I just want to give a shout out!! Great service is rare to find anymore!!On May 5th I had scheduled preventative maintenance on my Kia Sportage. I have used VanDevere Service for the last 15 plus years. I had the pleasure of working with Adam Burke as my service advisor. Adam went out of his way to follow up with me and let me know about the requests I had made on my appointment. My appointment was on time, was on budget and most of all Adam made me feel like I was part of the family. Excellent experience going here. My salesman was awesome. The financing department was awesome. Left in a brand new vehicle with a warranty forever and free car washes for life.Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a good car buying experience

I have had positive experiences here. Getting a car was very easy back in the beginning of 2019. I also come here for services and they are always kind and explain things thoroughly. Its these reasons that I will consider them for future purchases or if I need something fixed.

Always a great experience! We had Nico Curtis as a salesperson today and he was excellent! Made us feel comfortable and got us in and out quickly... which says a lot!

The service center has a nice setup. You pull into the service center garage and never have to go outside, this was especially nice on the cold day I had my car in. Everyone was friendly, and my car was done quicker than the estimated time. Overall I look forward to having my car serviced here in the future.

Ken assisted me at the service center. He was very kind and went above and beyond with giving me options and keeping me informed about my car. When I was told I would need a new starter, he helped me look to see if I had an extended warranty where I originally bought the car even though it was a different Kia dealership. He gave me plenty of time to decide what to do and make some calls, and did not rush me. I decided to take my car elsewhere to be fixed and as I was leaving my car would not start. Ken and another service employee pushed my car outside the garage, and he kept trying to start it for 20+ minutes until it finally started and I could leave. I really appreciated Ken s help, he is an awesome employee and I would recommend Vandevere Kia to anyone!

Sadly, i bought prepaid service and the warranty forever with my brand new kia rio (bought january 2nd). when i took it for the first oil change i asked about getting my radio looked at as apple carplay doesn t always work seamlessly. was told it was my phone, had my phone looked at. came back for my secret me like change and brought up the same problem with apple carplay kicking me off. When i picked up my car today (3/22) i was met with Mikes horrible attitude over me asking about my radio, when i asked if the radio is just broken and needs replaced he insinuated that it s my phone again, after explaining that i ve been to the apple store and nothing is wrong with my phone as my husband and friends have the same problem, he retaliated with that it must me operator error as he had no problems yet there are whole threads on Reddit and kia forums about the 8.8 radio having apple car play connectivity issues. very displeased with his unprofessionalism, as my husband is a service advisor and would loose all of his clients with that attitude.Shout out Jackie/Jacky for stepping in and taking over, she met my problem with a professional and helpful manner and presented a resolution instead of spiraling in a circle of no resolve. I will never deal with the anyone at those service center again other than her.Service: General repairs & maintenance

One thing they did was fix my brake light. Well, it didn't last and went out again quickly. I called them and they just made me wait, then hung up on me. They didn't call me back or tried to help me. Never again. Overpriced too.

Went in for a recall. Inspection was supposed to take two or three hours, was in and out in about half that time. Car passed, very friendly staff.

Does not give you fair value for your trade in wants to give you thousands less than its worth my car is worth 18 thousand they want to give mec12 so this does not help and when you tell them it's worth more you get an attitude done with thdm
