Took the car in, still have issues that need fixed. They somehow made it worse and blamed it on the condition prior even though none of those issues existed before. Wouldn t recommend this place.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Personally I wouldn't recommend this place to any female. I was told I needed a transmission rebuild that would be no less than $2200 and no more than $2400 plus tax. But I did get a 15k mile warranty. I was really bummed. Took it to my cousin and he changed the transmission fluid and filter. Saved me thousands of dollars.

We use to live in Franklin and used Transmaster for any car repair because they are honest, fast and do great work. They are up front with what needs done and what doesn't. We have since moved to Lebanon but will continue to use Transmaster for our car repairs.

You will find yourself coming back to get your transmission rebuilt time after time. They have rebuilt my transmission twice already and now my rear main seal is leaking after the second rebuild.

I went to Trans-Master Transmissions because I needed a new transmission. The transmission was reasonably priced, and they repaired my car in a timely and efficient manner. The staff was very friendly, honest, and most important did not try to rip me off. Thank you!

Worst company ever. Had a trasmission go out of one of my trucks (I have a fleet of 20 trucks all the same make and models), took it to Tras Masters for repalcement. Trans Master repalced the transmission and it failed about a month later, They replaced it and the second one failed again. They replaced it again and the third time it failed within a few months of the original failure. Trans Master failed to warranty the transmission for the fourth time and had to take it to the dealership for replacement. No other transmission issues with any of my other vehicles in my fleet. Be very wary of this company. They will not stand behind their work. Please learn from my mistake and find another transmission shop to deal with. Worst Company Ever!!!

I've used this place twice in the last 10 years . Seem like a pretty good bunch of guys and appear to me to be honest which is hard to find nowadays. I also own a business and try to be fair with my customers...
