I can t say enough about Simon s! My college aged daughter had her catalytic converter stolen, and I had no idea where she should go. I randomly struck upon Simon s and am thrilled that I did. Rich is a class act and talked us through the entire process. He worked with the insurance company to get quality products for her car and completed the work quickly! She had her car back in one day, and it runs no differently than it did before. It means so much to me as a mom that someone reputable was able to help my daughter while away from home. I am incredibly grateful! Highly recommend!

I started using Simon's recently and regret that I didn't start going to them sooner. They will work with you to get your appointment scheduled, and will patiently show and explain to you any problems that they find. The prices are always fair and they have even suggested I contact my dealer in some situations because they thought my problems might be covered under an extended warranty.

Great Experience with Simon's Auto Service. Had a broken CV axle on a Volkswagen. Simon's looked over the entire car and found the brake pads were worn down. Really appreciated that they took the time to do the entire inspection, sent me pictures and then called me to dicuss before undertaking any work. Overall a great team and quick service.

My car was basically on hospice and Simon revived it! He was open, honest, and forthcoming regarding cost and expectations. Communication was great throughout the whole process - updates were provided via both texting and calling. Simon's has found a customer for a long time to come.

Had several GREAT experiences at Simon s! I described a sound my car was making and they figured out what it was right away, the staff was helpful and super knowledgeable, these guys really know what they re doing, and they don t overcharge. I would recommend Simon s to anyone.

Best experience they have your backs. Rich is an honest man when it comes to your safety he s your guy. They really inspect your car to make sure you are safe on the road. I recommend taking your car into him if you have any repairs or just a simple oil. Simons is an excellent place. We have our neighbor's going also and they love Simons and Rich.

Incredibly happy with my experience at Simon s Auto! I had my alternator replaced there and I had my car back to me and running smoothly in no time at all! Not only were they friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I've used Simon's a few times over the last year and am extremely satisfied with their service! I find them to be honest and straightforward. Which of course is everything you want out of a mechanic. Highly recommend!

I am realy surprise for your great services, Simon's have good team, I was had a problem in my A/C, I leaved my car with them in the morning and I pick-up it afternoon and the problem solved quickly with warranty, I can't believe it. Thank you again Simon's for your services.

I was very close to searching for a new work truck. However the team at Simon s got my work truck running better than it ever has! If you need an honest assessment, fair price, and trusted repair look no further than Simon s! Not to mention that they are less than a mile from my home . The only place I ll go for my vehicles. They ve been taking care of my cars for 7 years, from a 10 year old Kia to a new VW. Excellent service, unmatched knowledge and care, and fairly priced. All of Simon s employees have the trust of those who care about their cars. Once you go to Simon s you ll never need to go anywhere else.

Found unevenly worn rear tires when switching to snow tires. Simon s Auto Service gave us an appointment for an alignment within a few days, explained what would be involved in working with our 4 wheel drive, and had it done in a few hours. Pleased with the service and price. Will call them again for other services in the future.

My aunt and uncle have been bringing their car to Simons for years. I just moved to the Cleveland area and brought my car in for an oil change, general maintenance, and new tires. The staff member at Simons, Sam, was super helpful and knowledgeable with picking affordable tires. The did a complete inspection, replaced the oil, filter, and transmission fluid. Everything was done in a day and Sam called frequently with updates. This was my second service appointment at Simon s for my 2012 Mercedes. Simon s staff are no nonsense and trustworthy. They have great communication. They don t force unnecessary service or create issues that need repaired. They are reliable and trustworthy. The location is easy to access and the facilities are clean and attractive. Whoo..what can I say about Simon's Auto Service..the business is truly worth the total of 10 s. They have been my mechanics for over 8+ yrs in dealing with the vehicles I've owned. They have been supportive of my not good decisions on my vehicles..lol..but never once have they been rude, they ALWAYS given me advice on my vehicle(sometimes we non mechanics don't like to listen)..they show amazing patience, when explaining and to help understand exactly what's going on.There has been times when my car went in for one thing but they found something else...they would explain what is going on and inform me if it's an mandatory fix or how long I can go w/o fixing it right away. I've taken several vehicles to Simon's over the years and have been very happy with their services. Some years ago I got a newer vehicle and decided it was more "convenient" to just go to the dealer...well, long story short, the free wash just was not a good enough incentive. I came to my senses and found my way back to Simon's where everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, from the most serious, dangerous...need immediate attention, to, we see this but, it's not a safety issue and can wait or, it's not a safety issue right now, but we will watch it or need to do it next time. And...good service is not free or cheap so some repairs are like ...but I think that they are fair and honest and well worth it. I honestly can't see myself ever going anywhere else.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

We had a great experience with Simon s Auto Service! Our car needed several repairs and they handled everything. They were reasonably priced and gave an excellent cost breakdown. They told me what to prioritize if we weren t able to have all work completed at that time and they were understanding and kind when speaking to us. They had to order a few parts and still managed to get a lot of work done very quickly. Actually I got new struts and links front and rear, coolant and alignment. The service was excellent and they are very friendly and courteous. Explanations were understandable and I was advised of a recent recall I wasn t aware of. I trust Simon s. Thus far I have a good vibe and hopefully it will continue for future services. Hands down best shop in Cleveland... professional. honest. and they stand behind their work. I have had multiple things done with my jeeps that i JUST CANT DO. and Simon's has been amazing. I have had only positive and comfortable experiences at Simon s. My car earlier this year needed extreme work done and Simon s was beyond accommodating of my situation and helped out in any way they could to make sure I was taken care of. I ve used Simon s for a few services on my trusty old Subaru. This time it was rear brakes and a leak in my rear differential. I am appreciative that they gave me options and didn t try to push the more expensive option before trying out something else first. Simon s is my first choice for repairs. Great prices and always very transparent. Before they do any work they'll send you a link to their diagnosis and the pricing of everything. They educate you on what things mean and what they recommend, but they're never overly pushy.
