Checked in around 230pm for tire change on the trailer. Informed on driver ahead of me, I would be next after shift change. Checked back at 630pm, 740pm, and 830pm. They pulled in a Loves fuel truck. I was told they would call me in after. Nothing. I call to check on the status and was told I leave at 11pm and there was the night shift guy called out, I would be first in line 7am the next day. Usually the shops at Loves get things done. I guess they didn't feel like work this time

Got here at 2pm on a tire change 8pm still waiting guess its more important to be standing around on phones this place sucks shouldve went to ta never again

We called them for trailer tire replacement. The mobile service was fast and good quality.

The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, he took his time to find the part that I needed for my truck, definitely 5 stars Thank you!

I was first in line (10:30am) for a tire change. I waited 3 hours but didn't get it. moved across the road to Pilot and changed the wheel in 30 minutes. Love s called me and said that they are ready for me only after 20 hours (next morning 6:30am) !!!

Took over 4 hours to get 1 trailer tire fixed. They kept saying they were backed up but they spent more time in the office or outside smoking than actually working. I understand a couple of hours but over 4 to me is uncalled for.

Lorenzo gave us excellent service on our RV. Checked the tire pressure, oil, coolant, and even shot conversation with my teenage boys. Excellent service as everyone should be like!

Wanted us to wait almost 24 hours for a headlight change. We just did ourselves and kept going.

Truck checked in for diagnostic at 10-11 am, there was 3 trucks ahead of my driver according to the Loves technician, after waiting all day at 9 pm there s still 3 trucks ahead of my guy, we ended up going to another shop. Don t bother with this location, waste of time
