As always, the staff at Trojan Auto Care were able to come to our aid. We had a last minute change in plans and needed our van seen the same day. They graciously worked it into their already busy schedule.We trust their mechanical skills and appreciate their courtesy.You will too.

Every time I have taken my vehicle here, the whole team is super friendly. They are easy to communicate with and caring, making sure I will be safe on the road before sending me out again. One time my vehicle broke down on the way to them. I called and in a very short time they had driven me home and retrieved my vehicle with their own tow service. I don't know much about cars, and other mechanics can sometimes come across as patronizing, but these guys never do. Also, their free shuttle service is extremely helpful since I'm the only driver in the house and only have one vehicle. There may be other auto care places that provide a service like this, but I have never run across one. Trojan Auto Care is top-notch! I highly recommend them and will continue to take my vehicles to them, even though there are many other service centers that are much closer.

I took our 2017 Lexus RX 350 to Trojan Auto Care for the first time on January 31, 2023. I had previously always had this vehicle serviced at a Lexus dealership. I scheduled the appointment using their website, and the process was user friendly. I was able to list all requested services and concerns. When I arrived with the vehicle, the gentleman at the service counter greeted me and was ready for me with a printed copy of my online submission. The services were performed as requested and the vehicle was completed on time. I was given the opportunity via email and text message to approve the services in advance. I was pleased with everything and will definitely use Trojan Auto Care in the future. They are very friendly and professional.

My brakes were grinding when I was stopping so I called them the day it started to see if I could get an appointment and they got me in asap and finished the work in about 1 hour. They also took me into the work area to show me the issue which put me at ease that they weren't trying charging me for any unnecessary work. I also used their shuttle service and the man who drove me was very nice :) I think there are also complimentary beverages in the waiting, but I'm not 100% sure. Overall I had a pretty good experience and will probably be back to service my vehicle.

The team at Trojan Auto Care was super helpful with questions I had about their appointment process for new tire installation. When I dropped my car off for service the next day, they took me round back to show me my tires which had just been delivered from Tire Rack (less than 48 hours after I ordered them). This felt like a treat as I was anxious to see in person after spending hours researching. They also offered their complementary shuttle service, which I didn t need but will keep in mind for future visits.While they were working on the tires, they also did a full inspection to recommend other repairs/service needs and essentially ordered from most urgent to least. This was an affordable add-on service and well worth it as it brings overall clarity and transparency when it comes to deciding which service I should choose to prioritize next.They were friendly and professional from start to finish, my car is driving and I am happy to have found a reliable crew for vehicle maintenance from now on!

Took my car there for the first time yesterday. They had an awesome coupon for a full synthetic oil change & I couldn't resist! Scheduled the appointment last Thursday for Monday at 11am, got there & the guy up front addressed me by name (thought that was super sweet). They took my car back right away! Had a couple minor issues that the mechanic, Jerrimy, noticed and he showed me exactly what was wrong and why it needed changed. However, he didn't pressure me into getting it fixed right then and there like some places do! They printed me out a list of those minor issues and gabe me quotes as well & said they'd be happy to fix them if I wanted them to in the future. It was also super quick, I was out the door by 12pm! AND they have a shuttle service to take you somewhere if you don't want to wait & then bring you back; free of charge! Everyone was super friendly! Definitely will be back again!

This is definitely the strangest review I've ever written... and why? Well, it was kind of hard to talk the quality and decent Christian staff at Trojan Auto Care into changing fluids and a belt that I knew didn't yet "call" to be serviced. See, I bought a car with low miles, but, it's almost 10 years old and it's a rare car (Hyundai Equus). And because of that, I just wanted a clean sweep of things (oil, trans, brake, fluids, and the drive belt).Randy tried his best to talk me out of it (God bless him) and save me the money. He really tried... And I applaud him for that. But, in the end, I prevailed and they let me have my way. They even installed the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a MAP sensor that I brought to them. Randy gave me the best deal on a full synthetic oil change as well!After all was said and done, it cost me a cool grand. But, that was for things I asked for. Not things they gouged me for or that I didn't need. These are HONEST people. And since I had moved from the Huber Heights/Tipp City line, I was too far away from Jack at Duty Auto (who is also amazing and honest). The guys at Trojan are cut from an even finer cloth.Hats off to Randy, Isaiah, Dave and Tom. For their genuine honesty, friendliness, trying to save me money, and picking me up and dropping me off for free. A service they kindly offer. If you need your car repaired and want a "mechanic of old," then look no further. The alignment and tire balancing they did was ON POINT. And I could easily tell a difference...I wouldn't go anywhere else... thank you Trojan Auto Care.

I have found that Trojan Auto Care has consistently listened to my concerns or problems and then corrected them very satisfactorily and in a timely manner. As always, I was very satisfied with my most recent interaction with them. They found out that my front struts needed to be replaced. They completed the repair very quickly. I am very satisfied with their repair work. The people at the front counter are very knowledgeable and are great customer service people. I highly recommend this repair shop.Service: Wheel alignment

Trojan Auto Care is a great Christian company.They hold themselves accountable to God's instructions of loving thy neighbor as thyself.When the Van broke down, they sent us a tow truck and a Trojan Auto company car to take us home. Unbelievable Customer Service.

Brought my car in for an oil change and they performed an inspection and found a few things that s were needed. Everything was very reasonable and I was very happy with the service! I will definitely be returning!

I was searching for a new shop. I have been to the shop 3 times this month to have things done to 2 vehicles. Joey is absolutely amazing to deal with. They just dont tell there is a problem they take you out and show you the problem. Prices are reasonable and the turnaround time is fantastic. I have found my new shop and will continue to give them all my business.

I love that when I do business here I am doing business with a quality, family friendly institution with people of incredible integrity. I brought one of our cars here a year ago out of frustration with various other auto shops I've worked with. Just brought our other car here yesterday for the first time because we needed 4 new tires. They got us into the shop same day when we were in a pinch (one flat and all 4 were to the limit on tread depth). Randy gave me a comprehensive explanation of my tire options and guided me to the best one for us. I look forward to returning here for both our cars in the future.

I made an appointment for my daughter's car and when she called to ask if she could bring in earlier. Isaih was extremely rude and said she missed her appt. She actually did NOT miss her appt because it was not till the next morning. And we received a text of confirmation. When I called in to ask why he was so rude he popped off at me that they were short staffed and that was not was he told my daughter earlier. He did apologize about his mistake on time, but not how rude he was. My daughter needless to say did not take her car in. No matter what the reason, you should NOT be rude to customers you have no idea what's going on in there lives and rather than being rude why not try to help and this might make both of you have a better day.

I was a new person to their shop but they treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I can't say enough good things about this place. They checked EVERYTHING on my car. I loved that they had a comprehensive list of items they check. I fixed everything that they recommended and was more than pleased.I will most definitely be coming back. I think I found my backup mechanic if my regular one retires.

I have now had 3 sets of tires put on at Trojan Auto Care. Add that to the countless oil changes and I can no longer keep track of the number of awesome people and top levels services I ve received. At this point- I won t go anywhere else.Just adding on blew a tire on the highway this morning. Had my vehicle towed here. I was communicated with very well! Randy is very helpful Every. Single. When my power steering decided to empty itself of fluid on my garage floor. I did not hesitate to call Trojan Auto Care! I met these fine people 1 1/2 years ago when I bought this car. They treated me and my Jaguar with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. I realized that these people are trustworthy and provide excellent service, so of course I scheduled another appointment with them. They did NOT disappoint me, once again they proved their integrity, professionalism and expert service. I'll never go anywhere else. Why should I when I already have the best.Services: Tires, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
