Stay away from this place. They take advantage of you, especially if you re elderly. My dad went here for a vehicle inspection and his tag light was out. He didn t know this, because he doesn t drive at night. They disassembled his car and after being told by me over the phone that we aren t interested in getting them to fix it (my husband can fix simple things like that, or we have another shop we prefer) and we figured that it would be a simple fix & the guy told me they don t mind to put his car back together, fail his inspection and send him on his way and we can return to get it re inspected.I then call my dad to let him know that I told them to just put it back together and we will fix it elsewhere , when I hear him talking to the same man which was now telling him that I don t know what I m talking about, and that the place we take it may not either and that he should leave his car so they can fix it & pass his inspection.My dad then asks how much it might be, how long it would take, etc. the man told him the fix to be ranging from $200-2,000 . All for a simple tag light. Then, the man says he doesn t know when they can get to it This man was extremely pushy and shady. They told me they don t care if they don t fix it, but then in turn tries to pressure my elderly father who went there alone into just getting it fixed there because his daughter doesn t know what she s talking about.

Do not take your car here unless you want a cracked windshield!Went here for a repair, when we picked the car up there was a crack in the windshield. After we brought this to their attention, they claimed they did not know how it happened and we should just file a claim with our insurance. Now I have to pay my deductible to replace a windshield they broke. I went here despite being warned by a previous customer of theirs. When I added my initial review, they called and said they wanted to make it right and would pay to have the windshield replaced or take the amount off of a future repair. I obtained a quote from Safelite, Philcar told us that was too expensive and could have it done for half of the price. Then they changed what they originally promised and said they would take 10% off of each repair we do in the future to meet up the cost of the quote they have for the windshield. Why would I spend 2000 more dollars at a place that damaged our car and then lied to us to get us to remove our review. Bunch of crooks.

Jason and P.D. are the BEST. They have come to the rescue several times in the past few months when I've needed service. Communication is excellent, and they will continue to receive my small town support!!

Excellent service, knowledgeable and respectful staff, reasonable pricing.i would definitely recommend this shop!I just had them replace the transmission in my 2003 Super Duty. They did a fantastic job at a good price. They will certainly be getting our business from now on.

They have done an excellent job on servicing my truck several times. They are very trustworthy, but a little bit expensive, I must say they re absolutely worth it because I know the job is done right the first time. Great customer service! I will keep going back

Finally getting to write a review about this horrible this place. I think they take advantage of women that don't know a lot about cars. I had an intermittent problem on my Ford Escape and they were going to hook the computer up to it. I also needed an oil change. After only 5 minutes of waiting, they couldn't find a problem and charged me $65 for hooking up the computer. They didn't even change the oil. I took it into town to another place and got much better service where they didn't charge me for the computer check and actually changed the oil.

Beware- Crooks! Lieing, disrespectful, and thieving people. They charge for unnecessary thing's such as topping off fluids that were just filled and leak free before entering this "shop". Also important safety parts such as seatbelts were not properly replaced. My wife and I was lied to and charged for problems that didn't really exists. My brother in law also experience this the following week. They can replace a part but expect new problems to occur soon after to ensure that you keep coming back. I don't want to see the good people of our community swindled like this. How many people never knew what was being done to them?

Lacks morals and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Over priced and slow to diagnose and address issues, took Over a week to diagnose a transmission issue that I told him about prior to dropping it off then charged me for waiting for him to tell me what I already knew. Lies about the "fixes and replacements" he does to cars.

Took my vechile because it was going in limp mode they said that only did one time that it was 3 quarts low on transmission fluid and there was no internal leaks. When I got the truck back I drove it around and I noticed leaking at transfer case and called them back and got the run around. Truck went back into limp mode so I decided to take it to a diesel mechanic in Salisbury and needless to say less than an hour the guy send me a video and pics on the transfer case had metal chunks in fluid and that drive shaft was moving. So I wouldn't take no car to these people no refund and I think they didnt want to do a job. I justed need to know what was wrong with it

They will tell you that you need repairs you didn't need. They will go as far as breaking things to rack up the bill. Do not use these frauds.
