I spent $1100.00 on a new stereo, camera and install. It has never worked properly I brought it back immediately multiple times. The Apple play doesn t work no one can hear me I have multiple phones same thing. They also installed the new camera on the handle to my trunk. Now I have to be careful not to knock the camera while opening and closing my trunk.

Been going here for all my customizations for years on multiple vehicles I ve owned, always been treated with the utmost respect, never a problem ever, the whole staff are just an amazing group of individuals. Had the pleasure of talking in depth with Tony Sr today for an extended period of time, covering a spectrum of topics and honestly I walked away from that conversation seeing how and why I ve received the level of professionalism I have over the years, the tree definitely doesn t fall far the tree Tony Jr is a direct embodiment of his Father, nothing but good things to say about my experiences here and I highly recommend them for all you vehicle customizations.

Seriously terrible experience, bear with me on this review..First, I went in, talked to the main guy, and brought my own amplifier and subwoofer to have installed on my stock car.I was quickly talked in to upgrading my stock speakers to a set of speakers, and I decided to go with it.Less than 2 weeks later, two speakers crackled like crazy, I returned and was told that I could "upgrade" to a better set and get a free return on the ones they had previously installed. I did that.After the installation, it was within two days that the amplifier fried out (No, I was not overpowering it, I swear. I do not listen to music loud like some people) - I returned, got another amp installed that they sold me.Less than 2 miles down the road, the subwoofer was blurting out loud noises at random and cutting a bunch and my speakers begin to crackle, returned right away and was told that I'll need a new part which is installed in my dashboard, and that the previous one they had installed was their "basic" one and I needed a better one, to filter noise. Paid for that..Three weeks later, I am driving on 76, listening to TALK RADIO - I smell smoke coming from my subwoofer. Pull over, disconnect it, return to shop. Subwoofer is blown out, am told I need a new one. I buy *another* one from their shop.Less than a month later, all my speakers crackle, cut out, lose sound, and are wired incorrectly. Took it to TWO other different shops locally and they completely roasted High End Vine Street's work and said they notoriously do lazy and poor jobs on peoples wiring and they are "tired of having to correct it".Upon inspection at another shop, they began to see how poorly and jankily this wiring job was, to the point where certain mixings on certain songs would not come through due to the way the speakers were wired. For example, vocals not playing on parts where there are vocals, certain instruments not coming through, guitars being only on one side of the car, etc.It is now roughly 11 months later, I have zero audio in my car now after it has cut out entirely. All in all, I gave High End Vine Street Car Audio nearly TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS and received absolute trash in service and quality of product and now I have to spend more money and I have to go elsewhere to have the entire thing rewired and fixed :)P.S Appointments mean nothing here, if you schedule one, you'll still end up waiting an hour and a half before they even get around to pulling your car in the garage. Wasted so much of my life sitting around in this place.

So far they have great customer service very friendly but they are busy so you have to be patient depending of what your getting . Im getting a vehicle wrap so they kept ordering samples till we got the perfect color and once i finishing paying ill come back and give an update on what I already know will be an incredible wrap job

This place is awesome!!!! They were very professional, courteous, timely and did excellent work! I can't say enough about them! The work they do is very "High End!" They turned my basic Infiniti FX35 into something special!!!! Pics of before and after below!!!!!

High End Vine Street Car Stereo Inc is the best place to take your car. They are a one stop shop and can do anything with your car that you can imagine. I've personally worked with Anthony (jr) for the past 2 years and everytime I leave I'm amazed at how fast and well they work as a team to help me build my dream system. My favorite attribute of the company is just being honest with the customer. A lot of people who began to gravitate towards aftermarket equipment have ideas of what they want but are unsure of what it takes to get there. High End will keep it 100% real with you and can work with your buget. Really down to earth people who love what they do.

I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.

Had an awesome expiration very helpful and informal. Talked to Anthony on the phone to have make an appointment Scheduled immediately to update my truck radio unit.When i arrived Giovanni took care of everything very knowledgeable. Went over the options available and found the unit that was right for my needs , they took it from there with in 2 hours called me back and the job was complete . Professional , fast & convenient. simply the best !

Rather than give you a straight thumbs up or thumbs down I ll just tell you a story and you take it from there.In July of 2022 I set up an appointment with HIGH END STEREO to have them install in my 2016 Toyota Corolla a new radio with a built in GPS system. I wanted the GPS accessory as part of the radio rather than one of those clunky things people attach to their dashboard with a suction cup no thanks.First it was explained to me that I could no longer have an auxiliary input with the new radio but I could connect my Ipod through an HDMI portal wire running near the pedals. I discovered after installation that I would not be able to charge and play an Ipod at the same time since the charger and the HDMI cable used same aperture. I was more than a little concerned about this since I would be using the car for long trips but I soon realized this was the least of my problems.Shortly after I drove out of the shop I noticed reception problems. Now in center city Philadelphia faulty reception for AM is to be expected but in my case there was no reception at all for AM and reception for FM was faulty and constantly breaking up. Also a voice would come over the sound system alerting me that I was over the speed limit even when I was not. They were able to remove the voice over, but sadly that did nothing for the poor reception. They eventually installed a new antenna, which worked well initially but even that proved faulty. Also to add to my discomfort I found they had inadvertently disconnected my rear-view camera.I made so many visits to HIGH END STEREO over the next several weeks with one problem always being replaced with another problem and then another and so forth and son on that I was beginning to become a permanent fixture in their waiting room. Also the staff seemed to be trying to convince me that I was the problem. The most bizarre event (and the final straw) was one day I called them up at nine in the morning and made an appointment for 3 O clock that afternoon. When I got there I was told my appointment had been scheduled for yesterday and I never called to cancel but they would try to fit me in. I did everything I could to control my exasperation and informed them, as calmly and as courteously as possible, that I had made the appointment six hours ago not six days ago. However, I did not press the point since it was beginning to dawn on me that in the land of the blind the eyed man is king or (even worse) I was starting to feel like a frustrated character torn from the pages of a Franz Kafka novel.To make a long story short after weeks of frustration, disappointment and numerous visits I finally threw in the towel and took my car and my business to PERZAN s at 64th and Market. The PERZAN guy started from scratch. He was able to fix me up with full auxiliary access, exceptional reception for both AM and FM and also provided me with several benefits that could have been but were not wired in by HIGH END STEREO the most important being steering wheel volume control which is a real perk. PERZAN was also able to provide me with perfect rear camera perception and the reception both AM & FM continues to be first rate.So that is my story. Take from it what you will.Joe Shannon

Although it take a while for my order to come in, but it was all factory's fault. Finish my mod very quickly, also take down $25 for my inconvenience. Very good people here, do recommended!

By Far the most amazing service and cleanest install. Anthony and the entire crew made sure I was well taken care of and had great advice. My 2022 Silverado looks completely stock until you turn the volume up! Amazing company and amazing people! #1!!!

Great work and highly knowledgeable. I had purchased a set of side skirts elsewhere and high end did install for me. Very professional!!. Item was shipped to me damaged and high-end staff was able to repair and install item perfectly. Customer service and satisfaction is a guarantee at this place. Will be using them for all my vehicle needs!!!!

One of the easier 5-star ratings I could give. Called on a Tuesday night and got me in first thing Wednesday morning. I attempted to install an aftermarket mulitmedia head unit in my 03 Lexus GX and failed. These guys got the job done in less than 2 hours and took genuine interest in what my dilemma was. Such a niche and complicated job to master and they gave a more than fair price. I will come back to upgrade audio here due to how easy and fair these guys treated me.

I had a problem that I thought no one could fix. My factory radio with GPS, navigation & Bluetooth stopped working, and my local VW dealer wanted a crazy amount of money to replace it. High End was able to install a new Alpine head unit with Apple car play and I couldn t be happier. The new unit looks amazing and sounds incredible. I was so impressed with their team because they were able to install it in a few hours. I will be returning to upgrade a few other items. If you are having car radio issues, I highly recommend you visit their store.

I went here and the people were nice and all, but whomever installed my system did a horrible job. I can t even utilize my equalizer that comes with my car. (I didn t buy a equalizer, I didn t change my radio at all, just added speakers, amp, wiring)The wiring was horrible and I spent more money there then I would ve anywhere else

I'm constantly calling here like 3/4 times a day for these few days and all I get is the annoying female voice machine all it does is talk talk talk talk talk I'm surprised you still got customers coming in

I never Write reviews .. but In this case it s necessary! First and foremost I have had them do different things to at least 4 of my cars over the years but this time was especially exceptional . First, Anthony is the best and very patient . I was all over the place with customizing my vehicle and although they did exactly what I wanted , I hated it. Anthony refused to let me leave unhappy and did everything in his power to fix it and they did . I was The biggest pain in the a** during this process. Texting and calling and just being annoying , but Anthony never made it seem as if it was an issue. Honestly I would have told a customer like me to go somewhere else , but they really did exceed my expectations in the end and I m finally happy with my G-wagon . I m sure everyone there is great ! But ask for Anthony , he will make sure you are good for sure ! Also, I think their pricing was very fair . If I had to say anything that was not 100% satisfactory it would be that I wish they would have put down some paper on the floor on the drivers side to cover my mat before the mechanics got in and out , I felt like it got a little dirty from that , but they made up for it because they put gas in my car that was apparently delivered to them empty . They get a 10 out of 10 in my book .

Went on Monday 3/13/2017 and spoke with Anthony about installing a radio into my 2005 G35. Complete awesome experience. They had everything in stock and in a few hours later the product was installed hassle free. Great team there as well. I got a chance to look around their shop which is awesome they had a BMW i8 in the back which was a sight to see. Will definitely be back for some more mods on my vehicle and have already referred my boys to come there. I cannot explain how happy i am with the service I received. 10/10 guys, keep up the great work.

My experience here was amazing. Giovanni and Anthony were gentleman and very helpful. They answered all my questions with no problem. When I walked in I was greeted by Meghan and she was so nice. Ben did amazing job installing everything on my car and I was very pleased with the outcome. Overall I was taken care of as if I was family. Definitely will be back again. Their Customer service is out of this world for sure. Thanks guys !!!!

Awesome experience from beginning to end. Everything went well from the initial call to the install. I actually had to get a double din radio put in a commercial vehicle for my business. And these guys delivered.! Radio looks incredible in the dash of my truck. A unique job but these guys did it with precision and quality. Install took about 2.5 hours. Love my new unit and will come back for any modifications on any of my vehicles. Price was excellent,customer service was great, money well spent!!

This place is amazing! If your into customization on your car, this is the place that will help you get over your innovation block. Now granted, I was only there to get some LED headlights put in(cause the way they make cars today...its just not possible it pop out the bulb & replace them), but while your there, you get to see how they interact with customers, & you get that personal treatment. & They love they're work! They have no problem showing you how crazy they can get with customization while your waiting on your vehicle. They do some great things here! I will definitely send a few people here.(Thanks for a great time Tom! Love my lights, they looked beautiful last night lol)Ty

I am a new client of High End and only have good things to say. The professionalism they show their clients is refreshing. No matter how many questions I asked Javonte he always answered. They worked on both my wife s vehicle and mine to install radios. Their workmanship is beyond approach. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Went to get a compact sub kit installed. Tom took a look and said he could do it today no problem. Told me the price upfront and it would be about 2-4 hours. Called me in 1.5 saying it was ready. Very professional job. A bit pricey but I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. I will definitely be going back as I have much more in store for my car.Thanks Tom and crew for excellent service and work. Ill be back soon to talk about my bumpers

Came here a few years back for rims on my Volvo XC90, and came back recently because of a shotty job another "shop" did wiring and hooking up a new stereo in my Mercedes. They were honest, did an excellent job, and had great customer service. Prices are reasonable especially considering the quality of work they do. Highly recommend them, and I am definitely going back for future work on my other Mercedes as well. The owners are very attentive, and listen to your concerns.

I have had plenty of custom work done at this place in the past few year for my 3 vehicles. They exude excellent customer service, their work is done efficiently and expeditiously, and they are very good at explaining their work before and after it's done. I have referred a few people to them and I'm looking to bring them more business. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who needs custom work done to their vehicles. I have nothing but awesome experiences every time I visit.
