Honestly I wasn t going to come on here and say anything but I feel like I need to stray others from coming here Maybe things will get better for them in the future when they can keep staff. But wow. First of all, my husbands motorcycle was there for almost 2 full years being worked on . It was almost impossible to get in touch with them over at Moto Elite to get an update, as their voicemail is always full. When we d finally get in touch, we were told it ll be done by the end of the week more times than I can count. We are very understanding to the current climate of the world and that they may have been understaffed and unable to fix our issues. We were even understanding of the communication issues. We were grateful that they helped us with the bill after all that time. But fast forward to 2 years later and the CONDITION we received this bike in is unacceptable!!!!!! What did they leave it outside for 2 years? We had a rip in the passengers seat but now there s also a full huge tear in the drivers seat. The bike looks rusty and peeling. Its completely disgusting honestly. I can t even believe they d keep it and return it to us in this condition. I ll find a new mechanic next time.

Bought a Honda that had just had brake job done here, it had no brakes so I took it to them to fix it they ordered a cable that didn't do it said it needed a hub so they put a isec hub on when I came picked it up they put it on my truck and I took it home still the brake won't hold it on my trailer if it is inclined any. It's over an hour drive and I just couldn't keep making the trip there to deal with it, so the owner of the establishment sent someone to my home to pick it up and return it to the shop. Customer service is second to none and I've no doubt that when I get it back it will be repaired with quality from a skilled group of guys who take pride in their craft.

Very Curteous, Professional & REASONABLE Prices. They do Very good work & talk with you like a friend. VERY Slow tho & NEVER returns calls. EVERYTIME I've called to check on my bike he says he'll check & call me back & NEVER has! They stay covered up & need more help. They also need to find different parts suppliers. I have had my bike worked on there twice now & BOTH times have taken over 2 weeks due to shipper delays. The 1st was a clutch cable & this time was a throttle cable. Once they get the part in the repair is done quickly. If he would change where he buys his parts so that the parts are in quickly & returned calls like he says he will, I would "GLADLY" give 5 stars!!!

If you need your ATV repaired this is the place to go. I can only equate it to auto repair and finding shops that know what they are doing and are honest has always been a challenge. The owner of this business not only knows what he's doing but he does it in a manner which is exemplary and superlative in every respect even by South Carolina standards. I would recommend this business to anybody with ATV repair needs. I'm sure you will be satisfied.

Twice now I have had problems changing tires. Been changing tires for years but my BMW GS has wire wheels and are a bear to chain if you don't have the right equipment. The guys at MotoElite are GREAT!. Fixed me right up. I would recommend them for all your bike and 4 wheeler repairs.

Took my 1999 Yamaha 600 to MotoElite last week when it wouldn't run right in cold weather. In and out in less than a week and was very reasonable. And the best part? It was fixed right the first time. I'll never take my ATV to another shop.

I took my mid size Polaris to Moto elite. Only 48 hours on it but out of factory warrantey.I was extremely lucky to find Jesse a Polaris expert.You see my Polaris was losing power and having electrical issues, new battery wearing down , having to recharge battery way to often lights dim , flickering. Choking down loss of power and weak starts.Well , I was very frustrated with this ongoing problem.I told Moto Elite the symptoms and they went to work.I asked them to take their time and let me know what they found. This was after I had consulted Polaris Mfgt , knowledgeable friends and mechanics. Moto Elite went into my Polaris with a fine tooth comb and FOUND the issue. A wiring harness had dislocated its self onto a hot part of the engine and shorted the wiring while engine Temp increased. Problem indentified and fixed at a reasonable chargeThank-You Moto-Elite! My Polaris runs great better than the day I got it!
