My experience with this Meineke was positive from the moment I called for an appointment to the moment I left the shop with my car. They were helpful, super friendly, cooperative, professional and reliable. I was looking to purchase a car, so I brought it over for inspection. They went above and beyond to give me a quality service and detailed information about the car. I left the shop reassured about my purchasing decision. Awesome people, great service. Special shout out to Budy for the exceptional customer service experience he provided. Thank you guys!!

We came in for a emission and state inspection. Buddy was great in assisting us not only get the funding so we didn't have to dump a lump sum out of pocket. With no interest fees. He also had the car ready in 2 hours fix, new stickers my hubby was able to get to work on time. I am so thankful for his honesty and willingness to help us. Customer for life.

I don't know much about cars, and it can be a bit intimidating to deal with a car shop, but Meineke has made it easy for me. When my car is inspected, I get a link with photos of every part that they inspected so I can understand what needs to be replaced or fixed and know that they're being honest about what work I need done.Buddy is so kind and I trust him to give me the best possible customer service. I needed more work than expected on my car and the estimate for time and cost he gave me were spot on. I'll definitely continue going to Meineke!

So I only ever review really bad place or really good places. If you are reading this you know what nightmare story's are. But there are a few when it comes to cars that are really out there. That being said. The team at this location are HEROS I do not use this word lightly. I went to them after spending a lot of money at Faulkner dealership with no resolve to the issue. In fact here they where willing to do all the same things . But I explain that it seemed that it was another issue. The Mechanic even notice the smell. And looked at the Catalytic and found a small leak at the gasket seals. Astounding this young man actually listen and did something the dealership didn't he looked for the smell. Well that resolved the issue and my car has not thrown a code since that was about 2 weeks ago. Great Job to Buddy and the Techs at this location. I really am happy with the team! It made an old Mechanic feel like there is still some people out there that don't just scan and go.

Buddy was very helpful!! He explained each issue in MUCH detail. For someone like myself that doesn t know much about cars I learned A LOT today! He was also very honest and did not sugar coat anything. I appreciate it all today. I am headed back to NC with a safer vehicle than when I came.

I needed to get my vehicles inspected for registration purposes. I found the staff here to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their inspection was really well done, as well as their digital documentation.I do the maintenance on my vehicles myself, and their inspection discovered maintenance issues I was not aware of. I also liked the fact their process can be done electronically. Once the inspection was done I clicked on the items I wanted repaired on their electronic form. I took them up on my UV faded headlights. The headlights look brand new!At no time did I feel I was being placed in a high pressure sales environment. Finally not only will I recommend this place to friends and family, but I have already recommended them to family.

I took my car in yesterday for my inspection and oil change. Buddy had the BEST customer service I ve ever had at a car shop! I don t know anything about cars and he explained everything to me so simply, I understood everything he told me about my car. On top of that, he helped me with my financial options. The communication was so great, I felt confident about my car getting worked on. Words cannot explain how thankful I am for what Buddy did. I will definitely be bringing my car back and recommend other friends and family to do so as well. Thank you Buddy!!

I am absolutely not a morning person, but loved my early walk-in visit today! Called in early & they were able to take me immediately for an oil change. (Compared to a 30 day wait at my normal place). Not only was I in & out quickly, but I'm leaving with a report that allows me to address multiple services that will soon be due for my 2nd child (my car) -- estimates included. Friendly & knowledgeable staff willing to answer my questions. Definitely a great experience. I will be back for additional service! Thanks so much, Merry Christmas & thank you to all the veterans at you establishment for their service.

Buddy was amazing. He did not give up helping me to be able to afford the repairs I needed. I will never go to another auto shop but Meineke. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much. I love how he explained everything in detail for me to understand. 10 STARS

Buddy was great and easy to work with. I was given a loaner car with no issue when my vehicle needed some extra work done. I did really like the assessment that they did because of all the pictures that accompanied it so that I could check with others on those issues as well.

Had a part of the bottom of my car fall off after driving through a large pool of water without realizing it, then dragged about a mile while I tried to figure out what was going on. Called Meineke at about 5:15 which is 45 minutes before close, Edwin(?) took my call and told me to bring it over. Drove over there, they looked it over in about 20 minutes and fixed the issue . They didn't even charge me for it. Great service, really saved my night as I was running an important errand. Just wanted to thank Edwin and the other guy who fixed the car.

Need a cheap and quick oil change? Meineke. Just broke down and need your car towed to a mechanic? Meineke. Need options to pay an expensive bill over time? Meineke. Most places take a week or so to get you booked for an appointment; this place can get you in the same day, depending on what needs done. Have phone anxiety? Make an appt. online! Quick service, friendly managers (shoutout to Edwin), and mechanics know what they re doing. They also offer a loaner car (if available) in case you need another way of transportation locally while your car is being worked on. The prices here can be a bit expensive due to marking up parts and price of labor, but as long as you know what you NEED done and what you can wait on or do yourself, the convenience of it all is worth it. If you re unclear of what needs done or why it needs to be done, they will explain it to you clearly. They ll recommend things to you, but it s up to you to decide. If something goes wrong with a part you just got installed/replaced here, it will be fixed for free under warranty for up to a year after service. Bonus points for being open on Saturdays. This is my go-to place for my car maintenance!

All the employees was very nice. Their service was good and they got the job done fast. A special shout out to Brad for getting us taking care of and getting the job done right. Also to the mechanic not only get the job done, he took time and explained the problem showed why he couldn't fix it without getting new exhaust. ( Sorry I couldn't remember the mechanic name.) But the service was great and would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS, YOU WERE SUPER. SINCERELY CHRISTINE HERSHEY.

Wife took vehicle in for and oil change and left with a $7000 bill? Employee name was Khan and he conned her! He falsified a credit app saying she made $100k a year so it would get approved and had an inspection on the vehicle done by a mechanic without an inspection license? We don't have money to hire a lawyer. The vehicle has sat in our driveway for the past year because it has 2 bad catalytic converters an a blown head gasket which it had at the time of visit to this location. they supposedly fixed suspension pieces, time components (which was done by a factory tech 6 month before) and tires. My wife did not request any of this work except oil change. It says when you call all calls are recorded? Even the area mgr. said he would check when I call and magically there was no recording even though basically every conversation was done by phone except dropping off and picking up? These employees have all been since transferred. This is a real review. If they would like I can upload copy s of the bill which has all the names of employees involved?? Also the employee named here was transferred to another location shortly after this experience happened.

These guys were amazing. Extremely friendly and down to earth from beginning to end. I was assisted by Buddy and Brad on day 1 and 2 of service respectively. The technicians take photos and give detailed explanations of what is going on with your vehicle from beginning to end. Don't think I'll be going anywhere else for car maintenance!

Fabulous experience! I was on the way from NC to NY for Xmas, and my car (Subaru Outback) broke down. I managed to find this place online on FRIDAY afternoon BEFORE XMAS. They got us put back together on SATURDAY AM so we could get back on the road. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and what had gone wrong. I wish I lived in this area so I could use them as my regular mechanic shop but, alas, I can't.

Service manager Mike and his technician did an amazing job of replacing the manifold located catalytic converter on my car. A very difficult job which they completed very competently. During the work I was given a loaner car so as to not impact me since it was a multi day job to complete. I was kept inform with progress. A hugh thank you to Mike and his technician for making me a very happy customer.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

I had an appointment for 330He couldn t locate in computer, but he could squeeze me in Pulled my car back at 343. Still waited for 2 hours to get an oil change .Wasn t very pleasant when I asked how long it would be .I used to go to this location often probably won t return for a 76.89 oil change and that was with the coupon .

avoid if possible, only use them for basic stuff like oil change and DO NOT take their word for it if they say u need to fix ur whip. Its a shame watching them trying to rip off folks for $2k repair bills while nothing needs to be fixed.also they dont gaf about ur time, i had my brake safety check *scheduled* at 1330 and dropped it off at 1300, they promised same day and I waited 3hrs only to know they were too backed up to even look at it. front desk dude was at least nice, offered me a 10% off on their 30% overpriced services:/

Came to get the inspection done. Thought I'd give this place a chance. The girl at the desk was super nice and helpful but I ended up having to get $2000 worth of tires, rotors, and brakes to pass my inspection (it all was failing apparently) and 2 weeks later now my engine lights on and car was driving weird. I took back to them since they just passed me, and they said my catalytic converters both were going out and it'd be another 1800 dollars.... even though 3 weeks prior, the technician told me my engine looked brand new. Mind you, I've never ever had a problem with my car, and it only had 50k miles on it. I asked if something could be done since i just got a loan to pay for the $2,000 of required work and didnt have the money for another 2000. They told me they had texted and called the district manager and that they would get back to me soon. I spoke to them again and they just said they hadnt heard back from the manager at all. I left a message to get no response. Its not their problem so they dont care. Now i have a loan to pay and had to trade my car in that i almost had paid off because i had no other options. The mechanicsburg meineke even said that their location is not the one you want to be going to. Wish I knew this before I went. Now im in debt and lost my car. What a great christmas present to me and my children!

I appreciate the work Mike and his team did today they were able to get me on short notice drop my car off at lunch got my car diagnosis quickly and gave me options and recommendations to resolve my issues. Provided me a loaner car to get back to work and by the time I got back a 5 the car was ready to go. I appreciate the help they gave me today and will be back if in need any automotive issues resolved.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I would like to share my experience with this place, excellent service fast professional I ll recommend 100% , this guys was the only place help me to fix my problem with the tires in my company truck I went 5 place before them and everybody don t care about get my new tires for truck and this gentleman s no have the tires and they bring the tires from other state for put my new tires and the same day, Yes Yes excellent customer service excellent mechanics thank you guys definitely I will come back
