5 stars isn't enough! Everyone I spoke to was always professional, friendly and made me feel like I was a Celebrity! Kerri was always smiling and very knowledgeable. Keith was very informative and helped me work through the claim process and he knew what he was doing. Excellent customer service, they do really care about their customers. They kept me informed of the process and stood by everything they told me. The lobby was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The work on my vehicle was beyond exceptional, and my Explorer looks good as new. I am soo glad I made the choice to go to Thomas Collision Center! I highly recommend!!

My undercarriage shield was hanging so they fixed it. Was happy to pay but he didn t charge me. BUT, then I noticed my bumper was split horizontally. I looked and figured I could snap it back. I was unable to do so. I took it back and asked they snap it back. He then said it was like that when it came it, which is not true. He was unprofessional but had it fixed while he huffed and puffed. He seems to want to sale and instead of letting work come to him he appeared to cause more issues and lied just to get work. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I think he believes his lies. All he had to do was fix it. But he just kept saying it ll get worse. It might but that s not the point. Dishonest and unprofessional. Do not waste your time and money.

I highly recommend Thomas collision. Their customer service is great and I truly believe they care for their customers. They kept me updated on every step of the process on my Acadia Denali. And they were having to deal with the other persons insurance company, which was a struggle to put it mildly. They were upfront about what they could do for me and they did everything they said they would and I am so grateful to have my car back. I got rear ended in June and a lot of people recommended Thomas Collision Center for the repairs. They did an amazing job! My car looks better than the day I bought it. I can t say enough good things about Thomas Collision. I had originally went with a different body shop until they told me that my vehicle would not be repaired until possibly close to the end of the year and there was just no way I could wait that long. I called and spoke to Kerri and she was honest about when repairs would begin but it was so much faster than the other body shop. She then called me a week later and told me to bring it in and they would start taking it apart. I was so worried about the paint not matching my car (it s a hard color match after damage) but I just got my car back after maybe 4? weeks and I could not be more pleased! You cannot tell that any damage was done and the color is perfect! Kerri was always so nice on the phone and in person! I will not go to anyone else for repairs although I hope I never have to again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I was involved in a minor fender bender and brought it to Thomas Collision. The initial lead time given was 3 weeks. They had the car repaired and ready to go in only 10 days! The work done to the car was top tier. There is no evidence of any work being performed on the vehicle at all. Carrie at the front desk is amazing. She was on top of everything and helped out in every way she could. If I ever need anything done to my vehicles in the future, this is the first place I'm going. 10 out of 10!!!

The team here is great to work with and the best I have experienced! They quote accurately, they communicate very well, and got my truck in and out quickly. To top it off, they are really good people! Thanks Kerri and team, you all did a fantastic job!

Took a vehicle to Thomas Collision to be repaired, Kerri was so awesome to work with, she handled EVERYTHING very professionally! She kept on top of things with myself and the insurance company! She even handled things that she didn t really have to do! The work performed was also excellent and turned out great! Would definitely use them again! Thanks to the guys in the shop for providing an excellent outcome! Turnaround time was also top notch! Would definitely use them again! Thanks again Thomas Collision! They do great work. I could not find anywhere on the vehicle that would show it had been wrecked. The car looks like it did when I bought it new.. Great work guys..

Took my 2018 Ford Escape in from hitting a deer. They got my car in right away even set up a rental car with my insurance threw Thomas Collision as well. I really like it . I gave there car back on got mine all in one stop. Very good customer service. Awsome body work. A very Happy customer. Yes I recommend Thomas Collision Center for your collision needs. The owner's will do what needs to be done to get you fixed up. Even travel out of state to pick up parts.

Both Carrie and Keith went above and beyond to repair the hail damage to our pickup! Great work and their customer service, unlike our insurance company s, was just stellar! I had an excellent experience at Thomas Collision. They got my girlfriend's Kia Soul in weeks (and in some cases months) before any other body repair shop in the area could even take a look. They replaced and painted the front right fender, repaired the front bumper and passenger door, installed a new wheel and strut and had it aligned up cleaned up. Everything looked like it did when the car was new. Their staff also called me three or four times with updates on repair progress. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and plan to use them again in the future!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience at Thomas Collision Center and with the owner. He was very honest about the damage to my vehicle, and even identified some concerns that other shops didn t notice. He was very honest and stood by his word. Even my insurance adjuster commented on how he was impressed by the shop s cleanliness & the knowledge of the owner. The repairs on my vehicle were perfect, and they finished the job faster than expected. I would highly recommend them.

Very nice work on our son's truck. The owner was very professional and thorough. I hope to never need a car repaired from an accident again, but if I do, Thomas Collision will be at the top of my list.Good job!

My car was rear ended and this business was referred to me by the individual who hit me. Absolutely the best customer service I ve ever received. My car looks better than it did prior to the accident. They even washed my car and vacuumed the inside. She looks brand new and smelled amazing inside. My daughters couldn t believe it was the same car. 100% would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto interior vacuuming

I was in a fender bender while visiting from Alabama last year and was on a time crunch, they were so nice and they did such awesome work. The owner made sure he got me done so I could go home. I have moved here now and was in a wreck so I'm sending my car back here. The do great work and have great customer service. Thank you for being honest, dependable people.

Very happy with their service! My car did not have collision insurance and they worked with me to make the repairs more affordable since I had to pay out of pocket. Customer service was very good; they were friendly and polite. Will use again and for any future body repairs.

I took my car in to have hail damage fixed. There was quite a bit of damage and now you can't even tell. They did a great job. They gave me great customer service as well. I will definitely use them again if needed!!

I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else. If they were two months behind, I'd just wait for them. Everything is always perfect with these guys, just like I like it.
