My wife and I have purchased a couple UTV s from Valley ATV. Both experiences have been positive!! They spent a lot time with us showing us different models so we could decide which model to purchase! We didn t feel rushed or pressured for a sale, but still felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend!! Good people!

Place was pretty busy but I did my purchase over the phone. Took a little while longer than I wanted but they had all of my accessories that I wanted in stock overall I'm very happy.

Rude salesman when I bought my side by side I gave them all my information for my loan just for them to lose it all and call me and act like it was my fault got they side by side at my house after they where supposed to do a post sales inspection on they machine and fix any thing that maybe wrong with it and they only fixed what I pointed out at they dealer when it got home they coolant was low and machine was out of alignment which they salesman Jeremiah said he wouldn t get fixed this place is maybe a step above buying something off market place just rude fools if I could give zero stars I would

Second time my general was worked on there and I had to fix it myself when it came back last time front bumper was ready to fall off after they installed lights this time flipped the unit they fixed some things but not every thing charged me for parts they didn t installed bed wouldn t latch fixed that myselfMissing clips every where find somewhere else to do your service. Also called them after months of having my unit to see when it would be done only to be informed it had been done for awhile they just never called don t waste your money

They did an excellent and affordable job on our SxS.Had our turbo sxs go down. These fellas were swamped in work. They got to it in under a month we had it back. Unfortunately it took a new motor so it was a bit pricey, but worth it.

Purchased a brand new 22 ranger, purchased many accessories. Dropped it off Monday for service and expensive parts that were already paid for but waited 6 months. All of that was understandable considering..but when you have an appointment drop it off get cocky awnsers from the owners son was the 1st issue, and no apologies for terrible customer relations....pick up today after heater, lights, blinkers ect ect was added, the son brings it out with a flat tire!!!!!! Said nothing, neither did Paul who walked by and said NOTHING.Purchased many many utvs here but never again, they do not care about the customer anymore.Loaded it with a flat tire, seriously blown away

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone treats you like family when you're there and sometimes when I don't have much going on I stop in just to catch up and see what's new and they always make time for you. The couple purchases I have made there I have been very happy with and the process was fast and easy.

Very great customer service. You're not going to find a friendlier staff at any other dealership and they also take care of your needs. Highly recommended if you're in for a new side by side or ATV make sure you ask for Doug tell him I sent you.

Very nice group of people. Best part is the location. Its located in farm country not like your typical dealers in town. At first visit it looks like your GPS has gave you the wrong directions as you pull up to a working farm.

Paid triple price of mid Ohio's chain on round 1...better Rob a bank if you plan on buying Polaris or can am parts... Sometimes staff if friendly. Shopped there 4 times and I'll never go back again. Mid Ohio Motorsports is way friendly and parts are priced way more affordable. So mid Ohio or e Bay and wait

I forgot I was supposed to drop our quad off Saturday and I got there after they closed. The owner came out and opened the shop so I wouldn't have to leave it outside. Awesome people, I'll never go anywhere else if I don't have to.
