I've been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years I always have a good experience with them. Recently they just adopted this new service where they pick up your vehicle perform the service and deliver it I thought I would give it a try and my brand new vehicle with 280 mi on it came back with a scratch at the driver's door! I did not bother to report it because it would have been a he said she said sort of situation I had the vehicle repaired .their service is top notch however I would recommend driving the vehicle there yourself.

My only issue is everytime I call to make an appointment (tried 4 times now) for an oil change I'm told they don't take appointments for oil changes, it's 1st come 1st server. Saturday I get there soon after they opened to wait my turn for an oil change. While there 2 people came in at different times & stated "I have an appointment at (whatever time it was) for an oil change".... What's up???? Do you throw a dart at a board to decide if someone can make appointments on certain days?

Going downhill quickly. Called days ago told me no issue as long as I was here before 4:30. I promptly came and was parked and arrived by 4:15. They said 2 techs were leaving early. Ok and? Business is open till 6 quick lane only 5 but still you are to at least take quick customers for quick things till 5. He also asked me what I wanted originally and then said not enough time oil change doesn't take long

I love this dealer there polite. They don't nickle and dime people. Your in and out in no time. Free inspections for the life of the vehicle. There soo kind. I'm glad I got a vehicle from this dealer. There professional in every way. Please keep your local businesses booming. Buy American for American so to we can be stronger.

Went to leave and engine light was on. Had to go back in for them to fix what they just claimed to have done. Had to back again vent cover was pushed off and front passenger seat and floor was filthy dirty. Was told by service person no one touch "that" vent. So I paid 144.00 for a terrible oil chage and stained upholstery. Will never use Sands Ford Potrsville ever again. BTW bought last 3 cars there........Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Love this place!! Not only convenient great hours great staff and they do a great job I never have a problem it is 1st come 1st serve so try to get there early if possible either way I've never had to wait super long not more than 40 minutes.

Good experience. Was able to get oil changed after going to several places in postville everyone was saying you have to wait 3 weeks whereas Sand Ford work immediately with us thanks to the crew

No quick service. Told everyone goes to lunch at 12pm. Come back at 1pm. Drove 1hour to this place for no service
