I am originally from Ohio, at the time my wife and I both were stationed at Fort Moore (Benning), Georgia. My wife s car started leaking coolant really bad and overheating. We tried local businesses and even large auto shops and we received a cornucopia of different answers all with negative connotation, scrap it you ll get more out of it! It s Jeep, they re built to break! That s a project not worth the time, money nor labor! We didn t know what to do. I started searching in Ohio and around where I m from. Spains popped up and I went to see them around Christmas time. My wife and I explained the situation and Ryan and Lenny Richelieu instantly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. We took the offer and had the Jeep shipped from Georgia to Ohio. Within a few days the Jeep was fixed with a more sustainable price tag than any other corporation offered. Due to the flawless results it is clear and concise there is nothing but superior skills within the business. Spains Auto is fair, friendly, intelligent, honest, patient, understand and of course supports our US Military. We won t go anywhere else for our Auto Services! Thank you!

Updated: Primary failure was the bolt backing out of the clutch as shown in the pictures. Did not strip the threads out. Can only assume the bolt backed out causing massive damage to the clutch and bellhousing. Multiple bolts overtorqued with stripped heads. No real reason to take the clutch apart so i dont even know why that would happen. Bolts missing from the upper half of the bellhousing. Harness not properly fastened down along the upper half of the bellhousing. Installed a RST clutch for much less myself and no issues. Maybe you guys need new mechanics.If a oem clutch was put in and not a cheap unrated clutch, highly doubtful this would have happened. I drive it to the store and back. Not to work at all. I take one trip down south over the weekend and this happened. People are drag racing at the track on stock clutches and slicks and they hold up. I dont drag race my car. This is CLEARLY the fault of the clutch.Paid 2500 for a clutch change in april. I went through the break in with mild shifting. The clutch exploded today. Sent metal out the bellhousing. Not sure what garbage was put in there but i will be replacing it myself this time with a upgraded clutch that doesnt grenade. Hopefully i dont need a new transmission.Service: Transmission repair

They found a particularly difficult problem I doubt 10% of mechanics could have figured out on the first go. Evidently, the computer had been uninstalled at some point, and reinstalled. Wires were pinched in the process, causing a grounding. The troubles I was having were masquerading as multiple codes, which would not intuitively be obvious. Most mechanics would have swapped out parts, whereas Ryan and the gang were able to trace down the problem as being electrical. The fix? Splice out worn wires and VOILA! Spain s worked with me all the way. Unfortunately the insurance company Endurance was a joke and I immediately cancelled my contract with them. Spains will do all my service here forward.

If you want honesty and kindness, take your car to Spains. They will do right by you. And will give great advice. Take it from someone who was almost scammed at a dealership.

I m very picky about my vehicle and who works on it, I received a coupon in the mail for a back to school oil change ect, they were very professional and friendly and did a awesome job, I took my vehicle back to get new tires and brake work done and again everyone was professional and friendly and awesome

I had a great experience at Spain s. Friendly staff, nice waiting room to chill in while I waited for my oil change, quality job on my car. Had another vendor do a quick transmission flush on our vehicle, which lead to a leak after the work was completed. Took it to Spain s Auto and the techs did an awesome job in diagnosing and solving our issue. Should have started out here! Staff and service was great. These are great and very respectful people to work with. I have brought several vehicles from pick up truck to Porsche to diesel box truck with everything possible to diagnose. Thank you Spain's Service Center (and especially mechanic Chris S.) for your competence!Though it was a preemptive replacement on my part of the dreaded internal water pump of the Duratec 3.5L six cylinder engine (plus, for safe measure the timing chains, guides, tensioners, etc.), I was still worried because it's basically open heart surgery on my car. Yes, a four-figure price tag, but with nearly 120,000 miles on the car it was prudent to do it before the water pump failed.You folks did superb work that, hopefully, will get me another 50-75,000 miles on this 2016 vehicle!I, and the village of North Lewisburg would be much worse off if Spain's Service Center were not here - and just a 10 minute trip from Marysville!Again, thanks for superior service.

Friendly and professional on the phone and in person, answered all my questions. They quickly diagnosed and repaired a misfire. Engine running so smoothly now. They have taken care of several vehicles for us.A fleet of all different types.They do as they say. They communicate throughout. This is a phenomenal garage. These are amazing people!Exceptional service & repair still exists. You will find it here.Whatever it takes, whatever they have to do to diagnose & remedy an issue, they WILL do it.The owners is patient, kind, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, available & sincere.Those traits have trickled down to every single employee.I cannot say enough good about this place. I just left an interview with this company. It is a family-owned business, the owners seem like down home good to Earth people. I decided to agree to take the job starting the 17th. I have close to fifteen years of diesel experience so let's start scheduling your trucks in. They seem to care about their employees and customers!!! I am excited to join the family

My car was being stubborn and would not start for me and sometimes wouldn't go out of park. But would start for the mechanic's who was assigned to my car on 2 different days. It was aggravating to me and I'm sure for the guy(s) trying to figure out the issue. After a few days of back n forth and finally the car not wanting to start for them they could go further into diagnosing the problem. Patience on both our parts, persistence, and just good car knowledge from Spain's got the problem solved. Swooo! I'm grateful for Spain's Service Center; their mechanic's and their lovely and patient service writer.

We have always had great service from Spain s. They get to know customers personally and genuinely care. They are honest and give wise opinions about what should/shouldn t be fixed. They think outside the box and have saved us thousands of dollars by trying a unique approach to fixing our vehicles. We highly recommend Spain s!

Knowing I said it was the right front making noise and it was either the ball joint or the sway bar link. The technician drove it, heard no noise, came back and asked what the customers complaint was, drove it again and then put it on the rack to take a look. Spending $125 on a diagnostic for someone to neglect reading customer notes seems excessive. Good reminder why I make time to do my own repairs, won t be a repeat customer.Service: Steering & suspension repair
