I live in wood county but I'm working on a construction project in clyde. My truck broke down at the job site and needed to be towed away and fixed. I knew I wanted to use a local company but didn't know who. After googling auto repair shops in the area I decided on rush repairs and recovery. They towed it out the same day but said they couldn't get it in the shop for a week which i was ok with that. Not a problem. They called me the next day and said it was done. You can't always believe negative reviews. My experience with rush was amazing and a very reasonable price. The lady who I talked to on the phone multiple times was very professional and respectful. No complaints from me. Give them a call.

I needed new hinges for my bucket truck tool bed cabinet doors. They fabricated new hinges and installed a new latch on one door. They were prompt, and the doors work as they should. Paige was professional and answered all of my questions.

They must do only road services or expensive repairs. We came to them to replace a tire on a semi trailer ( we had a spare ) they said we have no time to do it. I understand they may be busy but I never had an issue to replace a tire before on any other shop. It s 15 minute job . We have our own shop and we never turn around anyone who need simple 15 minutes job. This is just our experience with this shop.Update : after I left them 2 star review the owner of the shop called us and threaten our workers at the office yelling using coarse language , saying he will call DOT to find our truck and punish him and sue us for something:))

After being in an accident rush showed up with their flat bed within 12 Minutes of being called.... Take out there just as quick as the police arrived. They helped me through all the steps of the process that I needed to go through and were very kind patient and thorough. They have also worked on my vehicles through the past and I would recommend this awesome company to everyone. Their prices are extremely fair and they are very quick at completing jobs. I always walk away satisfied when I use rush!! An excellent business with staff that actually care!!!

These guys TO THE RESCUE today!! We broke down in our RV with a broken leaf spring. We are not from around the area and had NO idea who to call. They came RIGHT out and assessed the situation. They thought they had the parts at the shop so went right away to check. They did and had us fixed up ROADSIDE within an hour!! Such NICE guys! Professional yet, real, and honest! Very reasonably priced too for a mobile repair. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

We had a missing cylinder on our motorhome. AutoZone recommended them to us.we went there expecting to wait several hours before our motorhome would be fixed. he told us it would be at least an hour and a half before he could get us in and apologized. He actually had us out and on the road in just over two and a half hours. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Third time my car has leaked oil after this company repaired it. I got told that it's not their fault that the oil filter housing keeps breaking. When we took the car to another shop the oil filter wasn't even tightened properly. When brought up that this would be the third time they have attempted to fix the issue and not done properly the manager was rude and even stated he didn't know what my problem was. Very poor customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Needed to get my truck repaired here twice. Both times they were fast,friendly, and had the parts to complete repairs on the shelf. Less expensive than most also.

I would give a zero if you had that as a rating...took my heavy truck for brakes made it a mile had to return because brakes were locking up...$1000.00 plus another $400.00....after.... 6 months later go figure head gasket...they claim they can fix it. Quote me $1200 for repairs end up being $2100. Won't run at start up the claim now I need a computer. I SAY NO DEAL..they told me to get out of there place... called me name and told me not to come back..Place in my eyes...won't be around long...no we will have our day in court.I RATE THIS CRAPPER A BIG "0"

Had to get tires taken off of a grain wagon so i would be under height. Very nice and respectful people and only charged me for the half hour it took instead of the full hourly rate.

Attention highway drives.. for road service never ever don't call them the charge you a lot with no reason. Please try another road service. You guys know truck driver working hard to saving some money. If someone cheat truck drivers they are mother fuker 100%

Beyond expectations. I am New to the area, needed a crack in my frame welded. Jacob the mechanic kept in touch as the work progressed. Took the time to check over the entire suspension. Walked in a stranger, walked out a returning customer!
