Bought a new Rugged bed liner from here and was not a proper fit, the liner didn t cover everything on each side going up the side of the bed on both sides, should have slid underneath the bed rails, he told me that was normal, no it isn t, I saw another 97 F-150 with a perfect fit from a Rugged bed liner, then two of the tie down holes in front of the bed wouldn t line up at all, I tried to slide the side of the liner up but of course it wouldn t go up any because of the bed rail on top, told John about the problem and he said I could return it, cool, but he said there would be a 20% restocking fee, REALLY?! Nowhere on the sales receipt was there any mention of a restocking fee, I hope he s happy with the $50.00 he made off of me. Not how you treat customers when something doesn t work.

Quick response back to my interest in a camper top which was very fair on pricing. J.T. Was very helpful, friendly, and all-in-all had great customer service, especially for someone who had just made a long drive. I would recommend Automotive Additions to anybody!

I bought a work truck cap/shell with a ladder rack and the prices were very fair and the technician did a very good job installing it onto my truck. I m looking forward to using it for my business.

I normally don t leave negative reviews but this seller took advantage of me wanting to purchase a camper top from him after traveling a long way. The top was in fair at best condition and a bit overpriced. The thing that upsets me a little is nowhere in his advertising did it state keys were not included for the locks. When I offered a little bit less he declined to accept anything less and I feel like I was making a fair offer. He actually sent me down the street to the convenience store for change because he wouldn t accept $620 for an item he was asking $625 for. He clearly was greedy and taking advantage of the fact I drive a long way and wanted to not leave empty handed

Purchased step rails and had graphic pin stripes put on my 2017 Traverse.Great prices and service...My Traverse never looked better.. These guys are the best...Call them today for great custom auto accessories.
