WHY call anyone else! So impressed with this company and this young man in particular. Ryan was awesome! Slide out on new unit seized up, wouldn t slide. Called Gander Mountain RV and they would pencil me in with their mobile technician in about a month AFTER paying them $167 in advance. I called Reliable and Ryan was here the next day. Diagnosed the problem and spoke with RV Manufacturer, who will be mailing the part, Ryan will install it. His service call fee AFTER coming out was $120. I will never call anyone else without first going through Reliable.

Ryan and Chris do an awesome job. From diagnosing a difficult issue, to working seamlessly with my extended warranty company, to working late on a Friday night to complete a repair (as they knew we were leaving Saturday morning). If I ever need a mobile tech again, I hope I am near them!

We looked at the reviews and decided to call this company. Their communication is absolutely terrible. The scheduler will not call us. We heard once from the repairman, Ryan, via text. He said the scheduler would be in touch to set up an appointment. It s been over a week and we have heard nothing. We texted back Ryan to say we hadn t heard from the scheduler and now Ryan didn t respond. If you are in need of RV service, I would not waste time hoping they will return calls and get you on their schedule. So very disappointing.

This service is fantastic! We were questioning our air conditioner in our new to us RV. Ryan came to our house, tested it, diagnosed the problem. He explained the issueless, we discussed a plan and he immediately was able to find the parts we needed. He had them shipped and installed 2 days later. It was very hot when he did our work. He was always on time, and was responsive . We are so happy we found Reliable RV Mobile Tech!Service: Air conditioning

Ryan did a great job diagnosing and fixing our AC issues just 2 days before we left on a long cross country trip into really hot areas. Today I am camping and it's 102 degrees. The AC is pumping cool air and working fine. Ryan saved much misery for us. I recommend Ryan if you have any RV issues.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

We're full-time RVers and had just arrived in the Dayton area. When we were setting up our 5th wheel we found that one of our living room slideouts wouldn't extend. We contacted Reliable and Ryan came to check it out. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He got it extended, quickly determined the problem and was able to do a temporary fix that would allow us to continue on or travels until we can get back to the manufacturer for the permanent solution. We felt that the cost was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend Reliable!

Ryan called me back immediately to set up appointment. I explained situation and he knew right away a part would need ordered. He called when it came in set up time to come out and installed part and did other diagnostic everything is working great and Ryan is as professional as they come. We are full timers currently living in a complete lemon. Ryan has been out to our home base several times and fixed so many different issues I can't even name them all. He is always on time, professional and super friendly. We're in the process of buying a new RV and hope not to need as many repairs, but we know who to call if we do!

I reached out to Reliable for our GFI breaker continually tripping. Reliable got back with me very promptly and I spoke with Ryan about the issue. I had the problem somewhat diagnosed and was in the process of repair myself (faulty GFCI receptacle). Ryan still took the time to make sure it was the proper diagnosis (which he agreed with the diagnosis I thought it was). Although I didn't have to use them for repair, Ryan's professionalism in still taking the time to make sure I was moving in the right direction tells me that they truly care about Rv'ers and not just about making a dollar. Being a new RV'er I know several more problems will arise, and I will definitely be reaching back out to Reliable when that time comes.

Our motorhome steps would not fully retract. We tried to get in to various RV repair shops with no luck. Reliable Mobile RV Service & Repair called me back quickly and helped us troubleshoot over the phone at NO CHARGE!!! We will definitely use them in the future!!! Thank You!!!
