Great customer service Logan and Eric are always very accommodating and willing to work around my busy schedule. Plus there really quick about having your car maintenance with a full inspection. I definitely appreciate them and the Team! Thank you.

Eric was the most wonderful person to work with! He answered all of my questions and explained everything so well, and treated every single person who called and came in with the most respect, kindness, and understanding. Even though I was not happy through the process because oil leaks are bad news, he made sure I left with a smile on my face! I will definitely come here again for oil changes and necessary repair work after this amazing experience.

They enjoy overpricing their services!!The technicians are rude to each other and customers. Their master technicians are the absolute best in the business that's Donny or Terry. Definitely worth allowing them to diagnose and repair your car. Just be ready to negotiate,search for coupons and sign up for their credit programs. $$$$$$.

Honest, fair, and genuine concern for customers is a hard thing to find in this day and age. This midas exhibits all of those characteristics. They are incredibly professional and polite.I brought them a proverbial dumpster fire of a car to look at, and they were compassionate to my situation and recommendations on what course of action to take. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a priority over anything else here, and I would refer them to anyone in the area.

I love the guys at 117 Mindas, very trustworthy and customer friendly service. Eric the GM went out of his way to keep me updated on my service. Very busy but still attentive.

DO NOT GO HERE If I could give them zero stars I would first off I was told it would be 450 to replace my front brakes which is already high to install brake pads. They tore my car apart and then told me they wanted to replace other parts that didn't need replaced said they had to charge me 800 and I looked at the parts they said needed replaced and they were fine noting was wrong with them! They said if I didn't pay that and get new calibers and routers they wouldn't fix it because its policy I paid the scam price because I didn't have the time to go anywhere else bad to go to work. It took 8 hours to they told me it would only be a hour. If you wanna get ripped off this is the place for you and waste your time. There was also a customer in the store that got into a verbal fight with one of the workers screaming at each other they kept his car for a whole week to replace one tire which takes maybe 5 mins to do with the right tools unprofessional unskilled workers just not a good place to go for service period.

Speedy and they were available for next day drop-off with an oil change! I've been going to them for years and have never been unhappy. They go over everything with you and don't give you a hard time if you decline anything! Will go again!

I stopped in on a Wednesday when they were short staffed and busy. Eric was honest and told me it would be a long wait. I came back Saturday morning and Eric took care of me again. Great service, and honest. Good things to find in a shop.

Logan is very helpful and kind each time I come to Midas! I appreciate the good customer service and affordable prices, I am always informed of current coupons/discounts as well. I will be back again! They are a busy shop so plan accordingly and make an appointment if you're time sensitive.

I brought my Jeep in because I thought I was hearing something wrong with the tires but they checked it out free of charge& everything was good! Logan, who greeted me, was very nice & professional. Great experience!

Jayden did a great job for me aandwhat could have been a very expensive repair, he was honest and explained that the noise I was hearing was just a small loose part that was fixed in a few minutes. They checked the air pressure in my tires as well and charged me nothing! Eric, the assistant manager was polite and helpful and made this so easy. I will definitely be back!

The Midas touch left me feeling violated. They bait and switch here and don t honor the price matching they clam to. I scheduled a week in advance for break rotors and pads. When I arrived the new guy at the front desk said an hour wait. One hour turned into 3 hours and it was painful listening to him talk to customers like they were stupid especially from a new employee. When scheduling with Logan earlier that week he was quick to give me a low price and stated everything is warranted. My car is a 2019 with only 40k miles. Practically still new. However when I arrived Logan took an hour to then quote me with a price of $900 for a front and rear job. We settled on just front pads. Then I found a Groupon for $99 brake pads and rooters that they wouldn t honor the price match from another Midas down the street and they had already done the job, so I was forced to pay more. There was also a coupon on the Midas that no one was voluntarily talking about like they didn t want to give it to their customers. They also didn t have the proper master tools set so I had to provide them with my cars tool for them to take off the tires. Everything online said they should have had that tool on a master set. I ended up paying $167 for front aftermarket break pads with no warranty. Logan and his staff at this location are not pro customer and very unprofessional.

I recently moved to Lakewood and found new go-to! Eric and Logan were both so helpful and friendly. I needed a new tire and headlight, the service was crazy quick and prices were fair and honest. Definitely will be back.

Had a great experience at midas. This was my first time here. Eric and Logan really took there time to figure out what was wrong with my car and they explain my issue very well. They our very knowledgeable highly recommend them for your car needs.

Listen to the negative reviews, this place is a joke. Recently bought my car and a check engine light came on; I took it to autozone and they said it s just a thermostat. I booked with Midas and told the guy I think it s just the thermostat. Diagnostics was done and came back and told me it s worst case scenario , the thermostat was bad and I needed a transmission flush and the quote was just under $700. The diagnostics took maybe 10 minutes, so I guess in 10 minutes they determined that. The guy just seemed shady so I said no thanks and took it to another mechanic. And surprise, my transmission was completely fine!! My car only has 42k miles on it. They fixed the thermostat and the check engine light has stayed off and runs great. Stay away, they will rip you off!!

These guys are so great! I was using Conrad's before but I'm never going back there again. Midas scheduled me and then was so nice when I messed up my time. Fit me right in and has great customer service every step. Thanks guys

Matt and the team at this Midas are amazing people. I went in for an oil change, but they told me I wasn't due yet despite the oil light warning, refused my money, and told me to come back when I'd driven another 500 miles, then updated my odometer for free. Honest, good, knowledgeable mechanics who truly care about their customers. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Justin was great & super knowledgeable! He recommended all services/repairs needed for my vehicle but didn t pressure me to get it all done at once like a lot of shops would do. I had a flat tire right around the corner and they closed I'm 20 minutes. I called them to see if they could help and they said to bring it in, and they got the car in and out within that 20 minute time frame. They were very fast and very nice! Great customer service from Logan! I'd definitely bring my car back to them!

Was able to squeeze me in without having an appointment. Greeted me at the door (by Eric), which is always a plus to me wherever I do business. They even stayed within the approximate time frame given to me upon arrival.

My car battery died 0.5 miles away from Midas auto shop before heading back to NY for the holidays. Not knowing anyone from the area, I called Midas asking fro help. Ferrari showed up within 10 min to jump start my car. He offered to check my battery life back at the shop. My battery needed replacement but he knew I needed to be back on the road asap. He set everything in motion, replaced my car battery, and I was back on the road in 30 min. He was extremely professional, prompt, and polite. I highly recommend Ferrari for any of your cars needs!
