John, Doreen, Randy & Jay took great care repairing my Chevy Volt after it was side swiped by a driver in South Kingstown avoiding a dead deer in her lane. From the time the work began, until completed I was continually informed of the progress addressing all concerns in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend these skilled and friendly specialists to anyone in need of their service.

From start to finish they were professional and accommodating. My truck looked beautiful and so clean when I picked it up. They also finished it in one week while I was out of town. Great service from the people to the quality of work.

I've gone to Coastline twice for body work on my Corolla, and had a great experience both times. Most recently, I brought it in for a new door after a fender bender (someone accidentally hit my parked car while backing out of their driveway). In addition to that work, they thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out AND patched a slow leak in one of my tires at no additional charge. Doreen was also extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and rental car agency. I highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

On July 31, my Regal GS was hit by another driver. My Buick dealer, Paul Masse, recommended Coastline Collision and I am very glad that they did.Doreen, the office manager, is wonderful and she arranged for a rental car and kept me well informed over the 6 weeks that they had my car.When I picked up my car, it had been completely cleaned inside and out and looked like brand new. The quality of the work is wonderful and I am thrilled to have it back in like new condition.If you are in the unfortunate position of needing auto body work done, I highly recommend Coastline Collision.

The owner is TOP NOTCH! Took 2 cars there, he referred me to a cheaper option for a dent, and quickly fixed a for that was bent, no charge. Great people!!!

After being rear-ended at a red light, I had my car fixed at Coastline Collision. They took care of having a rental car ready to go at their site for me. They handled all of the insurance issues. They were always pleasant to deal with. Last, but of course not least, they did a beautiful job on my car. It looks brand new! I highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend Coastine Collision. We are new to the area, and someone hit one of cars last month. Our experience was absolutely perfect; they were friendly, professional, prompt and efficient. They truly took the stress out of having our car hit. I highly recommend this shop for collision repair work. They had my car done by the time I needed it. the car looked like it had never been in an accident before. They even worked with me on repairing certain things and not worrying about other non essential things at my request. The owner and his employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and are very friendly and welcoming. Use this shop if you need any work done.

Brought a car a few months back and they told me it was totalled and would cost $5000-$6000 to repair. Took it to my local repair shop and the did got the same "totalled" car up and working for $1500. Clearly something doesn't add up...
