Had two motors installed here. Good work and they were fairly priced. Not cheap, fair. They addressed a couple small issues after the install quickly and thoroughly. Once our vehicle was scheduled they stayed on it until completed. Small local shop that provides better service than the bigger shops we've used. If they can't do it, they will tell you upfront.

A HUGE shoutout to Bill and his team. I used them to tow me up to my working location and back down again. The hill was too steep for my truck. They did a wonderful job and went above and beyond by making sure I was safely settled in each location. I am a solo traveler and I could not thank them enough for their kindness.They also did some service on my truck. The work was done professionally and again they went out of their way to go the extra mile. Not only did they change the oil, they replaced a faulty oil pan plug and reset my reminders with the current service performed.They are the best and I was so lucky to have found them.

Absolutely not. Do not call these guys. There's way better towing options in the area. The guy has a total meltdown if he has to go on call for a company he's contracted with. I straight up even had a tip ready for this guy but I'll keep it. I don't even know why he's in business because the guy he inherited it from acts the same way. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but really has not changed in the last 10 years.Service: Car towing

Driver was there in 10 minutes to get my car off of the freeway. They let me store my car there overnight and bring my own set of wheels and tires. They install them for me at a very good price. The tow truck driver was extremely friendly the mechanic was great and the lady at the front desk was also super nice and friendly. Best tow truck service I've ever had in my life.

Greatest experience after much aggravation of trying to start our car. Had to call for roadside assistance and lucked out with Bill (not the owner) at Bills Towing. He was quick to respond, and quick to get it started. Very thankful.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Great Roadside Service got us up and running after blow out on RV... Tech took the time to make sure all the wiring that was mangled from blow out was secure and ends were taped to avoid any possible arching. Even pointed out that brakes needed service. (ended up being a stuck caliper) Thank you for going above and beyond just swapping a tire out. Much appreciated.

Bill saved us! He towed our RV near dark from a not so pleasant little town in Southern Oregon and got us safely to a repair facility in Roseburg, Oregon. Absolutely excellent service! Without a doubt the best mechanic I have ever been to. The whole team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and could make it home safely. I would recommend to anyone looking for fantastic, honest, and effective assistance with their vehicle.

Woke up at the casino with a flat. Got the donut on and headed down to Bill's. He pretty much dropped everything to give us a quick hand, we were in and out in under 45 minutes! They had a couple really nice, used tires for a real reasonable rate. Mounted and balanced for free with the purchase. He even noticed uneven wear on the tread and called that to my friend's attention so she knew she needed an alignment. Top notch!

We broke down along Interstate 5 and had to call AAA. Bill's took our tow. The driver arrived exactly when we needed him to. He made sure he had what we needed and that our ride had arrived. He was very professional and helpful. We had an overage to pay due to limited miles allotted thru AAA but the price was very fair. I would recommend Bill's to anyone in the Canyonville area.

I ve had 2 different vehicles worked on here & all I can say is Bills is the #1 place that you should always choose! Their service is amazing! Work duties are done fast & efficient. Most of all, they re always honest about what they are working with & how they can fix it or tell you what Options you have Thank you for everything! This place is amazing! We had the classic scenario of our trailer tire blowing out on I-5. We thought we were going to pay an arm and a leg to replace these tires and we hoped to find something timely to get us back on our journey. Bill's Tire and Towing gave us a great rate for replacement tires and had us in and out of his shop in less than an hour. It was a great exaperience all around and they didn't even mind that our 7 month old puppy came in and sat in the lobby saying hi to everyone as they came through. This place is fast, affordable, dog friendly and the place to get your tires replaced. They are also willing to call a shuttle for you if you would like to go to the Casino while you wait

Bill just showed up expecting to tow my vehicle to the local shop. He was very professional and wanted to try jumping it just to see if he could save the tow. He managed to fire her up immediately and followed me to the garage incase something happened along the way. I'll be using him for all of my future tows.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Zack was prompt, keen and eager with a happy disposition. He loaded my car quickly, and smiled the entire time. As an experienced tow truck driver for an out-of-state towing company myself, I know what to look for and how to recognize a quality tow when I see one. Dakota and the Driver sent to help us were amazing. My partner and I had an extremely stressful night after a highway incident on I-5. The situation was handled promptly and the job they did was so professional. Our driver had some things happen in his life that was inspirational to see him overcome. We left after their services feeling so much better. This is the best towing company I've ever encountered.A huge thank you to everyone who works there.

Great service! We called in the AM needing help to pull the code for a check engine light. They were able to squeeze us in and even give us guidance on how to fix the problem without nickel & diming us to death.

My mechanic retired and as I was looking for a new one my car broke down. I called AAA and they sent a tow truck from Bills. Since Bills was on the way home I left the car to be repaired. What a happy accident.They worked it into their schedule and even replaced some filters I asked for. They are so nice, they do great work, they explained everything and they're affordable and fair. Notice they only have one review that's not outstanding. There's always going to be that one!! I would and will recommend them to friends, family and even a stranger or two. Thanks Bills!

These guys are amazing! I don't know how many times they have helped me out with a tow or a lockout....and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Thanks Bill's Towing. Great service at really reasonable prices. Towing plans accepted too!

They towed my truck to the shop and moved my trailer away from the fuel pumps. When truck got to shop they pump out my fuel tank which I put gasoline into a diesel. I was back on the road with in a hour and a half. They were very fast and a reasonable price.Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

I needed a bearing dust cap for my new trailer which lost one as I was taking it home. Ralph, the mechanic, was pleasant and after some adjustments to the new dust cap, we were on our way. Ralph even checked the other wheel to be sure.

I had to have my new car towed due to severe electrical issues (which prevented the parking brake from being released).The man who came to help me was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of my car, going out of his way to prevent any scraping or even the slightest hint of damage. If I ever need a tow again I'm calling these guys.Service: Car towing

Bill s towing came to the rescue after an already set apt at 7am to tow our broken BMW got cancelled somehow. Delyon was quick to arrive at the Les Schwab where our car was stranded, hooked up our car up quickly and patiently waited while I called pretty much all BMW service center in Oregon before I could find one dealership that had our spare run flat tire in stock. His tow truck was clean and spacious to fit a family of 4. Very courteous and friendly person the whole way to the dealership in Medford. Gave great instruction/complete picture of what he was going to do beforehand prior to loading and unloading the car from the tow truck. Thank you!

They helped us when no one else would (everything else was closed) and helped us get to the tire place as well as replace it, when we arrived, all of which was after hours of when they were closed. Super nice service and quick.

What a great bunch of people. Our 5th wheel suspension broke. Bill's Towing came out right away. How they were able to move it with broken axels and not kill anybody says it all about their towing expertise. They stored our rig while we dealt with insurance. They couldn't have been easier to deal with and have bent over backwards in helping us. Can't recommend them enough.

Service is amazing and so are the prices. Dropped my car off and got it back two hours later. Any shop I've gone to before kept my car for at least a couple days and charged so much. Love this place and would recommend to anyone!!

On a road trip through the area last week my niece and I broke down on the side of freeway in the pouring rain, in the dark, with no cell service. Long story short we got a ride from a family to the casino nearby and my insurance reached out to Bill's Tire Towing & Auto and by the next evening my car was fixed and we were back on the road to home.Thank you Bill's for helping us when we were broke down, and thanks for letting us hang around the shop all day when we had no where else to go.

Delyon is fantastic at his job. He was professional, knowledgable and willing to come out to a wilderness area to rescue us. He ushered us into his air conditioned truck and made certain that we made it home a couple hundred miles away. This kind of customer service is not easy to find and we won't forget his kindness anytime soon. Thanks Delyon!
