Yertys support was outstanding. However, eBay support is worthless. When I asked for a refund, they had no records of the transaction. Ergo, I have to eat the loss after returning the merchandise. Not cool!

I ordered a used sun visor for my car via their Ebay store to replace my busted one. The item arrived in great condition and wrapped/secured fantastic. The shipping was also fast and arrived on time as expected. Overall, a positive experience.

One of the greatest used parts supplier I ve dealt with. Dave is just the best! He is the person you wanna talk to. Great communication, very professional, he was super helpful! Went there last week for a hood, gave me a fair price, never hesitated when I asked if they had one in a specific color, and pulled it while I waited. Both guys I dealt with were very nice, the counter person even came outside to let me know when they had it pulled. The next time I need something they ll be my first call!

Purchased an LML Duramax Diesel Motor from this place off eBay. Was described as a Great Running Motor . Was told would ship immediately upon payment . It took about 2 weeks to finally receive. After receiving and installing the motor had major injectior issues. I mentioned to seller , said to let them know what I come up with. Took the truck to the dealer to assess the issue and figure the problem. The dealer found out the the motor that was sold to us had 6 injectors that were bad out of 8 and that the fuel system was contaminated. We had to replace the injectors , lines ect in a motor that was sold to us as a good running motor and it was not. Gave the seller an opportunity to make it right and they did not even attempt in the slightest way. The sellers description was incorrect and they sold us a bad motor.. gave them the opportunity to make it right with us and they have done nothing . As of this am we have proceeded with a lawsuit in regards with complete documentation along with the dealer to back us up..A $9500 motor purchased from these guys turned into a $7,800 Bill on top of the purchase because they lied about the motor to sell it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR ANY REPAIRS OR PARTS OF ANY KIND .

Thanks for the whole purchase process! Found you on eBay while searching for a transmission for my girl's car. Called you the next day and I came right down. The negotiations were done with ease, you agreed upon lowering price off and a few things. Ended up not spending nearly as much money on transmission. Also, this transmission ended up being the one with lowest miles in my price range that was for sale.Thank you so much , sir . I was recommended by a few friends to check out Yertys for car parts , they are really nice and pretty affordable . Affordable maybe ? I wouldn t know. Nice?.. 1000% NOT. I called earlier this afternoon looking for a car part (something I am sure is within the job description and deal with on a daily ).. the man who answered was extremely rude / huffing and puffing and acting annoyed while I was asking for my part . He then dryly replied with a follow up question, while I was looking at paperwork to answer him and began speaking - I was very rudely interrupted with you know what it doesn t matter , it doesn t matter, it doesn t even matter because there are only 2 of them and we don t have either one and I said oh ok , I mConfused at only have 2 of what because I never told you the answer you were asking , I am trying to ::phone hangs up:: in mid conversation. hey man , if you don t like your job , find a new one! And when dealing with customer s ( definitely not a job for you ..obviously) you may want to be just a tad bit nicer before you start to lose clientele.

I've been to Yerty's a few times. I've always had a great time there. People there will work with you on getting your parts. I needed a few parts for a 2005-2009 Subaru Outback and they had everything I needed at a reasonable price

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Worse experience ever!! They will sell you a defective part and will not stand behind it. They sold us a part and the local dealer tested it and told us to return the part as it was not functional. They refused to replace or refund the part. I returned the part to them and they still refuse to assist. They will sell you a useless part and take your money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once they had my money, they would not return my calls. HOW SMALL MINDED TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS AND TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. SHADY PEOPLE!!!

Stopped in to get a door handle for my GF's civic. The guy behind the counter was fine, called his supplier to see about getting one for me. Couldn't have one until the following Monday which was fine, but I needed the part. I asked who the supplier was and Matt Yerty said he wasn't allowed to tell me that. As I was walking out he told me not to come back, no problem bud. Bought a NEW handle for $10 less at NAPA. Take your business elsewhere. Garbage prices, parts, and people at Yerty's.

So I went to an Auto Repair place near my college and they told me I needed about $1000 in repairs on my car. I decided to wait it out and take my car to Yertys when I got back home to Roaring Spring. When I took my car they said only one thing needed to be fixed which the other place said that one repair would be $250, Yertys only charged me $130. Glad I did not let that other place take me for a ride and I waited to go to Yertys.

Very good experience. the only minus is they Wouldn t ship my part, I had to travel from Rochester New York 4 hours away to pick up my part.

I was in dire need of good used tires and they were the only ones who had the size I needed. Quick response and tires were in great shape.

Received wrong parts while was promised in the phone that will be "exact match", and I have to pay $15 + return delivery cost for nothing.
