Chad was able to squeeze us in during his busiest season. We were able to get our camper awning replaced and we didn't miss any camping. I tried several other places before finding him. I was given time frames of weeks to months out, prices that were double his cost, and one guy even hung up on me when I told him I needed to double check the cost with my husband. Chad communicated via text which is perfect for me. He was up front with what he had available and what the cost would be. He kept in contact with me to ensure we were on the same page about things and notified me when he was on his way to us.He had the job finished up quickly and even took time to look at our AC unit and offer advice on it, something that was not part of the service call. He was very knowledgeable and we will be using him again. We have already given his number out to others that currently need stuff done and we would highly recommend him to anyone with a camper/RV.Service: Body & Trim

We were very impressed by Lindsay RV Mobile Repair. He came out to our RV campsite, about an hour away with no hesitation. He arrived within the time he told us. He was straight to business with our plumbing issue. He had the part already in hand and fixed it very quickly. He also looked at another issue we had and let us know what to do to solve it. Very easy. He was in constant communication by text, which we prefer. I would highly recommend them for an RV repair in the area.

Hard worker. He leveled my camper when it was 35 degrees outside. Fixed my hot water., got my water hooked up correctly, changed filters, fixed my propane filters, my awning, and he is building a brace for the master bed because the ply wood is sagging. He then went on and fixed little things he saw that needed done. Wonderful experience. He took the time to Explain in detail everything he was doing. He gave me great tips to make my camper more efficient. I would highly recommend him. He is very reasonably priced.

I really thought Chad was going to be a great guy to do my needed repairs. He came right out to see what I needed and said he would be out the next week to do the repairs. Well 6 weeks later many promises and still never showed up to do the repairs. Now won't reply to my texts. I guess I shouldn't of trusted him looking back now. I really thought he was going to be an honest repair man.If you want to be honest let's remember that you told me last week you'd be at my camper that Wednesday, no show. Then you told me you would be here this Wednesday, never showed said you were in Ashtabula. Then told me you would be here yesterday morning never showed or text me. I then text you asking is you were not wanting to do the work anymore, no reply until I did this review. I wish you luck going forward. The sad part is I even offered an advance the day you did the quote and that same day you said I would get a formal estimate within a few day, never did. Asked again for a quote weeks later, never got it. I guess I should of read the other reviews earlier, seems to be a pattern. .

We've used Lindsay's RV repair a few times. Very professional, punctual, and great price. We had a leaky bathroom sink and he came out the same day and fixed it. Done! He's replaced our busted water heater too. Definitely worth it and our go to guy.

In a word unprofessional. Story starts with this man running out of fuel on his way to our initial appointment in which I went and rescued him saving his wife a 100 mile round trip. After scheduling a repair date for my camper the only contact was initiated by me (only answered my texts not my phone calls) and he told me some parts were hard to find but he would still fix my leak by the agreed date. Days past by and no contact no invoice. Friday comes and me with 4 grandchildren arriving at camper but no work was done. I call to inquire why but of course no answer. The following weekend I text him asking for my keys and pass back and coincidentally he says he mailed it that very day and says thing happened that were out of his control and didn't think to call me, the customer,it was the least of his concerns at the time. 2 more weeks have passed and no key or park pass to be seen. I do understand life gets in the way sometimes but communication is important and doesn't take much time especially in business. Don't hide behind texts, answer the uncomfortable calls. Nice reply. If you couldn t handle the job don t take it. Instead you blame me for poor maintenance in a camper I just recently bought. I only hear excuses from a weak businessman. Your Facebook page should say I ll fix anything that is convenient for me. Pass arrived but no key. Par for the course.

This man is super knowledgeable, super affordable and most importantly he is an all around good and honest person!!! We called him due to an electrical outage in our motorhome and he came within 24 hours due to it not being an emergency. He answered tons of questions we had about other things in the motorhome and offered affordable prices to fix them. My husband and I are extremely happy with the services he provided and will definitely recommend him to everyone we can and we will most definitely use him again and again!!!

Beware-DO NOT use Lindsay Mobile RV Repair. We have waited over 5 weeks for an air-conditioning unit to be replaced, the unit was ordered as a white one (told that s the only way it comes, not true) not black that it was replacing. He orders parts through a 3rd party who seems to order wrong things for him. Neither he nor the 3rd party bothered to find out that our old unit was absolute in 2012 and that a conversion kit would be needed until after 3 weeks of waiting. He then told us that we had to listen to him and he would fix it when he felt like it, since he is the business owner, after we had waited patiently for this to be fixed. He complained that he wanted his money and his credit card processing was a joke, so we had to pay him in cash for a non-working unit. We should have just told him to take the wrong one down and found another repair service, but with all the rain we did not want a hole on the roof.Would not recommend him to change a paper roll. Had to give 1 star to get posting done.

Very unprofessional, poor time management and communication skills. There is a reason he only communicates via text, he is very unprofessional on the phone and has no respect for his customers. To say the least we are relieved the job is finally done (weeks after the original repair date) and we will never need/use his services again.Update to Lindsay s mobile reply- Yes Jesus does love us all! I am happy as a clam, no time to be miserable nor would I make time for it!

I was in a bind this past week with my RV while I had renters using it and everyone that I had contacted was booked. I had a general idea of what the problem was and when I contacted him he helped me come to the conclusion that my power converter had gone bad. He offered to come out at the end of the day to take care of the problem if I was unable to fix it myself. Luckily, I was able to fix the converter on my own but it was a relief knowing that he would come out and work on the RV if that did not solve the problem. I will be contacting Lindsay's mobile RV repair for any problems that arise with my RV for the simple fact he was so willing to work with me to figure out the problem over the phone.

I paid the $100 for him to diagnose the air conditioner he said he had the parts he will be back to install the parts to fix the air conditioner in the meantime we cannot sell this RV because the air conditioner was not working he was delayed for weeks saying that he was experiencing a scheduling debacle I waited three weeks patiently asking when he would be able to come out to do the repairs only to find out that he said he will not be coming back I asked for my $100 back since the diagnostic that he stated did not fix the air conditioning unit. I am out $100 and just bought another unit to install I have asked him to return the $100 and I get no response from himService: Air conditioning

I would highly recommend Lindsay's. He came out the same day and fixed our plug and our AC. He is very reasonably priced. Chad is a great worker and is very knowledgeable when it comes to RVs, Campers and the maintenance they require. I was in the market for a camper and have asked him multiple questions and taken plenty of his time, he even offered to come out to look at a camper I was thinking of purchasing! Will be using his services in the future for Seasonal maintenance, repairs etc.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I called the rv tech for a problem with my rv slide out. He wasn't working that day but stopped out because he was close by. He gave me a good education on the problem and an idea to get the problem fixed and working again. Great knowledge and customer service!
