genuine and honest they were. After going to two other mechanic shops we finally found our place. They fixed the ABS system in our 2008 Lexus rx400h and we are so grateful for the quick turn around.

We are in our 80's and our car broke down in Easley on a Sunday. A man stopped to see if we needed help. He was a mechanic for Your Honest Mechanic. It was determined that the car needed to be towed. He made the arrangements and drove us to the repair shop where we filled out the paperwork. Then he drove us home which was about a hour away. The next morning YHM called to let us know how much to check it out and we approved it. Later they let us know how much to repair it. Again we approved it. Repairs were done quickly and we got our car back on Wednesday. They kept us updated the whole time and even checked back with us a couple days later to make sure everything was okay. Everyone at YHM was friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to everyone. Thank you YHM.

Very efficient, explained what needed to be done, and kept me updated. Notified me as soon as work was completed, Work that they did was completed sooner than what I expected. From the office to the mechanics everyone seems to have a professional attitude.They have a great team there. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service that they provided is excellent. They ordered the part and once it came in, they scheduled the appointment to do the work and did it in the required time that they stated it would take to fix. Very pleased with the work they have done on our car. Will use them again!

My experience there was great. Everyone was super nice especially Amber. They call and make sure that you know exactly what they re doing and they don t do anything until they talk to you about it. The turnaround time on the vehicle was very fast they give you an itemized list of everything that they recommend And I would definitely use them again

These people are all just a joy to work with! It took almost a week to repair my 1999 Jeep and they offered me a loaner car immediately. Prices are good and their guarantee is even better! I won't go anywhere else!

The customer service was great! I got an oil change and that was fine. I didn t appreciate that all my stuff was taken out of my glove compartment and not put back. I assume they took it out to look at the car manual. I didn t realize the items on my seat until I left the shop.

We love them! Been using them for 2+ years and our cars are in fantastic shape. They walk you through everything, tell you what s crucial and what s not, send you an itemized list of problem(s) BEFORE you proceed with service, and work hard to have it done in time. They are also customer service experts with a lovely lounge, clean bathroom, wifi, and snacks!!
