I cannot recommend them enough. Multiple places refused to fix my car because it was simple work--but too much for a regular place to tackle. As a busy grad student who knows nothing about cars, they explained everything in detail, worked with me on a day to drop off, and also were reasonable with the pricing. I highly recommend you don't waste your time with other places!

Classic Coach Auto Repair is hands down THE auto repair shop in the Philadelphia area! They did a phenomenal job in repairing the bumper of my 2023 Nissan Sentra. They also, gratis, removed concrete acid that had blemished my Black SUV. They made it look brand new! If you need an auto repair, go to Classic Auto Repair of West Chester! They do nice work. My car got hit n bumper was damaged when I got my car back it look brand new n they detailed my car as well. I thought they gave me wrong car lol. Also great customer service

The best of the best. Frank and his team went above and beyond and returned my car looking brand new. The process was seamless and timely. They handled all the stress of insurance, communicated the progress, and assured me my vehicle was in good hands. When it was time for pickup, I could not believe it was the same car! It was in perfect condition, inside and out. It is as clear that the entire team worked together to make sure everything was flawless- body work, tires, paint, electrical, interior. On top of this, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend classic coachwork!

Terrific body repair shop! Great communication from a very professional and helpful staff. My sideswiped Kia Forte was repaired so well you would never know how badly it had been damaged. I m so happy I took my car to them to be fixed!

Tim at Classic Coachworks came to my rescue after I damaged a sideview mirror cover and needed a new one. Hyundai wanted $778.23 plus painting plus labor ($1000+) to replace the WHOLE mirror. Tim got the cover only, painted it and installed it for $90. Classic was honest, friendly and quickly got this job done saving me big bucks! What a relief to find an honest business!Service: Painting

I was referred have my car fixed at Classic Coachwork by my car dealer. I'm glad I listened and took the recommendation. They were professionals from the start. Helped me through the entire process from A to Z. I will.definitely use them again.

They do extremely good work. My only issue ever, most recently the pinstripe Chevy logo was not available so without notification, they modified the existing logo to match the logo which was available. They did a flawless job but the lack of communication is a concern. They have worked on other cars of mine without issue and the quality of the work is near perfect. And I am very detail oriented.

I just picked up my car from Classic Coachwork, and it looks good as new! They really go above and beyond--from helping me get in touch with the rental car company while my car was being repaired--to being in communication about the repair progress. When I picked it up, it was freshly washed, and they even detailed the interior of my car. I would definitely go back to them, and I highly recommend their work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tim, Frank and the entire staff at Classic are amazing. They are responsive, kept me updated the whole time they had my car, extremely professional and kind.I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They helped me deal with insurance adjusters, allowed them to come to the shop so I didn t have to do that. When the adjuster missed a detail- Tim called on my behalf and made sure it was noted and in the quote.When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The outside is what had damage but the inside was detailed, cleaned, and in perfect condition.I highly recommend Classic Coachwork in Upper Darby.

Classic Coachwork was great. I took my car here after getting in an accident, and I'm so glad I went with them versus one of the suggested garages that my insurance would have given me. Very friendly and nice and great work! They called me through out the period of time it was being worked on just to keep me in the loop and give me any updates/answer any questions I had. When I picked my car up they had it all ready for me and I was in and out of there quickly. As it should be, you would have never known there was any damage done to it as they fixed it up perfectly. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car really good, it looked better than when i first bought it! Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Classic Coachwork twice and each time they have done excellent work. They when beyond what is necessary to make me feel at my car was in good hand. Each time I has to use their services I walked away happy and my car looked brand new; they even washed and vacuum my car so it looked better then when I brought it in. I recommend Classic Coachwork to anyone who wants a professional experience, their names is Classic and that is what you receive there a classic experience.

I am 100 percent satisfied with the service done on my car. The staff at Classic Coachwork are very nice and care about the cars of their customers. They were so helpful during the whole process and fast. I highly recommend Classic coachwork and would go back to them again. Tim and Rich really made the experience great. After working on my car, they even cleaned inside it really good! The pictures doesn't even do justice to the amazing work. They went above and beyond with fixing other issues with my car and being honest about everything that needed to be fixed. Classic coachwork is the way to go!

Great experience with my car from Classic Coachwork s of Upper Darby. They had it for awhile (due to insurance hold ups) but they did an excellent job. I was thoroughly pleased with the outcome of my repairs. They even went the extra mile fixing things that I had not got around to do. Thanks again to Frank & his team that worked on my SUV, for an excellent job well done. I will highly recommend your place to family and friends that need car repairs. Thanks again.

The Hyundai dealership recommended Classic Coachwork and I m so glad I took the recommendation. When I stopped at Classic Coachwork, Tim promptly took photos of my car and always answered my phone calls. They gave me a fair estimate, warning me that it could go up if they uncover issues and would let me know. They did an excellent job repairing my bumper and I highly recommend them! I recently brought my Ford Fusion into Classic Coachwork for some repairs to the front bumper and the staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. They quickly got me an estimate on the repairs. I had to get an estimate from another shop in order to go through my insurance and the guys at Classic were very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. After I got the second estimate, Classic was able to fit me into their schedule right away. I highly recommend this shop for body work.

I was referred to this shop from my dealership, and I am glad I was. Someone had attempted to break into my brand new car and damaged it in the process. From the time I called them to the time of the work being completed ALL the staff were amazing and made everything as convenient as possible for me.Richard is who worked on my repair and was very hospitable.I would definitely go back if ever needed!Thank you!

Classic has worked on two of our cars in recent months. On each occasion, Tim and Frank have provided fast, efficient and excellent service. Estimates were provided quickly; they dealt with my insurance company so that the whole process was both easy and seamless for me. The actual work, which in both cases was substantial, exceeded my expectations. The work involved parts replacement, dent removal, and paint. Upon completion, both cars looked virtually perfect. Throughout the process, I was kept informed by both Tim and Frank as to the progress and expected completion date. Both cars were completed by the promised date. Based on my experience I unreservedly highly recommend Classic.

Tim, Frank and the entire classic coachwork team are awesome. The very first encounters with Tim and Frank were pleasant and professional. The lobby is clean and comfortable for waiting. Tim communicated often sharing the progress of my auto accident repair. The shop returned the car on time, clean and looking better than before the accident. Overall terrific experience. I learned about the shop via word of mouth and now I have found my new auto body shop. Thank you Classic Coach!

From the time Frank & his team at Classic Coachwork provided the estimate until the time I picked up my car, the experience exceeded expectations. Tim was my point-of-contact and was very clear in explaining what had to be done and what I could expect. When I dropped off my car, Tim gave me a timeline of when the car would be ready and delivered on that promise. They also took care of coordinating my rental car. And when I picked up my car, I couldn t tell where the damage was or what had been repaired. And the paint job was amazing. Hats off to Frank and Tim and the rest of the team at Classic Coachwork for such a positive exoerience.

Excellent customer service and my car looked better than when I first bought it. I was in a fender bender and Classic helped me get through the whole thing. The friendly office workers were great at helping get a rental, drop off my car, and make arrangements to pick up my vehicle upon completion. My car looked flawless upon pick up and was given spot touch up paint to continue to keep my car looking amazing. Great service, excellent experience, and I highly recommend Classic Coachwork over any body shop in the area. Simply the best.

So, where do I begin with Classic Coachwork Collision Repair team. Well, let's just start by saying they went back in time & gave me a brand new 2008 acura tl type s, straight off the 2008 showroom! Maaan, I KNEW I took to the right TEAM of experts. Tim was the person I kept in direct contact, from start to finish. It was a bit of time, but that's because of insurance and title issues. But, Tim and his expert team of craftsmen, did a REMARKABLE job on my car. And thee attention to detail was flawless. So, with that said, they deserve 6 1/2 's AT LEAST. If you need ANY type of body work, small or large, Classic Coachwork is thee ONLY go too in the Delaware Valley, (In my humble opinion) Thanks again Guys, sincerely George. Recently and over the past several years I ve taken 3 cars to Classic Coachwork for repairs. Tim and Frank provide excellent service. The work is always of the highest level. You re treated with respect and courtesy. Tim is always available if you have any questions or concerns. I will never go anywhere else. Classic Coachwork Upper Darby for Life!!!

Let me begin by saying that I HIGHLY recommend Classic Coachwork. My experience with Jack and with his staff was superb. My car was severely damaged in an accident, Jack went above and beyond to ensure that I understood all my options and that I was taken care of.The staff at Classic Coachwork are professional and pleasant. Not only was I given my car back looking absolutely spectacular.. But Jack gave me excellent, customer-focused advice and my car was cleaned and vacuumed.I will be going to Jack and his crew with all future bodywork, I will be referring him to my friends.Go with Classic Coachwork Upper Darby, you will not regret it!

I love Classic Coach Work! Every time myself or my family needs a fix the team is beyond welcoming, friendly and professional! Everyone that works there always has a smile on! Classic Coachworks exceeding my expectations with the work they completed in repairing my car. My mirror was knocked off the car, and when I got the car back it look like a brand new car. Wow! In addition to the superb work done to the car the customer services from Jack and Dee were the friendliest, welcoming, and satisfying I have received in a long while. Keep up the good work! classic coachwork in upper darby is absolutely amazing. The body work is top notch and most importantly for me is the customer service. They go above and beyond any customers expectations. Helpful throughout the whole process. Picked up my car and it looked and drove like the day I took it off the showroom floor. I think it looks better now honestly. Car was perfect and detailed inside and out. I would highly recommend classic coachwork to anybody who appreciates great body, exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

I am so beyond thankful for Classic Coachwork in Upper Darby! I originally took my car here in 2017 because my bumper was leaking water. I had been in an accident the prior year and the shop I went to in West Philly did a very bad job and left my bumper leaking water into the spare tire region. Tim and the entire staff at Classic Coachwork were so beyond friendly and actually talked to me as a person, not just a woman who doesn't know anything about cars! They fixed the leak in my car for an extremely fair price. I have been back to Classic Coachwork multiple times since that initial visit for all my various car needs. They are always friendly and have a surplus of water, snacks and candy! If I ever have a question about anything/curious about the price of something, they are more then happy to explain it to me. Owning a car is stressful but Classic Coachwork makes it ok! I even make the trek out from West Philly to come here!
