Very friendly techs. A filter was trashed that we did not know existed! Replaced it. Other places never checked.Appreciate this extra attention.This was an older used car we just bought. Told the tech thisand he said they would give it an extra close check.

After we dropped off the car, the staff called complaining that it would take an hour to change the oil because of the skid plate. We requested that all the fluids be topped off for a road trip, they didn't, and only added transmission fluid when we reminded them at pickup. On the way home, the low coolant light came on. The next day, ten miles into our trip, the skid plate came loose on the highway, losing one part of it, and causing a great deal of stress to safely get off the highway to have it reattached, also costing us over an hour to get back on the road. We are furious, and will never return to a jiffy lube again.

We LOVE this place, they have serviced multiple cars over the course of many years for us at the Sandy location! BUT, eliminating 10-30 weight oil...bad form Jiffy Lube, bad form! It can't be that expensive to stock a fairly typical oil that your customers need. Still giving them a five star rating, because they were THE BOMB today....especially Macenzie and the crew! Their service and kindness went above and beyond:-)

They tried to charge my wife $200 for a basic oil change. They already had gotten started on her car and refused to tell her the price. Once she found out the price she told them to get off and she left. I told her as a rule to never pay over $80 and I m glad she didn t get scammed. Unethical management and employees. The local ford dealership charges $60 so don t waste your time here with scammers

Came in for unnecessary oil change and they let me know I wasnt due yet and simply added oil to required level. Appearantly I have a leak, and am so glad they let me know so I can keep an eye on it and see about getting it fixed.

Google said they were open so I swung by just to get some air in my tires, they had one vehicle in the shop and one open stall. I pulled up to the open one and as I m coming up to a stop so he can guide me in, the technician instead grabbed a cone, placed it in front of the open space and then a second one behind the current vehicle they were working on and then proceeded to close the garage door to the open space. Did not come up to me to inform me that they were closing or something of the sort, and instead went back to working on the vehicle he was working on with 3 other techs. Very frustrating, no communication from anyone. Had to literally back out of the driveway to get out and they just stared at me the entire time.

I had the wonderful fortune of my radiator blowing on the way up the mountain and these people saved my whole weekend! It was a Friday, 5 minutes before they closed, and I pulled in with smoke coming out of the car on a whim to see if they could help. Not only did they diagnose the issue within 3 seconds of popping the hood, they had parts ordered right then, and fixed it first thing in the morning. I cannot accurately express how grateful I am. Not only did I NOT have to tow my car back to Portland, but I was able to pick it up first thing in the morning and still go camping. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and amazing. If I could give them a billion stars out of five, I would. Thank you Sandy Jiffy Lube for saving my whole week, as well as my precious Subaru. You guys are total rock stars.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I asked them to check the levels and let me know what I need. They changed the oil without consulting with me first. They never asked what oil I prefer. They found oil in the antifreeze. Why did they change the oil??

Super nice employees, very fast oil changes. (10-15 minutes.) Plus, very yummy vanilla flavored coffee, earl grey tea, and a TV with Price is Right on! Couldn't ask for more. Good job guys

Consistently the worst jiffy lube experience I ve had. The staff and crew here are incredibly stressed 100% of the time. They yell and scream obscenities at each other, treat each other terribly, and make their stress such a public display that it is incredibly off putting and uncomfortable to be here. I recognize that these are real people just struggling in life. Individually they seem like fine people- but as a whole, the manager and his entire staff and set a tone and atmosphere that is incredibly hostile and uncool to witness. These people treat each other terrribly, and they need to learn some respect for each other. I have come back multiple times to give them another shot and they have still behaved in an unprofessional manner. They always try to upsell me on things I don t need, act passive aggressive when I say I don t want those things, and routinely forget to change my wiper fluid or turn off the check engine light when they are done. Just completely incompetent. They even made a car start smoking today while working on it, started yelling at each other, and then just waved away the smoke and acted like nothing happened. No way I will ever be bringing my vehicle here to be serviced again

I go to jiffy lube for all my services in Yakima. Drove 20 minutes in the opposite way of where I was going before heading back to Yakima. There were four cars ahead of me . I asked if they could at least just check my fluids to see if any of them were low so I didn't have to wait in line for nothing because there was cars ahead of me and they would refuse to even check my fluids to see if they were low and I needed to wait in line. Quite a few of them were literally just standing around waiting for stuff to be done on the other cars I used to work at a jiffy lube. They easily could have popped my hood to tell me if it was worth me waiting in line. Probably wouldn't have been a big deal to wait except for I have to be in Pasco by 4:00 . Kind of disappointed.

After failing to get an oil change at two Ford dealerships I decided to give this two lane Jiffy Lube a try. Service was prompt, courteous and the lube tech refilled my engine perfectly. I have had to deal with too much oil added in the past, so I am satisfied these folks pay attention to what they are doing.

I have gone to the Sandy OR location for over 20 years. The current crew is very personable, they recognize me, that always makes a difference. I came here because I rented a car through Enterprise and the windshield wipers were bad. Enterprise sent me here to get them changed. Anyone ever changed windshield wipers before? I have. It takes about 3 minutes total. Jiffy lube made me wait nearly 30 minutes while they changed everyone's oil in front of me. I get that others were there before me, but changing oil takes time and changing wipers DO NOT! What a nightmare! They were so slow.

I just bought a high-mileage SUV with a LOT of miles on it, running but in poor condition. I brought it in and asked for an oil + transmission fluid change. This car needed some TLC and I got a fair, pragmatic assessment, lots of services offered with no pressure to go beyond what I'd asked for when I went in, and a good price for the slew of services recommended. They even discounted the bottom line price without any haggling or anything. Service was speedy with two guys on my car for ~30 minutes, but I could tell they didn't rush the work which is so important (I've been to other lube shops that are just too fast to be doing quality work). The car runs a lot smoother now, and the transmission is WAY smoother and quieter - glad I did this the day after buying this old heap.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The entire crew were energetic and joyful, which my family and I found to be quite contagious, almost as if they had all contracted the New happy to be here doing what we do covid variant, we left happy we weren't wearing masks because we were happy the rest of the day...A smile brings a smile.And we need more of that in this world.Thank you to your Sandy, Ore. I came here 3 times this month. They were fast and courteous. One time I brought the truck for oil change, the associate told me that don't need oil change yetIt was only 300 miles on... Thank you for your honesty. I will be back!!

I needed to get new tires put on and jiffy lube in Sandy OR came up as recommended installers.The website said to call for an appointment which I did. The Service rep. Said they do not take appointments for tire installation.It was a first come first serve service.So I went there and was told that I needed an appointment.I told them what the service rep. told me and they said they couldn't do it at all that day.I was told they didn't have enough people and couldn't do it till Friday.They said I must have called a general information line.I called the only number I was given to call.I don't live close and gas isn't cheap.The Manager was really a rude person.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are amazing. They explained everything in detail as to what your car needed. They were fast and just awesome. I live in central Oregon, other side of mt hood and will literally drive all the way to sandy to get my car serviced by them again. Justice, Morgan and the other guys were amazing. Highly recommend them.
