Getting a cracked windshield just plain stinks. Especially if insurance doesn t cover it. I cringed when my husband told me how much it would cost to replace it, so believe me when I say he put a lot of research into local and not so local resources. We decided on Atlantis because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. They also were middle of the road in the expense department. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, too. You usually pay for what you get, but they offered and performed with excellence.Professional, kind, quick to service, efficient .no waiting around here. They even found a squirrels nest inside the engine and cleaned it away. The windshield looks great!The waiting area is clean, and offers both coffee and sandwiches/snacks, or you could choose to order from the Mexican truck, Guadalajara Conbo, while you wait. Excellent Mexican fare!Make an appointment with confidence if you need your windshield repaired. They re good!

Had my windshield replaced today, excellent staff and fast friendly service. Don recommended new wiper blades so that was my next stop! Thank you Atlantis Glass for the best possible experience!!

Atlantis was able to get us in the next day to fix a window that someone broke into. They were quick, did a great job and called to let me know that my quote was incorrect because there was a shipping fee. I appreciated that they made sure the new amount was okay before ordering the window. It felt like they cared about me as their customer.

The crew here at this shop, is so very on top of their game. I dropped our car off . They told me it would be at least 2 hrs. They were done within 1 1/2. While I was there, I asked them if they could check out a couple of chipped spots on my truck. To which they did, they fix both of them and had us on the road within the original 2 hrs. They were great to work with and if I need their help once again, I know that I can count on them to help me out. Like I said before, the crew here, well, they are on top of their game ...

I had my windows and back windshield broken into and shattered and these fellas fixed it quick, cheap and vacuumed the mess! I appreciate them big time! I hope to never have to use them again but if I do it'd be an easy choice!

Damage to interior plastic and dash from some sort of tool cutting it have *before and after images * and vehicle still leaked after new window installation never told me of rain gutter leaks on sides of window under window trim . Also was 200$ more then competition quotes might have to make s business report bureau claim .

Poor install job on a Brand new 2023 CamryOver $1000 to replace windshield.they left peices of glue that was on my dash, and fingerprints.and they either put the glass too low or they pushed down on the dashboard and now it makes creaking noise nonstop.The owner (Don Bacon) said he has never heard of a dashboard making noises before,Well here is your 1st complaint.Sloppy work.

Great service, nice people. I had a rock chip in the front windshield. Drove up without an appointment. They had it fixed in 30 minutes for $50.

These guys were awesome. I took a stone to my windshield on the way to Oregon. My insurance company contacted Atlantis and within minutes they contacted me. They got my new glass within a day and offered an appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. They said it would take an hour and half, but I was on my way in 35 minutes. Absolutely no mess in my truck. These guys really knew there stuff. Thanks Atlantis

Everyone there was so helpful and nice! They were so quick. They have a little cafe and bike shop attached. The French toast was wonderful, and my puppy even found an adorable baby lab to play with while we enjoyed our food during the wait. It was a great experience!

I was told it would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours with a phone call when they were done. At 4 hours I was still waiting. When I walked in he said they had been slammed , but it was very quiet and not busy at all at the moment. A phone call would have been appreciated. I felt like the work was done and then I was forgotten after they moved my car out of the shop.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Keep Driving they just want gouge your insurance company. Wanted to pay cash and put on a patch until we could get home and have factory glass put back in so the camera can be reprogrammed and works well with windshield. They just wanted to sell after market glass. We would of gladly paid for the extra resin & his time. They are just not interested in customer service, after making appointment and driving 40 minutes.

I could not recommend them more. such amazing customer service. they came to my work to pick up my car to replace the windshield and then brought it back for me. so friendly and understanding, I d give more stars if I could!

Excellent and prompt service bonus points for having a cafe in the building with breakfast all day coffee and sandwiches. And a food truck outside as well. Replaced my windshield in just a little over an hour. Oh and I almost forgot they also have a bicycle retail and repair shop.

If you want great customer service, and job well done, this is the place for you. A truck tossed a rock into our windshield. 2nd time on hwy84! This location was exceptional from the 1st contact. Once there, you walk into a waiting room, bistro, food service, beer, stunning designed space. Regulars come here for drive thru and inside service. Outside seating. Treated well.

This is the second window we have had Atlantis fix, the first was the windshield of my Saab after someone in the Hillsboro area dropped something off of a bridge and shattered it, this time was the rear window of my Dodge Mega Cab. Both experiences were very smooth, flawless installation, very nice people. Highly recommend!

We are from out of town, arrived at the marina and discovered a shattered windshield on our boat. I phoned Atlantis they had me bring the boat by - had me fixed up in an hour. If I could give a negative star I would. Last week they put in a windshield on my truck. I got home my truck sat for 4 days while I wait for a wiper motor to be delivered. I went to replace my wiper motor I had to take a piece off between the bottom of the glass and the hood when I made my way around to un srew said piece I noticed the bottom of the windsheild was crushed there was a foot long break. That wasn't there the day I picked up my truck. I went in to see what they could do for me. first off they said they knew exactly what caused it yet never said anything about this issue. They where un professional. Told me to make fraudulent insurance claim by calling my insurance company and adding on comprehensive auto glass then call them in a week or two and create a claim. Nope dont ever take your vehicle here!!!!! they also told my gf last year that they weren't gonna accept her insurance when hers is full coverage and auto glass is part of it and her company told her it would be paid for but atlantis told her she had to pay out of pocket and they wouldn't contact the insurance company.

It was amazing! Quick, clean, a job well done. They helped with our insurance too
