McVille Motor and Dustin were outstanding! We were driving up the Alaska Hwy from Minnesota to Kenai AK and needed to upgrade our F150 to a F250 Superduty. Dustin got the job done that same day! He stayed open late while we transferred our cargo to the new truck and went the extra mile by providing a sleeve for our hitch! We also got a great deal on the 2019 F250!I highly recommend McVille Motor to anyone looking for a new vehicle!Paul

Called about a 2018 3500, he had it running and ready for a test drive when we pulled up. Easy trade-in process, easy paperwork, easy drive off with my new truck. Wasn't pushy, answered all the questions I had about previous service.

Louis and McVille Motors were an Absolute Pleasure to buy from and work with. I live in SD (almost 8 hours away). I bought a Ford pickup that I saw online. They delivered here, (Big Shout Out to Glen! Thank you again.) It had some issues, Called Louis, he said no problem got you covered, within 3 days he had another pickup delivered and took the other back. Top Notch customer service at a dealership that Stands by their vehicles. Thank You Again Louis and McVille Motors. My next new or new to me vehicle will definitely be coming from you.

Dustin was an amazing salesman. But I do agree with the other comments they do not back up their vehicles. I brought mine back the next day and told him about the rattle, they went ahead and fixed it with no complaints. After I got it back I found that they never touched the tires like they were asked but instead but a new rear end in it. Did they already know it was going out and sold it me that way? We will never know. Why did they just fix it with no hesitation? But then when I told him I wanted to make an appointment to get the tires fixed like I said the first time I waited almost 2 years for a return call for an appointment. I would not send any of my family or friends here.

I bought a 1992 Dodge D150 LE from Dustin and had it shipped to Ohio, sight unseen. It was everything he told me over the phone. There were no surprises on my end. Dustin was honest and went out of his way to ensure I saved money on shipping. The whole transaction was smooth. McVille Motors was forthright and easy to deal with, I can easily recommend them to any of my friends!

I had an enjoyable and easy experience buying from Ken and got to know him a little bit. I'd buy from him again. Small town dealer with honesty. Delivered a vehicle 2 hours away in the same day. Vehicle showed up with some imperfections not known to either of us, but Ken offered to take care of it, which is acceptable to me. Assuming the vehicle works out over some time, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. Thanks Ken!

I found the vehicle I wanted here. I drove over 400 miles to buy it. The salesman, Dustin, was easy to deal with. He didn't play all the car dealership games trying to add stuff on. Didn't have extra surcharges that I had to argue over. Before I left home, I asked what the total I was going to be writing the check for. When the deal was done, that was the EXACT amount I wrote the check for.Nice people to deal with.

Loved working with Dustin. He was very nice to speak with and explained all paperwork details great. Dustin even stayed late when they closed for the day just to help me out. I am very pleased with the purchasing of my vehicle. Great job Dustin and thank you Ken.

First time car buyer and I have had nothing but problems since buying my car back in November. It was not advertised with autostart but did have one, paid $150 to get it plugged in reprogrammed and a new remote. Had some problems when I went to buy it, battery was swollen and frozen, told me they put a new one in- a month or two later I was replacing the battery because my car wouldn t start and it was corroded. Had major issues with the radio- about a $700 fix and just out a new upgraded radio in it. Now my car won t shift gears (it s an automatic) and currently in the shop to get fixed. Please be very cautious about buying cars here. Definitely screwed me over

The pros are that the car gets good gas mileage and was in very good shape inside and out. It had great tires to! They delivered the car to me for a fee. The cons it was supposed to have a full tank of gas upon delivery it didn't. Also it had no jack with it.

We ve just had a horrible experience with McVille Motors. Their lack of communication and poor customer service, as well as downright dishonesty should make you run the other direction! We drove over two hours to look at a car for my college bound daughter. When we arrived we discovered they had lost the keys for the vehicle the day before, but had let us come all that way with hopes of finding the keys by the time we arrived. We hung around for almost an hour while they continued to hunt. Still no keys. The car hadn t even been detailed or oil changed before our arrival because of the missing keys. Dustin offered to have it driven to our home town (where they needed to pick up another vehicle from a body shop they do business with) for us to test drive once keys were acquired. He assured us it would have a fresh oil change, be detailed out, and that they would come down on the price to make up for all of our trouble. When the car arrived in our home town for us to test drive it was an embarrassing, confusing situation as the local auto body shop was falsely led to believe the sale was already made and we were just there to get the keys and take the car home. The car oil hadn t been freshly changed, nor had it been detailed out, and upon calling Dustin he informed us that they had too much money into getting new keys made to come down on the price. When we reached out to Ken to let him know our disappointment his response was to attack our character and refuse to believe that Dustin had made any of these promises to us. These men are dishonest and untrustworthy. Unfortunate, but typical of a used car dealer.

Called McVille motors about a Vw tdi sport wagon. Owner said it was a very good car. Drove 4.5 hrs to look at it and wanted to take for test drive. Wouldn t start. They jumped it and took for a drive. Looked in glove box and seen a repair invoice for the car not starting even after new battery. This place is a typical auction car selling business. You might get a good one and or a lemon. Proceed with caution. Told them I was passing. They told me 50 percent of their cars would need to be jump started. I thought wow. FYI the car had been running before we got there and heater was warm when we took off.

I went here for my first car purchase. The whole process was really great. I worked with Eric Olson, he was always there is I had questions, was so transparent and helpful. Dustin was amazing to work with, really friendly to work with. Dustin even came in on a Sunday so we can test drive the vehicle since we where coming from 3 hours away. Didn't hide anything when it came to the vehicle I was looking at. Wasn't pushy about buying the vehicle. Will differently come back.

We went in and bought a car from Dustin and we were having troubles using our extended warranty that we bought through McVille motors. mcville motors went out of their way not only Dustin but ken the owner they got us a loaner vehicle to make sure we were not down a car while our car went into the shop to have work done on it. I honestly and truly did not feel like a customer there but more like family they are absolutely amazing

I have purchased two vehicles from Ken, both of the them worked out very well for me. My daughter lovers her KIA Soul and my son loves his Ford Escape. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him.

Just bought a 3500 Ram Cummins from Mcville Motors and have nothing but GREAT things to say!! I Worked with Eric Olsen and he went above and beyond and was so helpful. This was the first time I ve ever enjoyed a salesperson when buying a truck. Friendly, respectful, honest, straight forward and absolutely no pushing or pressure to buy a vehicle. Next vehicle I by will be from him and Mcville Motors!

You can measure a business more by how they react when things go bad than when everything goes right. Without going into all the details and through no fault of their own, I had a deal go very bad. Ken stepped up, unwound the original deal and put me in another vehicle that I am totally satisfied with. Great job under not great circumstances.

I must say as a mechanic, these are some of the most dishonest car dealers ive ever had to come in communication with. They willingly used and lied to a 16yr old girl regarding a vehicle purchase.if a "detail" is vacuming and leaving stains then shure that was completed... As well as the blatant disrespect towards several of my family members. If negative stars were possible id say -5!

WARNINGYou MUST have the vehicle checked by an independent mechanic before purchasing from here. I didn't I drove the vehicle that I purchased THREE times and the transmission went out. If I would have looked at the transmission fluid when checking the car over, I would have seen that the fluid was black instead of the red its supposed to be. When I brought it in to have the transmission replaced, I was informed that there are other significant issues with the car and it wasn't really worth putting the money into fixing it. Any good mechanic would have seen all these problems.Ken had told me "there are no issues with this car and you won't be disappointed" when I was looking at it. Very dishonest!!!

My best friend just bought a ford escape from McVille Motors. I listened to this man that owns it lie through his teeth. He said no issues it has three major sensors out. He said the remote start would work and it has never been hooked up and is missing critical parts when we addressed this with him. He has stated tough luck and is willing to charge an additional 2 grand above the already full market price he charged for this vehicle. WOW

We found the vehicle we were interested in, gave Eric a call on a Saturday, and he was willing to meet us there after hours and made the purchase and drove home with a new car! Very impressed and would highly recommend him to others!!!! Thank you

Purchase a 2013 tahoe from them was told everything worked the truck seam to be ok we purchased early spring less than a month after purchasing it we found out the ac didn't work the lines were rotten going to the back of the truck it cost $1000 to fix I called them they told me they would help figure something out now we are middle of summer and still nothing won't even call a customer back buyer beware in my situation they do not stand behind there sale
