It s refreshing actually being treated as a person in a mechanic shop! They ve been so helpful in getting my car back in shape from the last mechanic (that did more damage than repair); all while trying to help me find quality used parts since I ve been in a rough financial spot. I can finally say I actual have a mechanic that I trust and go to for any issues!

This place is what customer service, quality of work, and reasonable pricing is all about. Everyone that works here is personable and makes you feel comfortable. They go above and beyond for their customers. I watched an employee take out time with an elderly customer to make sure she knew how to put oil in her car. Not many places will do that now days. I was there for a tune up and needed one that day. They made time from the already full day to be able to get me in and got in done quick. I appreciate the help and I will definitely be back.

My car broke down on the side of the highway and they let me have it towed there. After doing an inspection, the cost of repair was the cost of my vehicle. However, even though I did not decide to have it repaired, they let me keep it on the lot for a week until I was able to have it towed again (I m sure that s not a thing that they do/advertise). However, I appreciate the kind and thoughtful workers. :))

I absolute love the staff there! The mechanic who worked on my car took his time to get down to the root of the problem and explained to me all my options I had to repair it. Front desk staff called and gave me detailed updates about my car. Not many auto repair shops do this. Truly impressed by their work ethic and manners. Definitely will be returning for anything further that would be needed done on my car.

I've been using this shop for many years. Tony is always very friendly and he takes care of getting your car in and services competed. Thanks to the mechanics as well for keeping my older car going.

I've been taking my car there for a little over 10 years and not one time have they disappointed me. They always go up over and Beyond. Words can express how much of a good service they are to me and not only on top of that, I am very very grateful for them.

This place came highly recommended and it's easy to see why. I originally got a quote from a certain big brand about a concerning sound from my vehicles front end. They couldn't pinpoint it and gave me a high quote (this also included tires and an oil change) Naturally I wanted a second opinion so on the recommendation of QUITE a few friends I came to True Care Auto. Super friendly, very patient with my questions, and VERY thorough in their inspection. Their quote came back higher BUT that's because they found a few other serious safety issues that needed addressed that the big brand place didn't find. They broke down the costs for me and even recommended services that NEEDED to be done and others that were lower on the priority that could wait. All in all a fantastic experience!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Long story short. We live 3 hours away came this way to buy a car for our daughter. We ended up being stranded along 75. We had called True Care Auto Repair they answered the phone was very pleasant. When we showed up they looked it over knowing we lived 3 hours away, they took care of it and had us up going to head back home so we didn't have to make a 6hr round trip back to get it."True Care Auto Repair", where you truly get Excellent Service!Service: Electrical repair

would give 6 starts if i could! i finally have a reliable mechanic thanks to them! another shop had absolutely butchered a repair on my car and they got it in quickly and i was charged even less than the estimate. everyone there treated me with kindness and respect (which is really hard as a woman) and i couldn t be happier with the service.

A few more visits, and my old clunker will run like new. Matt & the guys take good care of me, and by today's standards, their rates are very fair. Nice bunch of guys, and very knowledgeable.

Amazing quality of service and prompt turnaround! Got my power steering fixed within 6 hours and the best part was it the final cost ended up being 70% of another local shop's quote.Great guys, great location right off 75. I'm hesitant to go anywhere else and would rather tow my car here than find another spot when I'm in a pinch. These guys deserve every bit of success they've received so far!

These guys are wonderful! Picked up my mother in laws broken down car for us right before the Holidays very quickly. They have repaired mine and my husbands car and it s always top notch service at a reasonable price. We have never had an recurring issues with what they have repaired either. Couldn t recommend them more! Justin is fantastic and so is anyone else I have worked with there. A++++

We've been using True Care Auto Repair for years now. Justin and Matt have helped us out on all of our vehicles, give great advice on what to fix and when, as well as breaking down the cost of a repair vs. life of the vehicle and whether the repair is needed immediately. The guys here are personable and helpful, they don't throw parts at problem, but instead work to get it right! It's hard for me to trust alot of mechanics these days but Justin and his staff are 100% trustworthy and are dedicated and loyal to their customers. My starter went out, and I called several different places looking for an honest quote. Justin was very affordable and professional, and had my car done the same day. He even went out of his way to call to see how much a replacement key would be for me (that I broke) even though he wouldn t be able to do the job himself. Really happy I found True Care Auto! Will definitely be bringing my car here in the future! Beyond happy with the service, price, and professionalism!

I like these guys. I feel like they are telling me the honest truth. Most of the times Justin will say, if this were my car and tell me if he would or would not fix something or if something is truly urgent or not. I have an old car and I am looking to replace it within the next few months so he keeps that in mind when giving me suggestions. The only hard part is they are only open 8-5 which is working hours for most people so trying to remember to call is hard for me during those hours but that could just be a personal problem.

These guys are friendly and do a great job, and can be trusted to tell you what repairs are urgent. They went out of their way to find a part compatible for our older vehicle. This saved us money and bought us some time to save up for another repair that needs to be done. I highly recommend them!

Justin, Matt, and crew are true professionals. Only place that is able to work on my obd1 truck. They have worked on my cars for years and always given me fair, honest, and informative estimates. As a dad, it's nice knowing the job will be done right.

What a find! I was driving through Dayton, and looked up shops for an AC recharge. Called True Care, and Justin told me to stop by (4pm; almost closing time). Had me in the shop within minutes or arriving. Job well and professionally done! Best part: only cost me about 30% of what the dealer wanted! First call - customer for all my repairs!

Took my truck to true care after the dealership informed me of a problem that was going to cost $250. Took it to true care and after a few min they came to conclusion nothing was wrong. They reset something and fixed it. I m done with the dealership. Taking my truck to true care from here on out for everything! Love their honesty and not trying to rip people off.
