Our new place to bring our vehicles to get serviced. They answered all my questions and the cost for repairs were more than reasonable and fair. So happy to have my vehicle in great condition again. Will be referring my neighbors and friends. Thanks Mulzers!

I would rather wait to bring my car here than any other place around that can get me in sooner. Rick is super honest and calls you personally to discuss the scope of work that needs to be done. Jess at the front desk is also super friendly and great to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Mulzer s is the place to take your vehicles for repair. It s a family run, honest business with friendly staff! If Mulzer s can save you money then they will. I had my 2019 KIA Sorento towed in for an issue & Mulzer s looked at it and suggested I call KIA as it s probably covered under warranty and it was! I won t take my vehicles anywhere else!

Mulzer's Car Care is exceptional. Had two tires losing air, called and they told me to come right in, despite their very busy day. Very honest, knowledgeable and hard working shop. They've helped me and my daughters out numerous times over the years, much appreciated.

Dropped my wife s car off to have 4 tires mounted and balanced the week before Christmas. The next night she called me on her way home from work to pick her up on the side of the road. The car was making funny noises . Every lug nut on all 4 wheels were loose. Some tires more loose than others. The car has all factory rims and lugs so there is no reason for this. They never torqued them down. One wheel stud snapped off the rear tire. They offered to fix it but I am reluctant to take any car we own here. It s too bad because I live nearby. Be careful bringing a vehicle here.Service: Tires

Honest, friendly, and accommodating.I had a strange request, and a strange vehicle, and Mulzers just made it happen for me. They went the extra mile and never tried to charge too much or upsell any kind of BS. In my opinion, they are more than trustworthy and I'll be headed back to them in the future.I was very happy with my experience and expect that you will be too.

Just want to add my voice to the chorus of praise for this place. Today was my first visit, definitely won't be my last. From the first contact when I made an appointment - they were really booked up but squeezed me in before my inspection deadline. So nice!! When I arrived I felt right away at home, the atmosphere was so welcoming. I had to wait while my vehicle was serviced because I didn't have a ride. The whole time they were SO busy but there was no sense of stress, rather, efficiency, and everything just flowed. And, by the way, they knew most of their customers by name and their vehicles. Oh and the service - they were quick to get my car done and the price was fair. I don't think you could ask for anything more in an auto shop! Today I just needed an inspection, but I can see that I'll feel good bringing my car here for whatever comes up.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Mulzer's has been a gem of a find for my family since 2019. We had previously been customers of a different repair shop that would often upcharge, place different products on, and offer substandard commercial customer service. Mulzer's changed our experience with car repairs, both expected and unexpected.From oil changes, ignition repairs, replacing catalytic converters and valves, Rick and Jess and the mechanics have been outstanding service providers. The most honest, friendly and helpful shop I ve taken my car to. They are very honest about which services/repairs my car needs every time and never try to upsell. The staff has always been extremely friendly and take time to fully explain all the services. They even recommend other shops/dealers to go too when they are too busy or cannot properly provide the service needed (dealer specific repair). Prices are fair and reasonable & they provide discounts whenever they can.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Love going here to get my car fixed!!! There are super friendly. Right prices they don't make u donate your first born when fixing your vehicle. Besides that there booked a couple weeks out I still go here to bring my car and so don't my mom and my neighbor is trying it to :)

If there were more stars I'd put them in. These guys are unbelievable. This opinion is not coming from someone who's only a customer, its someone who's worked on automobiles for over 20 years. I physically cannot do it anymore, don't trust the knowledge/business integrity of any shop out there except for these people. Above all, Vladimir is a genius. Best mechanic and auto repair shop in Rhode Island. Extremely knowledgeable and has never over charged me. I have since sent my family and friends to Mulzer s Car Care and they are all very satisfied with the work. Rick is an awesome and honest mechanic. Rick, Jess and the team are ROCKSTARS. I have used them for years now. Not only do they do amazing work, they also give honest and valuable advice in regards to a game plan with any maintenance and/or future work on my vehicle. I previously owned a 2004 Toyota and honestly I got every pennies worth of all 262,886 miles thanks to mulzers care!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

They are angels! We drove out from Colorado and got a nail in a tire. They got us in VERY quick and got us back on the road! They also had excellent recommendations for food and things to do!! So friendly! Made what was a frustration into a quick enjoyable wait.

Excellent service every time I have used Mulzer's. Labor and parts pricing is reasonable and they get the work done on time. Jess the service advisor is amazing, it's nice to deal with a friendly person at an auto repair business. Shop and office is super clean which is a reflection of the work ethic and attention to detail of the owners. I will be back when I need service for my car.

If you are looking for honest, quality, skilled, fair-priced auto repair, these are your guys (and gal!). They do a great job. On my last visit (nail in the tire and tire pressure low), they were super quick and charged me nothing. "You just had your brakes done a few weeks ago. This one's on us." 1st time I ve used this repair shop. Excellent customer service. Rick and Jessica are super nice people. The work done on the car was fast and efficient. Rick had to get the part needed for repair from NAPA so I had to wait. The wait was not unreasonable and before I knew it the car was fixed. I would recommend to friends and family.

I went in an emergency situation for my tire and had my two children with me. They not only brought my car right in to get it fixed, but they were so friendly and kind to me and my children. They reduced my stress by this kindness and fast help. I will be using them for all my car needs from now on and can't recommend them enough.Service: TiresService: Tires

Rick, Jason, and Kevin are the best. My car broke down at the motel across the street and Mulzer s really helped me out. They weren t able to fix my car (they didn t have the parts and couldn t take on the project) but they took a good look, did their best to get it started and then gave me a recommendation of a shop that could help me out. Couldn t recommend them enough - good people.

Honest, fair prices, and they really care about you as their customers. Once my phone wasn't working properly, and I missed a couple of their calls. They came by my house to double check that I was okay with the repairs they needed to make before proceeding. That's pretty amazing service. I highly recommend Mulzers!

Fantastic customer service! My girlfriend's car blew the clutch nearby, and we had it towed there for diagnostics. They got it in the same day, gave her a free car to drive home and while they repaired the car, and communicated well the entire time. As someone who owns a repair shop himself, I have nothing but good things to say about the crew at Mulzer's Auto. I'd highly recommend them!

Mulzers is the place to go if you really need your car fixed. Top notch mechanics, the price is always fair and the work is always solid. I've been to quite a few auto shops and mulzers beats them all. Call ahead of time to schedule an appointment if you can, they can get very busy.

Rick, Jess and the rest of the crew are great. They truly know customer service. Found and fixed an issue with brake lines that another company installed. I will be coming to mulzers for any car needs in the future.

This week I had yet another stellar experience with Mulzer's Car Care. So I thought I'd share it.Last Saturday, I left a message on Mulzer's voicemail because I was having a problem with the brakes in my (elderly) Infiniti and I wasn't sure that it was safe to drive. Rick Mulzer called me back (on Sunday!) and assured me that he'd get my car in ASAP and would even have a car that I could borrow while mine was out of service!The following Tuesday (their next business day) Rick's daughter Jessica, called to let me know that I could bring my car in any time.It took some time to chase down the problem, but Mulzer's persevered. They tracked it down and got it fixed in no time.Mulzer's Car Care exemplifies all that's right in a small business and attentive customer service. Rick and his staff are thorough, meticulous and genuinely care about their service and their customers. Rick is courteous and always takes to time to listen to what I have to say. And Jessica, with her sunny disposition and sharp wit is always a pleasure to deal with.I've been a customer of Mulzer's for quite a long time. Yet they never cease to amaze me with their ability to go above and beyond to make sure that everything is just right. And keeping their prices more than fair at the same time. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.If you've been to Mulzer's Car Care, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, you should give them a try.You won't be disappointed!

We moved out of town and because of convenience went down the street from our house.... that was a mistake! No where near the pleasant service and the reliable diagnosis that Mulzers gives. I totally trust Rick to always give honesty and the best fair deal!
