My Accord kissed a 120lb doe. Joe Morgan collision center and Progressive insurance got her in the next day. Exactly 2 weeks later the Accord is home and is perfect! It looks brand new. They were so nice and professional. Eric went over my Accord when I took in, and Teri walked out and went over the car and showed me what tasks they performed to bring it back to showroom luster. The estimate is what I paid. No hidden costs, and they even detailed the interior. Totally impressed guys and gals...Thank You!....Rob

Very efficient with getting scheduled, a quote, and checking in to drop off the vehicle and pick up. My Jeep was done a week early from the estimated completion date and it was detailed when I picked it up as an added bonus. Definitely appreciate the extra gesture and excellent service.Also, the technicians know how to drive a manual transmission which is always a concern of mine when dropping my Jeep off at a new place to have work done.Thanks for the excellent service. Would definitely go back if any body work is needed in the future.

High Fives and Five Stars for Joe Morgan Collision Center and Bob Brocker who restored my 2013 Altima to perfection in a matter of weeks after an unexpected collision. My car looks brand new!!! The Morgan team communicated with me every step of the way during my repair. I highly recommend this center to those who need restoration of their vehicle. So glad I went there!!!

Candy, the appraiser, the person that you deal with on the repairs. She doesn't listen very well. Twice my vehicle had to go in. They didn't paint all of the car I requested to be painted. And don't let her rub the clear-coat on your car. She did mine. She was rubbing imperfections off with her bare hands. They just painted it and she was rubbing the clear-coat. I was afraid she would scratch the paint with those nails of hers. And the first time they were going to give me my vehicle with fairly large scratches in the new paint. I'm sure someone knew they were there before they were to give it to me..... That's the other reason for it having to stay for a second go around. But, what they did paint and replace, it looked really good.

Now I haven't had to get my car repaired in over 20 years so I might be a bit naive as to what is expected today but this is my honest review. First of all great customer service and great communication. They listened to my concerns and fixed exactly what I wanted fixed. Work was done within the time frame they predicted. Overall a good customer service experience with a friendly staff. The bad would be the quality of the repair. The brand new side panel that was replaced was scratched, the side door that was repainted had bubbles in the paint, and my car interior was so dusty and dirty I'm going to have to take this weekend to wipe it all down. The manager did contact me and offered to help fix their mistakes but I need my car back.

My vehicle was placed in the care of this facility at the recommendation of my insurance Progressive. Vehicle was not fully repaired, after (6) weeks and was told I wasn t going to be priority and would send to another shop to complete repair and would take (4) additional weeks. I immediately picked up my vehicle, found another provider that repaired it in (2) business days. While picking up my vehicle after paying for half of the repair, found parts of my vehicle where taken out of vehicle, after asking if it was taken off by technician was told my vehicle was received like this. Informed my insurance, and they too were not given my equipment. This shop never apologized, nor returned my equipment or offered explanation.

Did great Job on my daughter's car can't even tell it was damaged in an accident!! So happy we insisted the insurance company take Her Honda to a certified Honda collision specialist.

Had a minor accident that required body repair. JM provided outstanding quality work (although I had to wait as everyone does now a couple of months before my repair could be put on the schedule due to supply chain problems). My car was ready on time and I was kept informed of the progress. Seamless dealing with insurance company. When I picked up the car, it had been given a thorough cleaning, both inside and out...and it smells like a brand new car! Strongly recommended.

Got into an accident, and my insurance recommended I go to Joe Morgan in Monroe. They fixed my hood, headlights and front bumper in about a week. They communicated very well, and gave me follow up calls to give me progress reports on my repair.A few of my lights didn't work when I left the body shop, but they told me to bring it back in, and they fixed the issue within 10 minutes and didn't charge me for the time.Service: Body & Trim

Had a minor accident and messed up the back of my suv. My insurance had me take it to JM, I was surprised by the work they did. It looks brand new!! Tonight was the second time I attempted to pick my car up after someone hit it while it was parked. I STILL have the same error that they "fixed "on my dash and now there's an awful, loud, screeching sound coming from the side they fixed???This is ridiculous! So now I'm without a car and will miss work because I had to take the rental car back today and will have no way to get there!!!!Let me also add... They have received payment from my insurance company and my deductible. And the first time I attempted to pick it up the lady at the desk, Kandy, basically told me to "reset" the error myself. What?!?!? She didn't even know what I was talking about!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to Joe Morgan after my car was hit in an accident. They were so easy to work with and coordinated with the insurance company without any hassle to me! They were friendly and did a great job doing a full comprehensive evaluation of the car and fixed everything needed in a timely manner. When I picked up my car they had washed it and even vacuumed the inside which was going above and beyond what they needed to do! I would recommend them to anyone needing work to be done to your car.

Took my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek here for some crease dent repairs to my A-Pillar. This was a recommended shop by my insurance company, Progressive. From the moment I drove on to the property I knew they would do a good job. (the building and grounds were very well kept). The staff was professional and courteous. The job was completed before estimated schedule and they did a fabulous job. Not only would I return again, I'd recommend Joe Morgan Collision to a family member or friend with no hesitations. Thank you guys!

I saw very good reviews of this collision repair shop so I requested my insurance company to get my car repaired at Joe Morgan Collision Center, though it was far from my place. My car met an accident on right passenger side and brought up here in January 2019, they have given initial estimate of 3 to 4 weeks. They worked on the car and did a good job on price match with original factory parts but they rescheduled the delivery of vehicle 2-3 times. Even when they called us to pickup the vehicle even when it was not ready. None of the functions was working on dashboard. Extremely cold weather and having a infant (less than 1 year old) with you, they made us running to repair shop 3-4 times. Even when we finally picked up the vehicle in Feb 2019, it did not ran even one day properly. It was was dead in Office parking lot. We called the Joe Morgan collision center, initially they were trying to get rid of it by saying it is our responsibility now to get the car repair again but later after lot of discussion they agreed to come and look at the car. Finally they fixed it again. But during all this they caused lot of scratches and dents all over the car. when we contacted the insurance company about it, they said because they do not have photos of before the car came to shop , they will not fix it. How anyone expect the customer to take the photos of every inch of the car when he is victim of a major collision accident and injured. Very disappointing. I was very optimistic that Joe morgan will fix all the issues and I'll give all five stars and recommend all my friends to refer Joe morgan but I probably will not recommend Joe Morgan at all. I wish Joe Morgan fix all open issues and make the customer satisfaction.

Very unorganized. They can never tell you when your car will be finished without putting you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. And even when they tell you; they change their minds about 2 or 3 times. So, long story short; they tell you your car will be ready Thursday; you may as well expect it the following Tuesday. Shortly after posting this review; I was contacted by a manager who told me I was wrong. If this is true then this manager needs to more closely follow what the employees are telling customers, because I was given three different times that my truck would be ready for pickup regardless of what the manager says. After reading other reviews of this business it seems as though most customers are experiencing the same problem with changing due dates as I had. Therefore, my review is justified.

This is in reference to the reply I got from Joe Morgan Collision Center. You did not find any records under my name because my last name is different. I definitely had my car serviced there. I do not need to contact you for anything. It took over a month to get my car fixed. I was told one time and it would be ready but it was not, so I was given a second time it wasn't ready then either. I then had to take it back because I heard a sound in the front end. In fact it was a bent bolt in the area that was to be repaired originally. I was told it had to be taken to Tire Discounters to be fixed. Then that added more time for my car to be fixed. I don't have any concerns I just don't recommend your business.

I have waited over 4 weeks to have my car repaired. I've been told several times "it will be done in a couple days". Still waiting. Terrible customer service! Edit: I was never given a July 12 date of completion and extra rental days were offered AFTER I returned my car. Waiving the deductible would be appropriate at this point.

We were in a fender bender with our wheelchair van, and Joe Morgan truly went above and beyond, doing an excellent job on the unique repair involving our ramp, but even more importantly for our family, got the job done in record time so we could get our car back. We can t begin to express the kindness we received from this place, in particular from Bob who we worked with directly. It meant that world to us and we will certainly be bringing our business back in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I took my new CRV into Joe Morgan Collision Center after damage was done to the front of my bumper. I saw they had high ratings on Google and BBB, so I thought I wouldn't have anything to worry about. The guy that did the estimate was great, we informed him of all of our worries. They said it would be 2-3 days, ended up being 4 because they said there was additional damage done and they needed to replace the bumper. No worries, this isn't a problem. The problem came when I went to pick up my car and it was still making the rattling noise that appeared once the accident happened. I called them and asked if I could bring it back in for them to look at. When I got there the representative, Candy, was nothing short of rude and demeaning from the moment I walked in. She told a gentleman who I thought was a technician to go drive my car and "see if you hear anything". He came back after a bit and said no. So I asked to drive him. Once he was in the car with me, he was able to hear the noise distinctly. He said he would let them know and that he was "only a detailer, but they have him do the test drives to help the guys out". Ok, that's fine I guess, just let them know what it sounds like so it can be fixed. When we go back in, he tells Candy he heard the noise. She then asks "do you drive without the radio and air condition often? Are you trying to hear noises?" Um...no, ma'am, I'm not trying to hear noises. She then proceeds to tell me "I don't know what to tell you. We fixed it. All we did was snap a bumper on. It could be something related to the warranty. You'll need to take it into service. Or you can come back on Wednesday when the manager is here. He'll tell you if it's normal CRV driving noise". This is absolutely unacceptable. You tell me it's "fixed" when it clearly still rattles when I accelerate? Where is the customer service? The gentleman who got in the car with me CLEARLY heard the noise. So after I left, with absolutely NO RESOLUTION, I called my insurance to let them know Joe Morgan Collision Center did NOT fix my car so not to close the claim out. I also called the Joe Morgan Honda Service Center and scheduled to bring the car in tomorrow so they will be able to let their collision center know what the problem is, since they won't take a look. The gentleman in the service center didn't seem shocked by the story I gave him, and said it sounds like a heat shield is broken. I'm hoping they will be able to do what the collision center did not, complete the fixing of my car. I'm just so incredibly disappointed by all of this. Hopefully my cars gets fixed soon.

Originally had my car repaired by McCluskey Chevrolet Body Shop and it was terrible. Joe Morgan was able to fix all of McCluskeys mistakes in a short amount of time. Great customer service and great work by Joe Morgan Collision Center. Thank you!
