I delivered parts here and was impressed by the professional decorum of the staff. The shop is big. Although in the middle of nowhere, it is very easily accessible along the highway.

I work here so I may be biased. But this place is the most honest and wholesome auto shop around.I have seen behind the scenes and details, I know that they will admit to any mistakes made. I also know that they will show photos to customers of what is happening to their vehicle. I know that they will have customers look under the vehicle when racked up. I highly recommend this place for any automotive problems and body work!

Failed vehicle inspection for aftermarket fog lights in my girlfriends car. They didn't use the correct lift points and caved in and bent the pinch weld and bent the guard for the fuel tank inlet and EVAP hose. After the lights were disabled it passed inspection but they did it again and bent the same parts but broke the EVAP hose support bracket (she dragged it home) and actually split the pinch weld by using a non-internally supported part of the pinch weld.The notches in the pinch weld are engineered for a reason. Repaired the the damaged areas and this year Ford failed our inspection for a rotten rear cradle that Navy Run missed last time and severely compromised inner and outer rockers panels because of the damage of using the guards as lift points and not using the correct ones in the front. That let the weather in an ruined both rocker panels inner and outer. The rear alignment is still wrong. Not recommending them anymore. Many more complaints than I can list here.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I own Draft HVAC & Plumbing and I took my van here due to it stalling frequently and two other mechanic shops mis-diagnosed the issue but Navy Run figured it out and now my van is back in service. As a business owner, I almost always expect to get overcharged for repairs as well but they were very fair with pricing for the quality of work that was performed.
