Sent in a jeep I just bought on Tuesday. Got a call on the same day saying they found the problem (fuel pump) and had it fixed by Wednesday. They were real quick and straight to the point of what it was how much it was gonna cost. Just to find out it was nearly 200$ cheaper then they had quoted me for. Sending my little geo in for new suspension here soon.

These guys are miracle workers and super patient. I brought in my 1995 Jeep XJ and they had the water pump replaced and had her running by the next day! They didnt try to sell me anything extra. They were super patient working with me on payment and pick up as well. I didnt peek too much but the shop seems well kept and organized. Julie I believe is the main service advisor and she is very awesome. So knowledgeable, kind and personable! Definitely the right person for her role. If you have something you need done on a rig, Patriot is by far my first pick.

I first brought my truck to Ian when another shop told me I needed a new engine and wanted to charge me $6k+ to put it in. Ian correctly diagnosed the real issue right away, saving my engine, thousands of dollars and who knows how much time without my work truck. He s worked on it a couple more times since (never for the same issue) and has always been quick, reliable and fair. Julie is great in the office. She s responsive, well organized and serious about their business. I ll never go anywhere else.

I m new to town, and know nothing about cars. I m by myself, and I was so afraid I would be taken advantage of.Instead, I was seen ahead of my appointment. The gentleman (his name escapes me) who owns the place with his wife, Julie, fixed my car in under 5 minutes and for free. He also gave me some advice about what he would do and thinks I should do with my car concern.My impression is that both are straight talkers and honest people who know their craft. They ve owned the place for years and the gentleman had higher education to work on cars.The kindness almost made me cry, and completely had me at a loss for words. I felt well advised, respected, and just treated like close family.This place also came highly recommended by other local people.3 dogs (red heeler {sp??} and Australian Shepard mix) present on site, but were behind a fence. Friendly, no problems. I just say that so others who might be nervous of dogs are prepared.Thank you, Patriot Automotive! I hope not to need to see you soon, but when I do, I m glad you re here!

Bringing my car here to get looked at was the best choice. Im always worried taking my car in for anything. It turned out it was just a rock jammed somewhere it wasn't supposed to be, my car was in and out so fast. What a relief. You guys, if you need your car looked at, choose Patriot Automotive. They are the best (:

Patriot automotive really helped me out I was driving from Seattle to Long Beach CA when I had issues with my truck and even though they were all booked up for the entire month of March they got me in fixed my truck and had me back on the road in less then a hour and the work was exceptional my truck is still running by great a week later I would recommend patriot auto to anyone and thanks again for getting me back on the road

Patriot Automotive saves the day again. My drive belt broke last night while I was driving on the rainy freeway. My power steering was gone. I could barely turn. I guess it wouldn't be long before my battery runs out of power since the alternator wasn't working. I got off the freeway safely and got my car towed to Patriot Automotive's lot last night. They were generous to squeezed me in. Their wait is usually at least 2 weeks out. Ian took the time to get all the pieces of the belt out and repair a pump that got damage by the broken belt. Again, I highly recommend them. Even if you have to wait, they are worth it.

I moved to Roseburg a couple years ago. I've been grateful to have found the Patriot Automotive team. For my sweet old Corolla, I've found confidence in their approach to maintenance and diagnosis. It's important to establish a relationship with a local mechanic, and this is a mechanic I definitely recommend. I've had a couple emergent issues, and they were able to help me right away, amidst their busy schedule. With efficient diagnosis, they provide their customers with high value/quality and affordable auto care.

Highly recommended! I m on contract work 80 miles from any form of civilization, needed a new axle and have just one day during the week to get anything from town. Not only did they fit me into an already full schedule, they treated me like family when I was in the shop. Thank you for being so kind to a total stranger!

Patriot Automotive is a fantastic repair shop. My in laws needed brakes on their only vehicle and Julie and Ian were not only friendly, accommodating and had great prices, but they went above and beyond customer service. Living out of town from my in laws, we were trying to plan a day to come back to Roseburg and get their car scheduled for the repair. Julie offered to help out with their transportation and we were so appreciative. Ian is a five star mechanic and I would recommend them to all who are in the Roseburg area. Highly recommended, they do great work. I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday morning for diagnosis, turns out it was a water pump. They had the parts ordered, dealt with the warranty company, handled the repair and had my vehicle ready for pickup by early Friday. Absolutely zero complaints and great customer service. I will be bringing all my vehicles here. If your looking for a shop, do yourself a favor and bring it to Patriot Automotive, you will not be disappointed. Thank you!!!Service: Auto maintenance

Stranded in Roseburg we got a tip from a local, "If you need to get it fixed go to Patriot Automotive". It was 8AM and the shop had just opened when we called and Ian answered. We explained we were traveling from California back from vacation heading to Washington when our charging system showed our alternator was on its way out. He explained he has booked for the day but never wanted to turn his back on travelers he would try to get us in and out that day.Then, as far as we were concerned, the unthinkable happened.When we showed up at his shop Ian took our car in first and in 1.5 hours he had purchased and installed a new alternator putting us back on the road in record time.We had many great memories on our vacation and this ranks near the top. Incredible customer service! I'd been trying to find a new mechanic who I felt I could trust because I knew my starter was about to go out. Before I could get to that, while driving with my child & dog along, my alternator just about went out. I've heard excellent things about Patriot from my bosses & co-workers so I stopped in to see about scheduling a time for them to take care of both the alternator & the starter. Completely unexpected, they were able to take care of my alternator right then & there. I got *very* lucky since their schedule is typically quite full! Alternator was done & I was back on the road in half the time I had expected!Made a stop after leaving the shop and that's when my starter decided to finally go out. I called Patriot to schedule an appointment but they told me if I could get it to them, they could go ahead & take care of the starter real quick. Seriously a super lucky day schedule-wise!Again, they have me back on the road quickly! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Yes, I got very lucky that they happened to be able to help me on the same day but they were also happy to do so and their prices are extremely fair! I wish I had known about Patriot Automotive sooner! Fantastic customer service! Excellent prices! Genuine desire for doing quality work! They repaired my Audi A4 2.0t when 2 import shops told me the whole engine needed replaced. It really just needed a belt and they saved me lots of money! Not only was the service itself great, but the customer service was outstanding! Very nice and friendly people that are super easy to talk to and work with! I went here to get a second opinion. I had been told I had a blown head gasket. When I took my car in they found that it was not that, but an entirely different issue. They could have still done the head gasket but I was called and told it was a much easier, cost effective fix. I appreciate the honesty and upfront business. If your looking for the best Auto Repair Shop in the Douglas County area and beyond, then there is no need to look further. Julie and Ian are by far some of the best people to work with and are there for you when needed the most. My truck was acting up on the way home from Eugene. I contacted Julie and Ian as soon as possible, told them what the problem was, and they had me in the next morning. A few hours later I am told my truck is fixed and ready to get back on the road! Ian and Julie will always tell you how it is, what exactly is wrong with the vehicle, and will always steer you in the right direction. I could not recommend a business more than Patriot Automotive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Patriot Automotive is hands down the best, friendliest, honest, automotive shop I have ever been too! I ve gone in for several car issues. Just had my transmission replaced by Ian. Both Julie and Ian assisted me on finding the right transmission for my van. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast. My car was done in 1 day!! I had a funny delayed starting sound, low idle, and bad AC on my 2002 Silverado .I was able to make and appointment for 4 weeks out, but I also got on the cancellation stand-by list. Got a call a day or two later to take a cancellation appointment. Truck was ready the same day. AC was fixed and the idle and concern about the starter resolved. I was very pleased about the quick turn around and being squeezed in! Very fair price, which I don t think I could have gotten anywhere else. Thank you!

Wonderful!! I can t say enough about Ian and his abilities, he has fixed my car a few times with various issues and he always does such a wonderful job! My car is always happier when I leave there.
