I had an excellent experience with this company. We needed a tow at the last minute, and although the driver was busy, he came as soon as he could and worked in the freezing rain to get our vehicle safely towed to its destination. We are very grateful.

Kevin at Kevin's Towing is a great person who would do anything to help anyone.sadly there are those who want to be hateful..Kevin along with most Towing companies seem to get a bad reputation because of disgruntled employees or customers...just know they will help anyway possible and take what they do seriously!!! I would not only recommend Kevin's Towing but all those Towing companies that put their own needs aside,to help you in your time of need!!!

My work truck needed towed bc lug studs broke off. Not only did they tow the truck but they were able to repair it same day!! Very friendly staff! Despite the situation, it was a pleasant experience!

We want to give a big shout out for Adam one of Kevin's drivers. We had to retrieve our stolen jeep from an impound lot and did not know the area. Upon meeting Adam for paperwork at a tow site, he was courteous and kind enough to lead us to the lot. Also gave great insight & directions. Thank you, Adam!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My wife got her car stuck in mud and we needed pulled out. We called and got them out there to assist in about 30 minutes time. Now after reading these reviews I was wondering why they are not 5 stars across the board as that is the level of service we received as well as value. Now before they hooked up the car I asked what the price was. It was a very fair price for the situation we were in. I would and will call this company if I ever need help again. I got my truck and trailer stuck in the mud, and couldn't work them out on my own, so I broke down and called Kevin's Towing and Repair. They showed up within 10 minutes (on a Saturday no less) and started winching me out. The price was about what I expected, and Kevin was just awesome to work with. This is my first time needing towing up in Delaware, so I didn't have a go-to before. These guys will be my go-to for Delaware moving forward. When my daughter was hit by a flying object on I71S on her way back to school, the officer who came to her rescue her scheduled to have the car picked up by Kevin's. Kevin was an absolute rock star as far as this panicked mom was concerned. He went above and beyond to help not only get my daughter's vehicle picked up in a timely manner but went out of his way to make recommendations to me as to what my next steps should be and where I should have the car taken for repairs. He did more for me than the insurance company did and he didn't have too! This man helped calm my nerves and I knew my daughter and her vehicle were being taken care of. Treat people the way you want to be treated. That's what Kevin said when he parked my husband's semi that he just towed 15 miles. Immediate response, quick, quality service along a busy US route. Anyone who needs a tow for a semi should call Kevin.If you say 'shop local' support small business, this is who you want to work with.. He also does work on cars.May we never need another tow, but if we do, Kevin's Towing is who to call!!

I got a bobcat stuck in the mud, I called every tow company in tow and they were the only ones able to help. They have the biggest tow truck in town and were professional and reliable throughout the process.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Kevin Towing took great care of my driver. When the national chains not mentioning any names made my driver sit for over 5 hours. Kevin made it to my driver in record time and got him back on the road quick!!!! Thank You!!!!! Paul at Andi Group Trucking

Had a scheduled and paid for pickuo and delivery and the driver walked away from it. He even made his price. I paid it and then he makes me wait a week to findout from another towing company that kevin backed out .. I won't be calling Kevin's towing again

Pick up a truck that was towed here. They damaged the truck in the process to the point it was unsafe to drive.

UNPROFESSIONAL!Was quoted one price, but charged more than agreed upon amount.Was quoted a drop off time, but they actually showed 3 1/2 hours later after a detour to Walmart and lunch with my car in tow (the driver admitted to this). Accidentally charged us $1650 instead of $165, locking up $1650 of my money for 3 days until the bank could reverse it. The response from the manager/owner was, we were just having a bad Monday .After being late, overcharging, making a major mistake on our bank account, STILL charged us full price for the tow.UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!Service: Car towing

Called for a tow from Delaware, Ohio to Mansfield approximately 50-60 miles and they wanted $500! I told him he was out of his damn mind and hung up!
