My tractor broke down earlier today. This is the first time I ve had ever had to call Red Barn for service. The tractor was almost 65 miles away from their shop. They offered to come pick it up but I managed to get it loaded on the trailer myself and took it to their shop at almost 4 in the afternoon. They jumped right in to diagnose and work on tractor to get me back in business. They had the tractor fixed in less than an hour. That was outstanding and above and beyond what I would have expected from any dealer. I want to thank Kevin, Konnor, Brandon and the rest of the team for helping me out this afternoon. Would highly recommend this business If you need any compact tractors or other lawn and garden equipment or just service.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff you bring in for them to look at. If it is something they can sell they will make a list and all your info. Been here before as a buyer and they always get fair prices for your stuff. If you have the items they specialize in it s a good place to sell them. They will get it to the widest audience possible. Just sit back and wait for the sale.

Red Barn has an amazing showroom with lots of equipment to look at. The sales manager Konner was easy to work with and very informative. The whole process of buy a new mower was very easy. My new Ariens Ikon is amazing. Can t wait to mow again!

They did great work on my mower!! The only thing is. You may have a little wait in getting it back. So plan on that! Repair cost, wasnt bad for everything I had done! I would highly recommend going to the Red Barn for your work to be done!!

Had- my Toro zero turn mower 3 times -still isnt fixed right, 500 bucks later NOT taking it back for a 4th try.Next place I took it says they broke the new part upon installation which shorted out my ignition wiring so weeks later I am without my large deck mower. Brandon told me it was a different part than what was originally diagnosed.

Pleasant to deal with. Pricing was upfront and never changed. Mower was cleaned, serviced and ready to work when I showed up. Great place to shop and as my business grows I ll be back for more!!

I would not recommend their service department took the kids four wheeler over and delt with the service manager and he called me once and told me to come pick it up it was fix and when I got there it still had the same issue and stood in the parking lot for 20 minutes while they tried to get it running and I paid almost $300 for the work to be done had to leave it then the next bill was almost $200 and they said they had it fixed brought it home ran a couple ours and it had the same issue took it back for a 3rd time and after having it there they called and said that I needed to buy a part but couldn't greentree that it would fix it so I brought it home and almost $500 later it is still fixed

WARNINGDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.a seal for my simplicity got the invoice in the mail letter was unopened and not tampered with the seal was not in the envelope. They said they would send me another one never got it or a phone call nothing. Then they gave me a hard time about giving my money back.

Very friendly, home town atmosphere. Nice people. Very professional and they have tons of new and used stock. I would definitely recommend.

As long as i live in the area, i will take my business here, and its a 25 minute drive. Very nice staff and will take care of you. Bought my first zero turn from them and they were accommodating and will be for several more years. Would be a stretch for someone to have a bad experience here. Very highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Purchased a Ferris zero turn from them. Had a small issue with it at the end of the season, talked with one of their mechanics, was informed of likely causes, what to check, and in what order. Problem solved.

Great staff. No pressure, they treat you like a person, willing to answer all your questions. The way they treat you makes you want to go back to just hang out. I look forward to buying my mower here soon as my old one sells.

Everyone I've had contact with, both in person, and over the phone, were courteous, helpful, friendly, and professional. So far, all I have purchased from them are parts to keep an old mower working. Based on my experiences so far, when it's time to buy new, they will be my first place to shop.

They have done a lot to help us. They have the parts we need. When we need them. I have dealings with most the staff. They have bent over backward for us. Much better service then the place that was down the road. Thank you for taking the time.

Went first time to sharpen my chainsaw chain and they sharpened the wrong side of the teeth, thought I'd give them another chance sence they would fix it for free and bought brand new chain along wit sharpening the old chain they messed up and another old chain. Never sharpened the new chain and half a cord of wood later the brand new chain snaps, I go to put the others on and both are duller than when I gave it to them to sharpen. Never again.
