Our check engine light came on and we were recommended Chandra and his sons by some close friends of ours. He was super amazing and helpful by making time for us during this busy week after the ice storm and found that our coolant temp sensor needed repair and our RPM needed adjusting after being way too high. He kept in constant contact, worked thoroughly with us, and got our repair done all in the same day. If you're in the area and your car needs some love, Chandra will give you 110% and more I promise you that. We'll be going to him for all future work, thank you so much Chandra!<3 Megan and Ricky

Chandra and his sons at Tualatin Auto provide an 11/10 customer experience. They are kind, quick and fair. They squeezed me in last minute when my brakes were scaring me and they went above and beyond- Getting it done same day, moving their schedules around, and Chandra even gave my child and I a ride home so we didn't have to wait at the shop for my car to be done. You will get a great deal and have an excellent customer experience here, I always recommend Tualatin auto to everyone!

I came in today to get the very old used car I just bought inspected, and luckily it seems all is good! Chandra was extremely charismatic and had a very positive energy. It was very busy but he still was super quick to help me. He had me drive forward and back a few times to make sure the brakes looked good, told me I should be all good to go and just come back if I had any issues. So far, so good! He didn t charge me anything and wished me a great day. I LOVE seeing honest, hard-working, and trustworthy mechanics. It can be hard to come by nowadays but I trust Chandra and this business! I ll definitely be coming here in the future anytime I need a repair! Thank you!

Chandra and his crew are the best. Always enjoy talking with them and how they take the time to explain what's going on. Awesome! Totally saved our vacation. Over days of triple digit heat traveling from California into Oregon, our a/c got progressively noisier until it completely seized. Chandra was the only shop that was even willing to work with us. Others said they would get back to me in two weeks. A Thursday afternoon telephone call and a 4:30 meeting turned into a Friday morning appointment. We were back on the road by Noon with a brand new air conditioner at a fair price. I have been using Chandra for the last three years for all of my repair work. I started bringing my Mercedes to him when a friend recommended me to see him for a second opinion. Chandra fixed the correct issue for half the price. He has done all of my automotive repairs since, as I know I can trust Chandra (and his family) to be honest, hardworking and charge a fair price.

I could not ask for a better mechanic. Not only did they do a great job on my truck, Chandra is hands down the best mechanic I ve ever worked with. His customer service is impeccable. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. If you questioning what shop to use THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE! This shop is consistently amazing, they've helped fix two different cars of mine and are always so nice and pretty quick. Chandra is incredible and everyone there works very hard. Car started stalling out of the blue while driving and while idling, not even starting up properly half the time. One call and Chandra made arrangements for me to be able to come in and look at my car on the spot to see if it was an easy fix. After finding out it was more complicated than originally thought, I left my car with the team and within days had it back and working wonderfully. They stayed in communication and value customer service very well! For a first experience this good, it certainly won't be my last going here!

Chandra, Shay, Andrew and the rest of team are a great bunch to do business with. I have taken my car there for many repairs and have always left satisfied with the customer service and work they performed. They take the time to explain what needs to be fixed and follow up about any thing they ran into, along with keeping you up to date on repairs. This is a great family owned business that is local to my community and also a shop I would recommend. Thank you Guys for all the work you ve done to my car and for making me feel like family.

Every now and then you stumble upon someone who's truly a good person. Chandra is one of those people.I called about a used Ford of mine that was basically rattling itself into the ground. Not only did they say sure bring it in, but talked me through how none of the repairs were worth it, and he didn't want to even charge me an inspection fee. He told me to bring it in no charge, and let him have a look.I made the (wise, oh gosh) decision to trade it in, and Chandra kept my appointment to look at my new (used) car, instead. After looking it over, and making sure the car was good to go, he shook my hand and told me to have a good day, no charge, no worries. Chandra is obviously someone who loves what he does, and cares greatly about his customers. This is honestly the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop, and beyond. If you need work done, this is where you should go, they'll take care of you.

If you want to be treated like family then I highly recommend Chandra and his team at tualatin auto repair. I desperately needed quick service on my differential and transfer case and they didn't even hesitate to help and they even did the work within a few hours and they were super busy. The best price by far and phenomenal workmanship. I will be back with all my car care needs.

Chandra was fabulous! I called about my car not starting and told him that I didn t have a way to get the car to him to look at it. He and a co-worker drove to my house, jumped my car, and took it to his shop to fix. He even picked me back up to get my car when it was done...for no charge. Such a nice gentleman and fair with his prices! We will definitely use him for all of our car needs!Service: Battery

Everyone there that I met was super friendly & understanding. As a woman, it's nice to not be talked down to or to be pushed into unnecessary repairs. Definitely my new go to place for auto repair and maintenance.

I tried Tualatin Auto Repair, in part, based on their reviews. It was a great experience. Every person I worked with was helpful, understanding and professional. They managed to look at my vehicle a few hours after it was brought in and had it done early the next day. I think the price was fair and the work appears to be very good. It is very hard to find a good, trustworthy, mechanic - I think this shop may fit the bill. I will definitely bring my car to them the next time I need something done.

His t-shirt says it all - Chandra and his crew fix whatever malfunction your vehicle may have. They are professional, friendly, competent, fair, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. The owners, Chandra and his son Avishay, will make you feel like family members after awhile if you use them regularly. All the employees here are great people. Some have been with them for years and will get to know you also. I highly recommend Chandra, I have a Shea and their crew. You can rely on them; they re honest and their competent

I was having some car trouble, and I called a few places. I was going to have to wait up to a week to get my car looked at! I had no time for that. I called Tualatin Auto Repair and he said he didn't have much time, but he wanted to help me out. And that he did!I brought my car in that morning and Chandra and his team went to work on it even though they were swamped. I had my car all ready to go and fixed up by the next morning. I'm so glad I met Chandra and will be taking my cars here for service from now on.P.S. They had two cute rescue shop dogs!!! Yay!

I brought my 2013 Kia Sportage because it was making some strange noises to Chandra's shop. He was able to get me in first thing in the morning and even offered to drive me to my job so I didn't miss any time, which was really convenient because I could show him first hand the noise and where it seemed to come from. After leaving my car with him he called and updated me 2-3 times throughout the day with different ideas and questions. The last call gave him the clue he needed, I had gotten brand new brakes installed about two months before and they didn't tighten my lug nuts all the way and the sound was the tire moving back of forth. He tightened them, drove it around for awhile before concluding that his job was done. He didn't charge me and I felt bad about that but I guarantee I'll be back for future maintenance/repairs to make it up. Use this shop if you want to be constantly updated on the status of your vehicle, get good work done, and just do business with an all around nice and professional guy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been going to Chandra for over 10 years now. They don't get any better than Chandra and his crew, including his son. I don't know what we would do without them. When things go wrong with our cars, he keeps them running, and his charges are fair and reasonable. Chandra is affordable, ethical and he does great work. We trust him implicitly, and he's earned our trust. From big issues to small issues, radiators to struts to CV joints to brakes to oil changes, it doesn't matter. He and his crew treat you well, and they do a great job. And he will stand behind his work if anything goes wrong. My wife and I give him and the crew the highest recommendation!

Love Chandra and the team at Tualatin Auto Repair! I have been going there for years and have always had great service. I have never been charged more than the quoted price and have actually had repairs come in less......when does that ever happen?? Completely comfortable having any repairs done there. Highly recommend!

Had a mechanic in SoCal for years who I trusted and loved and thought I'd never find one like him when we moved to Oregon. What a blessing to find this place! Chandra and his team are honest, fair, and go over and above to get problems resolved. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Chandra is amazing!!! We ve used him twice and have been impressed both time! Our escape room is right around the corner and I feel good knowing that if I have any car problems, he ll be able to fix it! Highly recommend!

I have a classic VW, and had difficulties finding a quality mechanic. But after taking it in to Chandra and his staff, I will never go anywhere else! They always greet you with a smile, always respectful and personable and make you feel at home. Chandra is always straightforward and tells me what the problem is. Without him I would have given up on my car years ago! By far the best local mechanic :D

Chandra is always nice and fair on pricing. He even helped me with how to remove a broken window over the phone. He offered to look at my car for half the cost of other shops and always charges less than them. That s why his shop is always busy , great customer service!
