Went to McCarthy s on April 5, 2024 to see if I was able to get an estimate for the body damage to my car. I am unfamiliar with their policies concerning getting an estimate before a certain time which was before 4:30pm I assume. After I was made aware of this by both gentlemen who came to the front desk, I said okay. However, they could have at least provided a little better customer service and suggest I make an appointment to get an estimate for another day. That was not done. They were very rude!

The owner will not recognize my name. I stopped in to get an estimate on a repair that a near by shop wanted to charge me 1500 dollars . This shop identified an issue that was nothing but a lose screw. They were honest, kind and extremely professional. Needless to say that I have sung their praises and I have recommended the business to anyone who needs a trustworthy and honest Body Shop to deal with. A dozen donuts later, Thank you McCarthy, If I could give a hundred stars , I would.

Mccarthys was great to work with. They facilitated everything with the insurance company and did the repairs perfectly. I also had a large dent I wanted fixed and they were able to bring a PCR guy in and now the dent is completely gone at a fraction of the cost. Completely recommend Mccarthy s.

They were kinda rude in the way they spoke to me and were talking to me like I was stupid for some reason. The vibes were bad and I wouldn t come back here or recommend any woman especially of color to come here.

They kept me informed during the entire process of fixing my car & they even finished ahead of schedule. Their friendly customer service will keep me as a customer and my car looks good as new!

Best customer service I have ever had! Kurt was so wonderful, my car was hit and if you look at it now you cannot even tell. I highly recommend McCarthys Auto Body Shop .

Amazing experience from beginning to end. I can t recommend McCarthy s enough, unlike any auto body shop I ve ever been to. There was excellent communication throughout the process. There are extremely welcoming, genuine guys here. I ll only go here in the future for car repairs.

I am from out-of-state and I got into my first wreck in the Cleveland area. McCarthy's Autobody was among my insurance's recommended list for body shop work and I decided to go with them after I read their google reviews. I don't usually post reviews on google but this shop absolutely warrants it after they did an OUTSTANDING job in fixing up my vehicle in the middle of a pandemic. They were professional, communicated every step of the way, and prioritized my vehicle when they learned I didn't have a rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. It felt like family was taking care of you. I recommend this place 100% to all my local friends here and FJ Cruiser groups in the NE Ohio area. This is an excellent shop with the right people in it.

My car was broken into through the rear passengers window during the holiday my insurance company referred me to McCarthy s. Great choice, Pat the owner was able to fit me in even though they were backed up. The service was great. He is such a wonderful guy and the work was finished when he stated. Great place. Brought my car in to get some body work done after my wife was rear ended. They were very professional. Worked with us and the insurance company. After being involved in a fender bender, I needed an estimate for repairs to send to the insurance company. Pat, the owner, was considerate of the situation and helped me out tremendously. The shop wrote up the estimate in a very timely manner and sent it to the insurance as quickly as possible given the holiday season. I ended up not getting the vehicle fixed, but the estimate helped the insurance determine damage cost so that I could ultimately trade the vehicle for a newer model. I recommend this business.

This is the only place I'd take my car to for repairs. I've been to others, but none like McCarthy's. Extraordinarily friendly and competent staff. Will answer all of your questions honestly and do all they can to help you. I've had work done here several times and am always extremely pleased with their work.

Dealt with McCarthy's for a 2022 Kia Soul and I couldn't be happier with the service and attention I received. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely so there were no surprises. My car was rear-ended in an accident and required extensive body repair, including a paint match. The team at McCarthy's did a stellar job. They are true professionals - communicative, competent, skilled and timely. These guys are awesome. Super friendly staff and they did an amazing job on my car. I was the "victim" of an accident, so my damages were covered by the other person's insurance, but McCarthy's buffed out some scratches I had around my car, unrelated to the accident, for free.Can't speak to the prices, as I am not aware of them, but the overall service was great.Only downside is that the parking lot is a little small and tricky to get out of.

These guys are great! Took care of my wife's vehicle over the winter, and took care of mine after a spring fender bender. It was a basic rear bumper job, but they gave it the same attention a larger more complicated project would get. Additionally, they made the process completely effortless on my part. Communication was friendly, consistent, thorough, and the finished product surpassed expectations. They even returned the whole truck cleaner than when I handed it over for the repairs. They are just plain good folks, and I fully endorse their shop, the service, and their work. Happy to have such a good business in my neighborhood.

McCarthy s Auto Body shop made my car repairs quick, easy, and convenient. I got my car repaired during COVID-19 and they were very clean and considerate! They did the most to make me feel safe and comfortable. Very nice people and would highly recommend anyone to get their car repaired there. I had a great experience!

McCarthy's exceeded all my expectations! I could not be happier that I chose them to repair my 2018 Outback that was sideswiped. From the moment of the first visit, they were friendly, honest, through, and ensured all my questions were answered. I was dreading the repair process but they truly made it simple and easy. On top of that, their communication to keep me up to date was the best customer service I have ever received! Hoping I will not have to have anymore repair work in the future however if I do there is no question I will be heading back to McCarthy's!

Pat is absolutely amazing at what he does. They fixed my car in no time and had it back to me. This was my first accident away from home and I can t imagine having gone anywhere else. They were friendly and returned my car washed and vacuumed! It was such a small detail that made me so happy having a clean car after going through the stress of being in an accident.

I have used McCarthy's for years, and recently had the misfortune of needing body repairs to both of my cars in the space of a couple of months. Both cars were returned to me with perfect repairs. I have always received excellent workmanship and service McCarthy's. And I believe the pricing is always comptitive. For service and quality workmanship, you can't do better than McCarthy's

Cannot say enough great things about McCarthys! Customer service is the best of any company, business, industry, etc. I've ever dealt with. If you're unlucky enough to get in an accident, consider yourself lucky to have your auto body work done here. Thanks again Pat and Kurt!
