Friendly and effective service. The only reason I don t rate this higher is because my car was returned to me smelling like smoke. I am hoping this is an anomaly because I have no other complaints.

High Road is THE greatest car shop experience I've had since I've been driving! (And that's been decades.)Donte was responsive, informative, prompt, professional, neat and most importantly honest about what needed to be done and when. On top of that he's very fair in his pricing! (And triple bonus - if I need to use it, they also accept my extended warranty! (Didn't need it this time, but asked about it as a "just in case".)) They mean it in the name - they take the High Road when repairing your car. I'd rate High Road 10 stars if I could! What a relief to know shops like this still exist!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto emissions testing

My experience here was totally amazing! Everything was pretty quick. He answers the phone right away and worked around my timing. When I got there he was very professional the whole time, had my car fixed up in a matter of an hour & the customer service was awesome. This is my third time being to a auto place in the past week and out of everyone I been too I can genuinely say this has been the best yet! I will totally recommend him! Thank you

Dave is a great mechanic & a great friend. He will meet all your expectations on what ever kind of work you need done, with a fair & satisfying price.. highly recommend. Check him out if you haven t so far, you will certainly be satisfied!

Best in the city hands down. I've been only dealing with them for about a year but I most say the best of the best from auto shop repairs to road side assistance to Towing they have it all it's a one stop phone call when you hit them up. Most shops you got to come back a few times for the same problem but when I get anything done to my cars it's always fixed and on to the next. I never had to look back on any repair.

I would recommend Indyauto assistance to anyone without a doubt. The owner dave is very professional and personable. The shop is clean and inviting, Dave has great energy, customer service, attention to detail and also affordable prices.This guy literally saves me every time. My go to shop!!!

Excellent service. Dave is very professional and gets the job done. An old friend gave me his number and I ve been going to him ever since. I couldn t wait to express my gratitude for the kindness and upstanding service I continue to receive from the guys at IndyAuto Assistance! Dave is not only a really hard worker but a great person and professional businessman. He always goes above and beyond to meet your repair needs and has great communication skills and customer service when taking care of your car. I was recently in an accident and Dave has been patiently & diligently working with me to restore my car back to its original state. It s the little things that I appreciate the most. There hasn t been a single time that I ve been disappointed with his work. I highly recommend IndyAuto Assistance for any & every autobody need!

I usually don't write reviews but I have to give a big Shout-out to Dave and the Guys over at IndyAuto Assistance! I was recommended to Dave by a Friend of mine about a year ago and he's been working with me with my repair needs since. The greatest benefit is the convenience.When your car isn't working and you have to wait for it to get towed , then have to go to the dealership or the repair place just to get a diagnosis and then leave it for two and three days it can be frustrating and time consuming. INDYAUTO has not only done Roadside Assistance for Me but Im always In And Out at reasonable time frames when my cars in the shop. Thanks Again I'd recommend them to anyone #Reliable #Convenient #Affordable #CoolWithMe

This is wonderful. You can get your car fixed and play pool upstairs or watch cable, play video games and even bring your own food and eat here. Customer friendly and professional customer service. Just excellent.
