Bert was extremely trustworthy and honest. My sister and I went in because our exhaust pipe broke on the highway as we were driving back home from a cross-country road trip and he took us in right away and was able to fix the pipe within not even a handful of hours. LADIES if you need someone to fix your car that won t take advantage of you I recommend this auto shop. Bert could ve up charged us since we are from out of state and desperate but he didn t. On a 7 hour roadtrip and he helped fix our check engine light issue 1 hour before he closed! Thank you so much for your help to get us home! Our car has been purring like a kitten ever since!

My husband and I just started our road trip with two toddlers in the car, when our engine light came on. We luckily pulled off at the exit with bert s auto shop straight ahead. Bill took the time to look at our car and fix the oil leak right then and there even though he was booked solid with cars to fix. It was very reasonably priced and truly can t thank him and the staff for taking the time to fix our car when we were stranded 70 miles from home with no family in the area to help.

Bert is a class act! We were stranded at the truck stop and the level of service he gave me and my family was stellar. I wish I lived closer, I would bring my cars only to him! We truly appreciated his exemplary service, speed and price for the quality work he did.

Bert is above and beyond all expectations on the repair work on all of our vehicles. We are always pleased and very satisfied with the quality of work we receive from Bert and his employees. We have 5 vehicles that Bert manages to keep in top condition and on the road quickly and expertly.Great place to have your vehicles repaired and inspected.

I called for a price and the nice man was willing to bend over backwards to help my kid. I appreciated his willingness to move on it quickly for a very reasonable rate.It turns out my kid took care of the situation himself so I did not use Bert's but I will keep their number handy.

Bert is the type of business owner who tells his mechanic what to do then just up and leaves for hours at a time. He's arrogant and overly confident and doesn't even have any certified mechanics working for him. As a landlord I've seen two of his properties and if code enforcement went into them they would condemn them on the spot, he is a slumlord and he likes to take advantage of elderly people and disabled people especially women.

Bert was my hero! I was on my way to CT from IL, and had sudden car trouble. Very helpful and informative, considering all the possibilities, Bert and his team got me back on the road the same day. I cannot thank everyone who helped out that day. Y'all are wonderful!

Had an issue with my car... went in and the guy was like it's either this or this. Called his boss then said it was this problem even though the boss was just on the phone... but couldn't get me in today. Then the guy said well if u wanna wait for my boss he'll be here in an hour. Hour and a half later.... oh the boss isn't going to be here at all now.... f this place... plus my mechanic who I talked to and trust said they screwed over people on things

We got stranded on I80 and Bert was great. Took us in after he'd already closed and had us ready to go by our 11am checkout from the motel up the road. Best of all it was minor and reasonable, no tax for being stranded and desperate.

Bert is a knowledgeable, friendly mechanic and owner of the shop. Always finds the issue and resolves it, and he never replaces anything that doesn't need replaced.
