Originally, carvana was supposed to come to my house to pick up my car, but there was a scheduling conflict. The driver was kind and dealt with my frustration in a professional manner. I appreciated the understanding and good customer service the team offered me. When I got to this location, Kyle was excellent, and made the sale of my car *QUICK*! It made the day more inconvenient but it was out of their control, and was grateful for their customer service. Thanks, Kyle & Team!

This was the worse company I've ever worked for. Managers are clueless and self centered idiots. They like to make things dramatic and chaotic to keep their employees confused and in the dark. Once you figure out their shenanigans, you'll either leave, or they'll let you go. Either way you win!.

I was involved in an automobile accident the car flipped over and landed on the driver side, the road was wet and curvy road I lost control of the car and over corrected they terminated me because of it. My manager did come and see me in the hospital and I asked if anyone else has ever had a car wreck on the job and he said yes you re not the only one.

The manager of this place, Kenneth decided it was okay to wait until 45 minutes before my scheduled delivery to call and let me know that somehow they don't have anyone available to delivery my vehicle...even though Carvana themselves scheduled the delivery. He also failed to provide an acceptable solution for this issue. At this point it will be beyond a miracle if I ever receive the vehicle. 0/5, do not recommend any Carvana purchases within the vicinity of this location or else you would be at risk of Kenneth's management.

Carvana is a scam. They have been banned from doing business in multiple states. They tell you they will fix the issues with the car then Silver rock will say Carvana declined the repairs and there is nobody in charge to talk to. There really needs to be a class action lawsuit. The online advertisement did not show dents, paint/ clear coat damage, cigarette burns in the seats filled with a hot glue gun, dry rotted tires that were expired per DOT date with gouges in the side walls..... All considered "acceptable" by Carvana. I can't wait until these tires cause me to have a serious accident so I can sue them.

Place is a joke if your looking for employment. Don't work for this company unless you're looking for temporary work because carvana seems to like to lay people off regularly becasue they're too cheap and cant afford to pay their employees. The Worst and the biggest joke of a company i have EVER worked for.

My Carvana vehicle was not properly inspected. My calipers were rusted through. Now, less than 60 days of owning this vehicle. Less than 1000 miles since purchased...670 dollar repair bill that I have to pay for.lol. 150 point inspection. It's almost as if they can say whatever they want and you have no recourse to refute their claim.These cars a no better than any other dealership you would go to.

!!WARNING!! If you are a trucker DO NOT go here for a job they treat you very unfairly and you do everybody s job. I showed up to work every single day and they just fired me today with no write ups or anything. I was told they don t have the capacity and that my routes were covered by someone else. I got tired of being treated unfairly and driving unsafe trucks. I put in my 2 weeks yesterday and they fired me today.

Applied for this company and I had all the qualifications. Staff was even sure I would be hired. I was not offered the job, I was told the hiring manager does not hire outside his race. Very sad to see it was true. Not good for employment.

Apparently telling a customer that is over an hour away that they aren't getting their car delivered 45 mins before delivery is acceptable when you use this shop. The worst part is just assuming their next available appointment would work and not really offering another solution.

They have nice vehicles. From what i can understand about that place is that they get their cars from auctions and re-do them and sell them. There getting ready to build the car vending machine in Trenton next year I believe.

Great facility just opening up, looking for new employees. Come down and fill out application if you want to work with some great people. And the pays not bad either tell em I referred you

Very bad company, Ethics are horrible. I was sick for a week and later on was late 5 minutes one day and was fired for it
