Great service, great prices, always can count on them

Very disappointed! I chose this shop due to the rave reviews here. They told me three times my car would be done the next day(I kept calling to inquire about the status). The last time I called to check was 2pm . I only have one vehicle and desperately needed it in and out as a single mom and They said they could get the job done! However Four days later I call (for the 15th time) to find out my car WAS ready the next day. During these four days, I missed church, work and a family event. When I asked why they didn t call me I was told we did call but don t leave messages because people don t call us back. What kind of customer service is that ?! I explained I was stuck without a vehicle and listed the issues this caused me yet Nathan didn t seem to care one bit. he walked away so quickly I wasn t able to ask any questions about the work he had done! if you call them they don t have voicemail set up either so no way to leave a message. They closed early on Friday Oct 7. Hours posted say 530pm. A friend who was on standby drove me down at 5:15 to see if my car was ready and the place was locked up like Ft Knox with my keys inside and would not answer the phone. This is an example of a garage who is making so much $$, they no longer need to care about the one little job for the little person. Ps I had no record of receiving a call between the hours of 2pm-530pm. I think someone forgot as they were leaving early that day and were focused on that rather than getting my car back to me. Left me hangin and didn t care. You shouldn t do this to people.

Great service! When my husband passed I was hesitant about trusting someone to fix my cars. But God Blessed me. Their honest, well mannered, and reasonable and I've had satisfaction with their work! I would and do recommend them if you have a need with your vehicle!

My husband and I have gone to Nathan since moving back here nearly 4 years ago and have never been disappointed. Family oriented Christian, they are hardworking and honest with more than reasonable prices. Nathan will do his best to accommodate customers with truly urgent needs. His work has proven to be quality and worth the wait if he's extra busy. We never hesitate to refer anyone here. My whole family uses this place now.

You will not find a mechanic as knowledgeable as Nathan. He does quality work, he does right by his customer's. He keeps a CLEAN shop and that to me speaks volumes! Lastest technology in front end alignments are now available. It is great to know that what needs to be done does get done and done properly

Went in for my struts, yet it was so busy they said it would call me later back later when they were able to and I tell you what I know that it can be done. How is the best and the people that work with him they're great team.

Went in for an inpection after 5:00 they close at 5:30. They did not hesitate to get truck in or even sigh at the late time that I could get there. This shop is under new ownership and still is one of the cleanest around and still the same quality of work. You will always walk out with the new owner saying have a blessed day!

Had no air wanted air compressor put on had to wait days to tell us it would take more days to get parts charge $277 to put a $43 part on and labor we picked up our vehicle smh!
