Had a pleasant experience today. Staff was really helpful and answered my questions, and decided to order a couple of freshly made personal pizzas while I was there. Pizza was pretty dang good for a gas station.

Very disappointed today. I usually don't order food from their kiosk but today I ordered a meal. I ordered a cheeseburger with hot pepper cheese and seasoned fries with a side of ranch. The cheese was American and the fries were just regular fries and no side of ranch. I will definitely look next time. I love their pizza and coffee. That never disappoints!

Great pizza if they stay open and don t close up early like usual. Staff is horribly rude. They could make a fortune off their pizza but their staff is holding them back.

While traveling; to or from Cleveland, on Parkman Rd. we love to frequent the Gulf gas station.The staff is extremely helpful, and even when there is a line, they get you out quickly.Not only do we purchase gas but we love to order food, the pizza to be exact. Their pizza is very good, it reminds me of pizza that I used to eat when I lived in New Jersey.Typically when I buy a slice of pizza, I love to add chili pepper and parmesan cheese on top. This makes the pizza taste so good, in my opinion.Don't take my word for it, hurry and get to the Gulf and try you a slice of pizza

Like sheets but not, a wide selection of drinks and food/snacks. You can order pizza and other hot foods as well. The woman's bathroom was fairly clean, open to the public, and has 2 stalls

The only reason for one star, the cashier made me feel like it was a problem to get me what I wanted. Cigarettes and such. I love that store! And I will go back. But if she's the cashier that I have to go to, I'll let people in front of me to go to another. If she's the only cashier, I'll go somewhere else! I refuse to go to her ever again!!

This location is always very busy with Amish crew's and others. The food is very good but also so expensive. The gasoline is always above average. You have to be careful coming and leaving Gulf. The traffic at 528 and 422 is always congested and dangerous.

Michael needs to loose his job! He completely lies every single time he works and says the lottery machine is down! Go ahead check his sales bet he never ever has any ! I want to buy some it s down, I want to turn some in it s down! It s only when him or the one girl is working at night ! I ve called twice and reported this and now again!

Rude employees pizza wasn't that good. Always long lines. And insulting when I didn't want i.d. scaned, I understand carding someone. NO PROBLEM, but I don't want it scaned. That is weird. So I'll just take my business elsewhere and will tell everyone I meet about it.

Male cashier was extremely rude. Raised his voice and scolded my friend because he accidentally placed an order with the kitchen while they were closed. BTW there were people in the kitchen, no sign saying closed.

Stopped by on a Saturday night at 8:30 and they turned their gas pumps off "for a 10 minute shift change" but have yet to turn them back on at 9:04.

Excellent selection on food and price for quality. Love the sense of humor shown here, too! The only thing that drives me nuts is the shift change always happening whenever I try to come in before my shift.

I have never seen a more inappropriate manager. Victoria, short hair, and youthful. The way I just seen her talk down down to other employees in front of customers was so inappropriate. There is a way to manage your employees and degrading them in front of others is not the right way to handle it. The employees were so afraid of her. They didn't want me to say anything to her. Thats not a healthy work environment and this manager needs trained better. There are plenty of hungry eligible workers out there who can take over her job.

Can t ask for much more. Clean fill up station with nice bathrooms, lots of drinks, snacks, and even hot food options. Alcohol and liquor are also sold here.

I ve been on the road for 4 days and this is by far the nicest gas station i ve been to! Great food, clean restrooms, super friendly staff. Highly recommend making this your fuel up stop for anything you need.

Ohhhhh sneaky people!! Avoid this place if you can. If you are local there are plenty of other gas stations in the area.I left a five-star raving review for the BP that used to be on the corner. That has closed and the market express is under new ownership. Someone got clever and changed the name of this account to reflect the new store. Essentially they have now stolen years of fantastic reviews that are not deserved on any level.

the lady with dark hair, has glasses & is a little older.. she s VERY rude to both employees and customers. there s been multiple times i ve been in the store and have seen her make other employees cry. she does nothing but scream.

Very unprofessional and unsettling political stance and practices. Never stepping foot in this establishment again till they shape up their professionalism and encourage to have others take their business somewhere else better.Will be in contact with management soon.

BP was the awesome place to work for when grandma and grandpa owned the BP till the new Gulf station came in and didn't feel like family at the new store like it did at bp

New store and more room but if you want to contract Covid go in no one is wearing a mask or social distancing except the workers and some of them have it on but not wearing it....sad never left my car just pulled away

Gas prices are very high and the pumps are usually dirty. Troy Marathon is 10 to 15 cents less/gal. They do have decent pizza at a fare price.

I love their pizza!! I stop everytime I travel through for it! I would drive 45 just for their pizza. Friendly staff too!

Great spot. Pizza was amazing. Good selection. Good location. No regular restrooms though, unfortunately.
