My daughters passenger door would not close tight and was rubbing at the top. Stopped in to see if they could take a quick look at it and within 10 minutes they had the door fixed. I asked them how much I owed and they told me nothing. Not the first time I have dealt with Payne Auto Body, and they have always have been professional and provided great service. Thank you.

First they do a really good job on painting and body workI had a door that need repaired.I was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get door. Told them to order it and asked if I needed to put money on itWas told no.Husband schedule appointment to get it fix.After a day there . We were told there was a wait to get thepart for door. Now I could drive the car the way it was..Now why would you start to take my car apart if you did not have the part to fix it.They finally got what they need to fix car.There a lot more to story but I just telling what really bug me.When this first start we were told car would be there maybe three day with theweekend it was six and a half day.Now if we knew they were having trouble getting part , we would of reschedule to get car fixed.

Absolutely top notch business. I called them while overseas to do an inspection and appraisal on a 67 Mustang that I am buying. They were able to fit it in the next day. Very honest and thorough. Can t say enough good things about this business.

I went to Payne Auto Body to get the two front windows and a strip on the windshield tinted on a brand new 2017 vehicle. Upon picking the vehicle up I immediately noticed that there were drip marks, streak marks ALL OVER the inside of the vehicle. The large navigation screen in the vehicle was covered in drip marks, my side paneling had a scrape on the top on it where you could see something was used to remove the side paneling (which I was later told they did to apply the window tint). The windshield had streaks all over it as if no one had even bothered to wipe down the vehicle after the tint was applied. Additionally, I COULD NOT SEE BECAUSE THE WINDSHIELD TINT WAS APPLIED ALMOST 3 inches lower than I had requested. I actually had to remove the drivers side windshield tint in order to drive the vehicle home, so now I have a bunch of glue stuck to my windshield that I have to pay to get removed by a more competent business. I asked for the front two side windows to match the back two and the front was clearly lighter than the back. I left a voicemail that day (a Saturday) asking for a call back to discuss why on earth my vehicle was given back to me in this condition and to discuss a refund. On the following Monday NO ONE FROM PAYNE AUTO BODY CALLED ME BACK. Both my boyfriend and I had to call again in order to get answers. I spoke with Jeff Payne, the owner, who was rude and said "I was in a rush and I dont usually schedule services on Fridays." You were in a rush?? Why is that my problem and why did you schedule me on a Friday then? I found that to be the most unprofessional response. Additionally, when I said it is "no big deal" and asked for a full refund he replied "well I have 2 hours tied up into this now, so it is a big deal to me." Again, not my problem. You should have taken more pride in your work. There was no "I am sorry for your experience" and he didn't seem to care that he had treated a customer in this way. FINALLY, two days after he claimed to refund my money, I still have not seen it reflected in my bank account, so I called payne auto body to double check. I spoke with a Linda Payne (owners wife) who was probably more rude than he was (not surprising). She told me to check with my bank and there is nothing she could do before hanging up on me without saying good bye, have a nice day or anything. Obviously this business produces poor work and even more poor customer service. Save your money and save your time and take your vehicle to a business where you are valued as a customer. Payne Auto Body does not deserve your money or business.

First Class Operation, family business since the forties, 3 generations of taking care of wrecks, custom paint n dealing with insurance companies that don't want to pony up with the proper money for your repair. Thank God for Jeff n Elaine both on my truck repair. My adjuster would've taken advantage of my ignorance. Thank you both again so much!

Very Unprofessional ... Belittled My Daughter after car was taken back to them for same repair , Owner Jeff stated she should have paid more to get a better job . Payne Auto body decided to turn from their fault work to other area of her car , Making her feel ashamed . Please I would clearly take your car to another place of Business
