I'd leave zero stars if I could! This guy Mike is a con artist! We intended on selling our car to him for scrap parts so he could use them to fix another clients vechicle and he asked us to wait an extra week because the woman didn't have the money yet. So we did and much to our suprise this guy Mike charged us $15 dollars a day for the car to be in their lot without telling us this upfront! How much more crooked can you be? He also came to my home unannounced to give me my AAA card and driver's license with all 4 of his children in the car and proceeded to tell me his story of all his baby mamas. 1 passed away from a car accident, the second passed from a drug overdose, and the 3rd lost her children to CPS. Kids were fighting and he threatened to "beat his son's a** in front of everyone!" What kind of person does that? Stay away from this shop, their a rip off and a bunch of drama! I didn't want to hear his sad story I just came here for service on my car which as I've stated he ripped us off $140 dollars from hard working people! No receipt of the charges or anything! This is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with! Shame on you Mike!***UPDATE*** Recently we discovered he sold our vechicle to a friend of his. This friend had it listed as ONLY needing a starter and a firm $3800 for sale. Seems to me this guy is running a scam on people to obtain vechicles to turn around and re-sell! What a disgusting piece of human life! It's a shame when you can't trust a mechanics shop and the people who work there to be honest! BEWARE OF THIS SHOP AND ESPECIALLY MIKE DAY! TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE! I reccomend The Specialty Shop in Sabina Ohio.

Got my Jeep towed here. Was told the engine would not turn over, so I decided to wait for someone he said needed the parts so that they could save to be able to pay for the parts. Little did I know he charged me $15 dollars a day for it being at the shop. He never once notified me of this charge, so he pretty much scammed me. Take your car elsewhere, they will have hidden fees and not tell you anything. I didn't even get a receipt of the work that was done.

On the way from WI to NC, our moving truck broke down. We spent the entire day trying to find a mechanic that would help us. everyone we called said they either didn't fix trucks or could only work on semis. We started feeling hopeless. Luckily Mike and his associate came to our rescue and did phenomenal work on site! They were able to identify the problem quickly had our truck running again in just a few hours. We couldn't have been more thankful to have a good, honest mechanic nearby. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

This place robbed me out of my hard earned money. They put a junk part in my van and charged me extra for parts they was already working on. They also cut my emergency brake lines without my knowledge and proceeded to charge me over $2000 including labor and yet the problem is not fixed properly. They are crooks and don t belong to work for the public. And on top of that they have a poor communication. They will only answer your call call when it s convenient for them. I m totally dissatisfied and hurt.

Recently took my vehicle there for the first time for a brake replacement. They were very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. We were traveling on the highway and got a flat tire. They helped us right away. Very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide great service. We highly recommend them!

My family and I were on a trip to Tennessee for a family vacation and our tire went flat after about an hour on the road. We managed to get to a gas station after the fact and was debating on what to do. The owner, Mike, seen us sitting outside of our car and stopped to asked if we were okay and needed any help. We told him what was going on and he just told us to follow him down to his shop and he ll get us all fixed up. He didn t even charge us full price. Awesome place.Service: Tires

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UAE OR TRUST THIS SHOP!We were broken down on the road 4 minutes from the shop and the Owner said he would come and look at the vehicles in 45 minutes and bring his tow truck in case it needed to be towed.He arrived 2 hours later and did not have his truck because he said it couldn't get it to start. He spent 5 minutes looking at it and said he would be back at 9am to tow us in the morning.We did not call any other shops or look at other options because he said it would not be a problem.We waited until 9:30am and he did not arrive so we got a ride to his shop. There was a number on the outside of the door and we called it, we woke him up with the call and he said he would get ready and be right there.Another hour went by and he did not arrive, we called him and he said that he still couldn't get his truck to start and that he would get another truck and be right there.We tried to text and call his cellphone a few times after another hour but no response.We then called the shop at 2:30 in the afternoon and he answered, said his partner had a heart attack and he couldn't leave the shop, I Siad you could have told us that and then said he was to busy to talk to me and hung up on me.Not only was this rude and unprofessional but we have also now been stranded for 2 days because we were expecting him to help us out.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE OR TRUST THIS SHOP!

These guys are awesome, Mike is the man!! My brakes went through the floor of my Nissan Armada and they got her back on the road in no time and at a great price! I was broken down at the Flying J and the owner saw me, offered to help! He put my donut on and got me to his shop where he put a new tire on. I was back on the road within 45 mins. I highly recommend getting tired or whatever you need here !!! Greattt deals and he gets it done fast !!!! I would go there again it wasn t like any tire shop I ve been too veryyy kind and friendly and will work with you !!
