I'm on my way home from Oklahoma to Garden City, Kansas. It's a Friday night, almost 6:00, and my tire is starting to get low. I'm starting to panic when my daughter happens to call and says hang on, I'll call you back. Before I'm in full meltdown mode, she tells me to go straight to Split Rock Auto. She had told them I was over 10 minutes out, and they told her to tell me they were waiting with the lights on! When I get there, I am truly made feel welcomed! It doesn't just need air, it needs a patch! Well, it's after 6 by now and I feel super bad, and, of course I have no cash so I ask if I can add a tip to the ticket. He says no and gives me a big hug! You don't find service like this just anywhere! Split Rock Auto, I can't thank you enough!

I was sent to Woodward for 2 weeks for training, I stated having trouble with my vehicle. With my busy training schedule I didn t think I was going to be able to get it repaired. I dealt with it until it left me stranded on a Friday afternoon, I call split rock and they got it in and even gave me a ride back to my hotel.The figured out what was wrong and got it fixed. They even came in on Saturday to finish it and get it back to me.Good work, fair prices, thank you!

I gave 5 stars because there is not an option for 10 stars! I saw a truck online at Split Rock Auto Sales in Woodward, OK and gave the dealership a call to find out more information. Ruben answered all of my questions and said he could stay late if we needed him to so we could look at the truck. The truck was for my dad who is almost 80 years old and I really wanted him to have a reliable vehicle that he liked. My dad and husband drove to Split Rock Auto Sales that evening. Ruben had everything ready when they arrived. My dad purchased the truck and drove it home! It was a very quick process. My dad LOVES his truck and cannot stop talking about how awesome it is. He has shown his friends and is so proud of it. This is a family owned business and I love supporting people like this! If you need a vehicle, call Ruben first. He has great deals. I wish I knew where to begin. Ruben and his family are amazing! Wonderful group of people who knows they stuff!!! They helped me and my family get into a vehicle that best suits us! With no hassle even waited after hours for us to get there. Felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from a friend and not a sales rep! I would 110% recommend Split Rock Auto Sales. Ruben was wonderful to work with and made the transaction super easy and was super friendly. He delivered our service truck to us and the truck was just as nice as the pictures showed. They do an amazing job showing the details of the vehicle, giving you a very clear picture of what you are buying. We will definitely look to buy from him when we need another truck!! Don't want to write a book about my experience with Ruben and I but I'm from Wichita Kansas and I saw a truck that he had for sale. We talked about it and I explained that I would buy it if he brought it to me. And he brought it to me very early in the morning and I didn't notice some things that I would have seen if it wasn't so early. But long story short I bought it and went back to sleep for a while and when I went out I had some concerns with a few things on the truck. I called him back and told him I wasn't happy with a few things and he assured me that he would come get the truck and fix the issues and bring it back to me if I wanted. I liked the truck so I trusted him to do what he said and I'm very impressed with his honorable response to my concerns and the work has been impeccable. I would recommend doing business with him because if you have a issue and you both agree to do whatever it is he will take care of you. It's not easy to find in the times we are in. I'm totally satisfied with the way he has treated me and I'm sure if I need another vehicle I'm going to try to give him the opportunity to earn my business.

Two days of searching for my size tire and finally found two available at this place. It was a hour before they closed on a Fri. and the gentleman who I spoke to was friendly and helpful, they got me in without making me feel like I was putting them out, and the price was extremely agreeable compared to the service they provided. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended.

Ruben, One of the last things you said to me was thanks we appreciate the business! I appreciate a business that still acknowledges the customer. You just don't find that at very many businesses today! A lot of businesses don't even say thank you any more. It's almost like the customer owes them thanks for what the customer paid them to do. Any way I appreciate You, and Zane, and all at Split Rock Auto!! You all do such a great job!

Great customer service, they fixed another mechanic s mistakes and gave me a solid deal on quality work. They can help with accessory and aftermarket product installations, custom orders, you can even buy vehicles there. Great new addition to Woodward!

Split Rock is fantastic! The truck we bought was exactly as advertised and Ruben was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The process went very quickly and smoothly--overall one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. It is totally worth the beautiful drive to Mansfield and we highly recommend!

I've bought two vehicles from them already. A 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, and a 2002 Chevy 2500 with boxes. The whole experience was relaxed, I didn't feel pressured or rushed, Ruben answered all of my questions and helped me through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the car buisness. I would buy from him again and again. Thank you split Rock Auto Sales for everything!!!

I have been looking for a car for my daughter for 8 months. When I saw this Ford Escape for $3,800.00 and a one owner I had to call to see if it was real. I talked to Ruben and sure enough that was the price. To top it off I lived in Kennewick and they delivered it. They are a awesome family. Thank you so much for your kindness. My son bought a truck from Ruben and I was impressed with how Ruben took care of him. When I saw a picture of the truck I wanted at Split Rock Auto Sales I contacted Ruben and after a few phone calls the sale was complete. Then Ruben called and said he was on the way to my house, I live in Puyallup (259 miles away, 4h 21min) Ruben and his wife delivered the truck to me at no extra charge. I am a future customer and will tell everyone needing a vehicle to call Split Rock Auto Sales. Thanks Ruben.
