Poor customer service and terrible experience start to finish. After they completed "their" repairs, I still have to take it to get the rest done they decided to do and wash the sticky tar off my door they don't seem to feel they should have cleaned off.

Gerber Collision in Turtle Creek worked directly with my insurance carrier for a seamless and efficient repair. While my car was at Gerber, they were good at communicating and updating me with the progress. I was impressed that they finished the car in a timely manner with no issues and delays. The repair work was excellent and would take my car to Gerber again. I especially liked working with Kristin and Todd.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Amazing job by the whole staff at Gerber!! I was going to book an appointment for car repairs closer to the city(I live in Lawrenceville) but felt like I was doing them a favor when I called. Instead I chose Gerber, which was the right choice. Judy answered all my emails promptly and helped me through the whole process any time I called. My repairs were done about an hour earlier which was nice and the staff detailed the inside and outside so my Chevy Spark looked like new!!Thank you again for all the hard work and dedication the Gerber staff put forth!! STAY AWAY!!! They broke my back dash cam and refuse to pay for it. I ll never get anything done here again no matter how big or small. The investigation they did into the damage was I don t think my guys would do that as if that was a mom protecting her kids. WOW!!! I got my car back after Coming here used my insurance with geico got my car fixed after someone hit the back of my car. It did take a month but that s because of the delay in the parts. But I got my car back it was spotless inside they did good with cleaning my Matts and carpet. I got new back bumper and new trunk door looks amazing. They even changed my oil because I needed it. They took care of my car. It was amazing getting my car back and everything was clean. I could tell that my car got some real TLC Thank you guys! So far everything looks good. I have guarantee so if anything goes wrong they can fix it for you so that sounds good to me but so far it looks amazing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great & Professional Service!! I called this company to replace my windshield since I had a crack on the right side. The lady that took my call was very nice and professional. She made me want to go with this company right away. Talked to her on a Tuesday and it was fixed the next day! AND THEY CAN COME OUT TO YOU! the guy that came out was so quick and professional. Brand new windshield within a day. His work was so neat and clean. SO AFFORABLE. was the lowest price I got after calling 2 other companies for estimates. I can thank them enough for affordability, fast, professional beginning to end and they come out to you which is the best part. In and out, done with such great service. Thank you so much! Passing this company along to my friends and family

HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer Service is horrible!!!!!!!! Stay away!!! None of them are on the same page!You get told wrong information and it makes an ALREADY bad situation even worse!!!!!!People do reviews for a reason - and I should have taken the time to read more of them instead of some .

Arrived for my appointment and they told me it would have to be rescheduled because their "system is down". The system had apparently been down all morning but they didn't call to cancel my appointment because without their system they don't have any contact info. All I needed was a labor estimate for paintless dent repair with no insurance involved. They said they couldn't do that without the "system". Very frustrating. Their "system" seems poorly thought out.

This review is based upon my experience with customer service as I wasn't able to have my truck repaired at this shop because it was eventually considered a total loss. However, I must say that the customer service here is superb despite a various mix-ups that were resolved as quickly as possible. They even accommodated my young child very well. So, I am looking for a "new" used car/truck and if it needs any bodywork done, I will definitely go to Johnny Mock's.

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy if I had one. The paint job looked as if an 8 year old did it! They also did additional damage to my vehicle while it was under their care, and of course they denied it. The insurance company had already paid them, so my hands were tied. Whatever you do, don't go there or do business with them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top notch service, I had my car serviced there after a deer struck my car. Paint job was excellent and over a year later noticed some superficial rust where door wasn't aligned. Called and spoke to David and was able to have my car looked at same day, two days later car was painted and door aligned. They even provided me a rental car and replaced a broken door latch at no cost to me.They truly stand by their work. Thank you to Jim the tech who explained the scope of the job and completed to perfection and to Judy and David for keeping me updated while my car was under repair. Awesome experience from start to finish.

Made appt via phone for estimate. At appt I wa'a told that he Insurance company had not sent authorization do they would give no estimate Another collision have estimate wo authorization. Getting work done at The one who do not waate my time.

Excellent auto body work from a company that cares about customer satisfaction.I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, and walked two doors down to Enterprise for a rental car. I had caused extensive damage to my passenger door, where the side of the car body was scrunched like an accordion. I had to get my entire side panel replaced.Every single person was polite, and I was not teased or disrespected like I was at two other auto body shops, when I asked for my estimate.When I picked my car up, it was freshly waxed, and the interior had been protected with armor all. The body work was flawless, but a few days later when I noticed that the lock button on the passenger door handle was unresponsive, I called Johnny Mock's and was asked to bring my car in to be looked at. Johnny Mock's genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with their work: they checked over my car with urgency and were eager to ensure that I was pleased. They forgot to plug in a connection inside the door panel so they fixed their mistake and apologized.I hope you never need auto body work done, but if you do: Johnny Mock's will take good care of your car.

From the minute you walk in to this repair shop, you can tell everyone cares. They make you feel that you are their #1 priority. They took the time to explain the repair processes in a manner that put my mind at ease. I knew immediately I was in the right shop. Just had my 2013 Land Rover LR2 repaired after an accident. Johnny Mock's did a fantastic job and made sure all parts that needed replaced were (instead of trying to repair). Great service and kept me updated on process (waiting for insurance approval after more damage was found, est. finish date, etc).

This is the BEST Auto body shop EVER!!! They are super helpful, direct, honest, and keep you informed at all times. They even cleaned my car (the inside!!!) before giving it back to me; it was so kind. I love them.Thank you!!!!

Horrible experience!!!!! Had to call abunch of times and they said my car was fixed I picked it up and almost died on the way home. The cradle was bent and syrits blown out and exhaust was snapped off at the manifold. Do not use

Heard good things about this place from friends, so figured I'd give them a try. I got rear-ended by someone who was on their phone, so repairs are paid by her insurance. Most damage was in bumper area, but my plastic tailgate latch also broke loose from the impact. Johhny's estimator, Patrick, refused to include the latch repair on the estimate. He said he would have to let the insurance company decide if they would pay for it. Yeah right. Johnny's lost my business now and always.

Took vehicle in for repair was told 3 to 4 days and arranged same with Enterprise Rent A Car. Took 5 days which would have been ok if they had done the work. First, asked for summer tires to be mounted in place of winter tires and then do an alignment. Instead, alignment was so far off that the steering wheel was off a full quarter turn. Try driving with the steering wheel of by that much. Scratched wheels trying to attachment the alignment equipment. Body work seems good, but they had to remove a piece of side trim and then reinstall. Instead, they got some debris between the trim piece and mounted it anyway. Just very poor workmanship. Had tires in trunk and lug nuts for the summer wheels . The scratched the rear bumper taking the tires out of the hatch and of course gave the car back to be that way. Never used the summer chrome lug nuts that were sitting right beside the tires. I have another appointment scheduled for 5/6/14. I tried to call to verify on 5/5/14 at 4:15PM and no one answers the phone. Recording says they are there until 5:00PM. I don't know maybe they were really busy. I will try one more time and will write another review latter to know the outcome.

Typical "insurance company preferred" shop, in the pocket of the insurance companies. They have mastered the art of talking nice on the phone, making it sound like they are helping you out. In the end, they are slaves to their masters, the big insurance companies. As is always the case, the insurance companies recommend them for a reason and it's ALWAYS about saving the insurance company money.

Shoddy repair; paint doesn't match, wiring harnesses not connected and rewired incorrectly. Additionally, they didn't do anything they stated they would do when they did the original estimate.

Gotta Love them, USAA suggested repair facility. What a great place. Everyone is professional experienced. Repairs were completed as estimated. Like it never happened. All the paperwork was completed for USAA.
