Excellent for a quick service.I came for an oil change in the afternoon.No waiting at all.Oil and filter were done in about twenty minutes and he replaced my broken plate lights as well.Mechanics were very friendly and efficient.And all that for a very good price and a car wash on top.

Been coming here since they opened & I haven t seen Andre the manager who is awesome but when he s Not there, the staff didn t vacuum out my car, not sure if anything else was not done but the truck was done in less than 10 minutes so wondering if they cut corners there on that job, the Jeep has no wiper fluid & it was serviced there as well, seeing the obvious things makes me wonder if they aren t checking all the important fluids & topping them off either. When Andre is there, I trust it s done the right way. Prices are higher & we expect they will do all services they say they do. We love Andre!!

I've been here twice to get my oil changed. They are quick, friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy sales. Lobby is clean. Great place. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Will absolutely come here for all my oil changes.

Will never go anywhere else again! Best service I've had in a while. They are very friendly and definitely go that extra mile.I was having issues with my headlights on my jeep with it being too bright, and everyone I asked about it said it's fine. These folks at Scrubbys knew right away that something wasn't right, and they fixed it without charging extra! Absolutely highly recommended.

Simply the best oil change experience I have ever had. No up selling, vacuumed my car, and the friendly service I ve ever received at an oil place makes this an easy 5 star review. I would give it higher if I could. Stop giving jiffy lube your money and go here instead.

Great place for a lube. The staff is friendly and helpful and they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is in tip top shape, but at the same time not super pushy about up selling things.And they can handle box trucks!

I currently just moved to the nearby neighborhood and I have been calling everywhere to try to get an appt and get my oil changed on one of my vehicles and they told me come In the will take care of me and they did just that I got here pulled in they got my vehicle right in and out in 15 min oil changed and they looked over my vehicle for me and the price was almost over half less then what everyone else was gonna charge. Oh yes don t let me forget the employees interpersonal and people skills were amazing great guys I love it and I will be taking my car here and recommending them any and everyone I meet out here.Way to go keep up the great work. Shout out to my host and maintenance person gage he loves his job and made my experience that much even better. Great waiting area also. No high pressure sales. Just a quick and easy oil change experience. $51 for basic oil service and they top off fluids, vacuum, check tires, lights and give you a free $8 car wash! Only place I go! Highly recommended

I always come here for my oil etc. I left a star review before but this visit was not positive. All of the employees were great minus CHRIS. He spoke to me with harsh tone and was very demeaning. I simply said the man who already came out to not park on some hose When I pulled up and asked CHRIS his attitude was so bad. Then I said I just got done with Les Schwab so no need for tires. What does he do let s air out of my tires and now the light is on so I have to go make another trip to fix the air he let out. Overall that one bad egg ruined my breakfast and business with Scrubby s.

Gave this place a try three years ago and have never regretted it. Oil change is a little pricey compared to the competition, but they always do a good job, and their friendliness and customer service is always very good and, it seems like they care. Hispanic gentleman at the front counter, did a good job today of listening to my two service needs.

Amazing customer service, we got an oil change and they checked all the fluids. Aired up the tires that needed air, vacuumed inside the vehicle and it came with a free car wash. Which even the car wash attendant did an outstanding pre-spray job, came with complimentary dash wipes while you're waiting for the car wash cycle. It went by hella fast too was like 20 minutes . ALL FOR $50!!! THATS SUCH A GREAT DEAL!! LOVED THE EXPERIENCE THANK YOU GUYS!!

I don't like writing negative reviews, but my experience here warrants it. First, lets talk about the positives. I was done in under 30 minutes, the price is competitive to other quick lubes in the area, and the staff are friendly.On the other hand, a quarter cup of oil was spilled on my valve cover. I get like a few drops of spillage, maybe, but a quarter cup is way too much, and certainly too much for someone who does oil changes all day.I informed them upon arrival that I did not want my air filters checked as i had just replaced both the engine and the cabin air filter. The technician did not listen, pulled my engine air filter, and said "oh it's brand new" and put it back. Which i wouldn't be mad about, except he got oil and engine grime all over my brand new air filter.Then they went around to all four of my tires and pulled 4 psi out of them, on a hot day while i was driving all day. I got a mile down the road and my TPMS went off, and sure, it is fussy Mazda TPMS, but on a hot summer day on a work car, the pressure will read higher than the rated cold pressure for the tire. I went and leveled the tires with my own air compressor and reset my TPMS.Finally, i was excited to get a free wash, and it seemed like it was going to be fine, but upon exiting the wash, my car was covered in white spots, that I had to clean off myself. This does not happen at other automatic washes in the area.Overall, i will not be returning. I only brought my car here because i didnt want to deal with oil disposal today, and i guess I learned my lesson.

My mistake! We thought an oil change we had done here went bad. There was oil everywhere on the car/road. The manager drove 30 minutes out to our location to help fix it on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he happily let my 5-year-old help fix the problem. When the problem wasn't an oil change issue after all (my car is old and decided to die on me), he helped me figure out what to do. Above and beyond service and patience! The original oil change experience was great too. They were quick, vacuumed my van and were friendly.

These guys are the best! They tell you exactly what is going on with your vehicle. The service is excellent, the time in and out is quick and you get a car wash with the service for your vehicle.Won't go anywhere else now! Highly recommended and I don't give that very often. Plus free coffee! Honestly the service is great!

The waiting area was clean. Only took about 30 minutes to change the oil and replace the cabin air filter. And if you have military ID show it and they will discount you.. I will bring my other vehicles there.

Absolutely pleased with their mechanics, no matter my issue they were very print to assist me, showed no signs of irritating even though my car was a bit difficult, also have me a car wash for $1.00

This place is the BEST! Not only are the employees absolutely great, but their prices are also awesome. My transmission was acting up and I thought I put too much fluid in. Well, it actually turned out the seal was toast. They replaced the seal, put in 4 1/2 quarts of fluid, put the magnet in my transmission (which was missing), cleaned off the top of my engine, and topped my oil off for $106.!! I was amazed to say the least. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.. I highly recommend Scrubby's!!

I have been taking my car here for quite sometime and have always had the best service. They go above and beyond to take care of my car. My last two back to back services, the guy not only changed my oil but he took care of a hose that was disconnected in my engine causing my check engine light to go on. The next service he tightened some belts in my engine that was causing a screeching noise for years that no one has ever been able to fix. These guys are amazing and I m so grateful for their awesome service. That s more than just an oil change place. 10 stars!Service: Oil change

After being way too lax with my car maintenance I took it in based on a recommendation, I was pleasently surprised at how thorough they were and how helpful too, even when I forgot how to turn on my high beams. Despite my apparent unfamiliarity with cars they didn't even try to upsell me in the slightest and got everything done fast, even while seeming to be training a new technician.An FYI for anybody else new to here they have a car wash on the east side while the oil change entrance is on the west, I had to circle around a bit figuring out where I needed to go.

Just go here. For a little over $50 they checked fluids, tire pressure, offered to vacuum the vehicle and gave me a free car wash. The oil change was quick and super easy without the pressured sales tactics. This place is amazing! I have never been here and went in this morning to get my oil changed. They were SO nice, super fast, and the price was right. I also got a free car wash. I have a 2015 Subaru Forester and got a full synthetic oil change with Pennzoil for $89.95. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
