JD and the technicians at the Mason location are the consummate professionals. They are very patient with answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. I have used this location exclusively for all of my Firestone purchases and services. I truly feel that I can drive my vehicle with confidence knowing that it has been in very capable hands. I will continue to use this location for my future services.

I brought my tire in during my lunch time that I had taken off my car with a slow leak, they examined it and had it repaired with in an hour, I set up a time a little latern and came back up and they replaced my tire and put my spare back under the car at no extra charge and had me out in a half an hour. All the guys were very friendly and helpful.

The guy I dealt with was great and honest. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle knew his stuff and was very quick. I hate how much it costs but I get it. They was also able to take care of my major issue on a holiday weekend while I was an hour and a half from home, and 2 hours from destination. I recommend this shop to anyone reading my review. Hopefully I'll never have to go back but if I was passing through and had another issue I would no question trust them with my vehicle. The mechanic was worth his weight in gold and could pretty much demand his salary anywhere he went. Thanks for helping a guy out!

Steven and Jarrod were very precise. Showed me the part of the hose that was broken. They called and let me know the process of the car being fixed. They were also helpful with a couple of things I was concerned about after I left.

We had a flat on a Sunday when most tire stores are closed and the ones that are open are extremely busy. When we first got in we were told it would probably be a few hours to wait. We didn t have a choice since we were from out of town. We walked to get a bite to eat and before we finished our lunch, JD called and said it was all done. That three hours turned out being about 30 minutes. We got excellent, fast, courteous service. Highly recommend this store!!Service: Tires

The whole crew was just absolutely AMAZING!!! I was an hour and a half away from home, no clue where I was, and I was a hot crying mess!! They all worked really hard to get me taken care of in a VERY timely manner. I'm especially thankful for Jarrod and Steven, they were so understanding about my situation and genuinely cared!! Even comforted me! They'll never truly know how thankful I am for them. Bc running into them, was exactly what I needed! 10 out of 10 recommend!! Thank you guys!

Brought my car to do a simple wheel balance and the first thing the mechanic comes in to tell me is I don t have time to be wasting, give me the key, I get paid hourly . Very rude staff, decided not to the service with the lack of customer service. Highly discourage anyone from coming in here. Rude people.

Very good experience getting an estimate, discussing options, and scheduling. Steven was providing great feedback on what is really needed to be fixed, fair and unbiased recommendations, which was not the case for Performance Honda Service team. Repairs were completed within the timeframe they estimated at the beginning.

was driving and hit a pothole and my tire immediately went flat, i had to pull over and i pulled into the first place i saw. the staff were all very understanding and helpful, although they didn t have the tire i needed in stock at the time, they did everything they could to help me out at a time in need. everyone was extremely kind and very helpful!Service: Tires

Basic part-pushers who don't really know what they're doing and forgot to finish the job. I should have gone to Costco for tires, and I found more problems than their inspections did.I came in for new tires and a pre-vacation inspection on a new-to-me Nissan Xterra with aftermarket suspension and a Nissan Titan front diff swap. They gave me two suggestions for tires, but after research I found (on the Firestone website) a set with better reviews and lower price that's more appropriate for my use. When the tires came in, I dropped off the vehicle with detailed printed instructions for the tire swap between two sets of rims. The instructions also listed known issues to look at during the inspection, and I requested quotes for repairs.They got the right tires on the right rims, but forgot to check TPMS, inflated them all to different pressures, left off all the valve caps, didn't clean the surface below balancing weights on some rims, charged me for tire recycling despite me keeping all of them, and called to say everything was done before actually finishing the inspection. They claimed not to be able to reliably align the work due to the front end swap, and can't just use Titan specs to do so. Lugnuts were over-tightened (on aluminum rims) and needed a socket and cheater bar to hammer loose.Even after inspecting it again, they still missed some of the issues I'd listed beforehand, but by then I was tired of working with them. Their quotes for repairs were all ridiculously high, and they won't touch customer-supplied parts. The radiator failed pressure test and I have another one but they don't have the plugs to test it outside a vehicle and quoted $1k replacement. Quoted $500 for an AGM battery with no warranty, so I got a Costco AGM for $200 with 3 year warranty. Quoted for full front brake replacement because they couldn't loosen the caliper bleed valves. All valves eventually came out so I only had to replace one valve and had the rotors lightly resurfaced while replacing pads. Their suggestion for fixing a noise in the rear left spring was to replace the upgraded springs with new stock ones, but I later traced it to a single missing wear pad.They sorted out the overcharge issues and gave me free TPMS sensors, but the whole thing was over-complicated and I'll just go to Costco next time. It's a dice roll whether or not you'll get a competent mechanic here.Update: A representative asked if I d be alright with talking to the manager again, but I missed his first call and never heard back after that.At a nicer shop in Washington for driveline noise diagnosis, they tested my radiator again and actually showed me the reading this time. It barely lost any pressure and is fine. My water pump is leaking though. Removing the second star that I gave them initially.

We needed a new wheel bearing and alignment. JD was friendly and so helpful for us when we were on our way back from vacation. Highly recommend their store. Went in for wheel alignment they said it would be $179, when i got the bill they had charged me more money....when asked, they said it is for shop supplies like gloves, paper towel etc that they use. They did not let me know of this earlier and charged me after the wheel alignment was done.Have never heard of mechanics charging extra for using gloves or paper towel to do the job.Thank you for using your shop supplies, Firestone :) but let the customers know before hand.Service: Wheel alignment

Got new tires/wheels; came to this Firestone shop for the mounting & install. The technician did EVERYTHING properly, which is HUGE during this Covid period when I've seen many garage/tech NOT take the care in doing things properly.The tech at Firestone:- Lowered my current wheels/tires from the elevated vehicle to the ground; didn't just drop it from height. (High drops could lead to rubber damage and eventually bubbling sidewalls, ruining the tire.)- Hand threaded the lug nuts before using power tool rest of the way.- Hand torqued with a torque wrench after lowering the vehicle to the ground.- Washed his hands before getting into the car to drive the car out of the bay.The newly mounted tires/wheels were very smooth. At highway speeds, no vibration at all.Service: Tires

Excellent, Excellent Customer Service. I have a 2007 Chrysler Crossfire and needed a new crankshaft. My first time at Firestone and JD greeted me with a smile. The day before I had to put my 17 yr old Yorkie down and while discussing my car I completely broke down and cried on this man shoulders. He treated me with so much compassion and care. They did a excellent job on my car and I will not go anywhere else. Thanks JD for being there for me when I needed you for my broken heart and my car!

If you are looking for an auto place to trust and put quality and customer well being first...then look no further. West Chester Firestone Complete Auto Care is highly recommended. The store manager and his team are wonderful and truly care. Driving from Chicago to West Chester to pick up relatives on our to way to our vacation destination in Florida. I realized on the highway that work of wheel balance on my van that I got done days before my trip wasn't up to top quality from another Firestone in Illinois. I went to the West Chester Firestone to see if they could look at my car before we got back on the highway. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get reserve an appointment because of July 4th and we were leaving the next morning. So I came to the shop early as they opened to see if I could get my car fixed. I asked to see if there were any openings at 7am and he said no; just something around 11am. I mention to him about the miss balance and short time frame before having to be back on the road. He found a way to look at my van because he was concerned of myself and my family's safety. He didn't have to accept my car because of quality of another affiliated company wasn't satisfactory however HE DID. I want to thank the store manager and his team for making sure my family was safe.

The manager gave me great advice. The repairs cost HALF of what the dealership was going to charge me. They used OM quality parts. Best of all I could tell a significant difference in my ride once they services it. The dealer missed the items that was causing my brakes to squeal. They also missed a problem with one of my tires. Firestone did right by me.

They did everything in their power to assure that I had a great customer experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing work done. My car needed brakes looked at and they did a rotor and pad replacement on the front, as well as fixing the seized mechanism. After that I experienced a vibration in my brake pedal due to an issue with the back brakes. This may have been an issue before they checked that they missed, or it may have been caused by them during the initial check. Either way they made sure it was right and I did not leave without my car being roadworthy. Thanks Blake!

Our go to place. Appreciate when a repair estimate is honest, even if it means I had to take my car elsewhere, because they were not sure about my particular AC issue. Thank you for the best case, worst case estimate.

Typical crooks. Charged me $200 for a $50 Chinese part. Two stars because they got the work done very quick and were professional. I balked at the price for the part and they wouldn't budge.Edit: I contacted the email as instructed and will post on the review what comes of the matter. Dorman part #590-001 on Amazon is $50. I was charged $198.99 for the same part. Awful business.A response to my email was answered same day with a promise a manager contact me within 48 hours.4/2/21 I was contacted by the manager Brian. Very polite and courteous conversation. He explained the mark up is comparable and offered to match price and service with competitors. During my research I found the part was approx $105 at a local parts store which makes the Firestone price a little more reasonable; only 100% mark up. I fully understand these places need to make a profit, however I was hoping it would be from the $91/hr labor charge and the $100 charge for plugging in an OBD2 scanner.In conclusion, the customer service was pretty receptive even though I don't feel satisfied. Bottom line is, if you have the ability, work on your car yourself, you'll save 75%, but ask yourself what is your time worth?. I cant recommend Firestone or any of the retail chain competitors. Bump up to three stars as this is average as to what to expect.

Have had two awful experiences with this place. First time I called to setup an appointment and they quote me a price for replacing all four of my tires. Took off work to go in and have the work done, they tried to get me to pay $300 more than what was quoted. When I questioned them on it the guy said he hadn't talked to me on the phone so it wasn't his problem. K thanks jackwagon. Ended up going to a mom and pop who took care of me. Second time my husband and I setup oil changes online. We were called to confirm the appointment. When we went in they had no appointment for us and said we shouldn't have scheduled online. Why have an online scheduling system if we can't effing use it? Garbage customer service, awful prices, and overall a disgusting business. Will not be going here again and have told everyone I know to avoid these jokers.

My Honda CR-V was blowing hot air last month.. these guys fixed it with new parts , refrigerants etc costed me $2k plus and in about a month it started blowing hot air .looks like problem resurfaced. planning to take it to shop again tomorrow hoping it will be simple and easy fix.. we barely drove in this month .. all local minimal travel .. again just hoping it is simple and easy fix. Next day went and was easy fix .. much relieved.. thanks Firestone and team.

Took car for service. Had a 9:30am appointment. Dropped my car at 8:05am to be exact. Went for wheel alignment. When I described the issues was told by a man with red hair that he needed to do a vehicle inspection. 3 hours later I called to see what was going on. He told me they were just getting my car on the lift. Ok no biggie I'm working. When I got off at 3pm I saw my car behind another one. No call was made to me. A woman came out after talking to the guy. He basically told her to come lie to me and tell me they put it on the lift but couldn't find out if it needed a tire rotation or wheel alignment. That my car was next. Makes no sense to me. Then I told her to just give me the keys. Then she turns to say bring it in tomorrow and we will rotate your tire no problem. I thought they didn't know what was going on. Lies. They had my car 7 hours and the only thing they did was rip my seat covers when they got in it to have my car idle behind someone else. Then lied to my face. If people have an appointment those people should be serviced and turn the walk ins away if you that swamped. I call total BS on this place. Then if you lied don't send a woman to do your bidding. Just super weak. Never again.
