We took our 2004 F150 on a Friday afternoon due to issues with the starter and a possible battery drain. STAT s team did a thorough evaluation, documented the issues that needed to be addressed (including rear brakes), completed the repairs and had the truck back to us by lunchtime on Tuesday. They communicated via text and email throughout the process so we were always in the loop. I was very impressed from start to finish. It was our first trip there but we will DEFINITELY be back!

Brandon was very welcoming and thorough through the entire process of diagnosing my vehicle. We were given different options in the approach of repairs to correct our issues. Their online system to show work and test performed is extremely easy and transparent. I was recommended to use Small Town Auto and I m glad I did. I will definitely return and refer business their direction.

Had a wonderful experiences there. Mr. Dills explained everything in detailed about the repair and cost. When my truck was finished and it was awesome to drive with no worries. They were awesome about getting me in for my inspection. I walked up, they were honest about being booked that day, but gave me their soonest availability. The front desk area is nice, staff was courteous and respectful. I will be coming back for anything else car related.

I can absolutely without a doubt not recommend this repair shop. He took advantage of us in every way possible and also made false claims against me and now the worst of the situation is the car is not repaired correctly. I keep getting a engine light and a smell of gasoline. I have to drive with the windows down and have actually had a headache and light headed. He replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1600.00 and it has thrown the codes ever since. I have pictures of the code P0455. Update after taking the car back he tried to get us for even more money rather than doing the right thing. I had to take the car to another repair shop and they found the fuel pump wasn't installed correctly and it was leaking gas. The fuel tank was covered in fuel. It's a very dangerous situation. I had to pay an additional $500 at this shop to have it repaired correctly.

This crew is second to none. They help there community, they give back to an industry they so obviously care about, not to mention how much this team cares for its customers. It s always customer first with them. Open, honest are the two best words to describe this business and it owner. Well done.

The work was done correctly and my vehicle drove exponentially better after the work was complete. The staff was beyond friendly and kept me up to date with the status of the repair. I would highly recommend.

I was set to purchase a car from this location, we made the arrangements for me to pickup today 12/20/23 at 4:30. At 2pm when I have already got a car trailer and cash from the bank I get a message that the car is sold and thank you for your interest but the car is sold would not do business here.

Great experience, they were quick, informative, and very easy to work with. Communication about what was wrong with my jeep and how long it would take to fix was very smooth. Definitely will take my vehicle back here if it ever has problems. I really want to Thank Small Town Automotive for seeing my vehicle on such a short notice. They have there procedures set and I was impressed when the man went over them with me. I wish I would have gotten his name but the man who helped me today was very nice and thorough. I made a appointment for my next visit so I can get some much needed repairs done to my vehicle. Also, I could have easily been ripped off today but, the man who serviced my vehicle was honest with me so I will return and I will let other women know that the establishment is a honest one.

I was referred to this shop from another. We thought it was an electrical problem. Because STA does an overall inspection first, they found the acorns in my air box and a loose hose. Amazing. This is a very high-tech shop. They value communication with their clients, and the price was reasonable. I'll be back.

Went to two different shops that charged me for changing my oxygen sensor 3 times. Met Brandon at a professional business group and he has completely fix my car's problem in one day, he also ran a complete diagnostic on my car and it was very thorough! Very nice place family oriented. They give you a full bumper to bumper inspection and check everything and give you the results and show you pictures of everything they inspected and let you know if you have other issues too which is awesome especially these days it hard to find a mechanic like that a Lil pricey but worth it if you want honesty. Would definitely recommend this place.

They replaced the AC compressor on my car. The work was done in a very timely manner. Mr Dills was very respectful. My husband and I have only this one car. I took my car up there to get my check engine light off and they put a used body control module in it which is what I told them I wanted and now my speedometer is not working. I have to use my phone to see how fast I m going. All they was worried about was my turn signals on my dash. I wasn t worried about that I was just worried about my check engine light. So I spent $627 for them to mess it up and my check engine is still on and now my air bag light is on which it was never on before and my speedometer was working before they mess it up. On top of that my miles reader is not working and my trip meter is not working.Service: Electrical repair
