Julie has been amazing from the pre-sale with trade-in and post sale with attention to detail and follow-up. It is rare in these times to have such a conscientious person in any industry- especially the boating industry! I am glad to be part of Julie's "Port-of-Egypt" family.

Thank you to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Port of Egypt for making my first season of boating an enjoyable experience. The staff are always available and eager to answer any questions you may have. The facility and docks are immaculate and well maintained. I look forward to many more years of boating with my family knowing that Port of Egypt will be there to assist with my boating needs.

I have been boating my whole life and have had many types of boats. When i wanted another center console my brother told me about Port of Egypt and have since bought 2 new boats and sold them 2.. All transactions went perfect.. Bill the owner and his family make you feel welcomed...Mike the sales manager makes you feel like he is your friend and helps on so many ways.. I am planning on buying another and guess where i am going..Port of Egypt..I wish more businesses treated you the way they do there..Bill D

When I found myself interested in a Grady White boat in 2013, my friend (who was a manager of a completive brand of boat) recommended I go to Port of Egypt to buy a GW. To do so (55 miles) I passed 3 other GW dealers closer to my home but I'm glad I did. This has lead me to buying 3 boats over the years from POE and recommending many fellow friends and family to POE for sales, service and replacement parts.Since the beginning I have become a loyal POE customer using them for winter storage and yearly maintenance of my boat and motors.I have found them to be fair, honest, straightforward in all of our business interactions. Their staff, some of which are second and third generation members, are by far the best I've dealt with in the marine industry.In today's business world it nice to deal with people you trust, especially when it involves large sums of money which is why I trust POE with the second largest investment in my life. Love the staff and love the marina but do not like the strong arm they are doing to individuals who dock their boats there for the summer. This year (2021) regardless of whether you trailer your boat to your home for winter storage or leave at POE they are charging for winter service and storage. How disappointing. Seems like they are trying to get rid of middle class and keep only the wealthy.

Treated poorly Here, would never buy here or stay here againowners are Racist!! while we stayed to bay Test a Vesselthe owners Daughter tried to Kick Our Family out of the PoolArea because we where Black.She was unaware that we wherepaying guest and Potential Clients. We bought Our GradyExpress elsewhere, I suggest anyone reading this do the Same.

1st off let me start by saying I wouldn't give them even one star But that's the only way I can post. Last year on October 25th I brought my boat to port of Egypt to be shrink wrapped for the Winter. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the evening. The boat sat all Winter in my driveway in southold . Memorial Day weekend 2019 my family and I came out For the holiday. Saturday morning I proceeded to take the wrapper off my boat. Port of Egypt use this material they called static tapeWhich was placed over my very expensive graphics to protect it . To my surprise when I went to remove the material my graphics peeled off with this tape. It appeared as if the static tape was burned by the shrink wrap torch . Immediately I took the boat to port of Egypt where I was greeted by a young attendant who saw me peel back the tape and my lettering go with it his remark "oh s___" !! I asked him to go find somebody in charge he brought me the service manager Claudio who also saw the lettering come off with that static tape. I left the boat so they can uncover it and take off the rest of the plastic. I returned 3 hours later to find the static tape still on my boat. I was met by the manager now name will who proceeded to tell me that the static tape did not cause the damage , And proceeded to tell me it was me abusing my boat in the dock . Even when he saw it peel off. I have never been more insulted in my life needless to say I lost my mind inside their facility . And I was told to get my boat and get the f___ out . So I did exactly that I took my boat and left. Later on that evening the love of my life remembered she took pictures of my boat the morning of October 25th 2018 because she was infatuated with my name. Let me tell you the pictures show no damage to my boat. I emailed this picture's to Claudio the service manager and also to Will the manager and I even spoke to Julia and Not one of them returned my emails or a phone Julia showed 0 interest in my complaint. This is bulls___!! My brother and I spent thousands in slip rentals and fuel at their place and they will never ever get another cent from us. Do yourself a favor go to Brick Cove Marina very nice people they know how to treat people there!!
