I had a fabulous experience at Benz Express. Joseph walked me through the service schedule and the shop s service philosophy. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and learning the maintenance history of my car. He called me twice during the day (at exactly the times he said he would) to keep me updated on the service. Then, when I picked up the car, he offered to go out for a ride with me in the car to ensure that it drove to my satisfaction. I cannot imagine what he could have done to improve the service experience. Bravo! I will be back for my next maintenance.

Absolutely Professional.Mercades Benz Dealershit Can't Even Come Close To This Shop!! Pricing is Amazing!! Work Ethic, Knowledge of Mecedes Benz & IT only Took 1Day!! He went even farther when I asked him to check my foglights & parking lights . I took the car for test drive & boy, it runs brand new again. 1999 SL 500 AMG 2 Door. 77,0000 original miles.I already made plans to go back for some minor repair. What A Huge Blessing . Joe will give you the same professional knowledge and experience as the MB dealership because he used to work at the best MB dealership. He took the time to explain the issue and did a drive demo after the repair. You will know a lot more about your car after visiting Benz Express. Much more reasonably priced than dealership, great diagnostic skills and experience, personable service, and professional work. This is a go-to shop you can trust and will recommend to my friends without a doubt.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The guys over at Benz Express were excellent. They helped me diagnose and understand the issues with my MB and break down the costs for the repairs. When I opted to have the repairs completed around 3pm in person, the car was ready for pickup at 10am the next morning. I was shocked, but this seems to be their normal practice. If you need any type of auto repair or maintenance Benz Express is the place to have it done! The mechanics have vast amounts of experience having worked at the finest Benz dealerships in the Metro area! They are highly qualified and certified to not only work on all German car makers, but can repair other models as well. In my experience, finding an auto repair shop is not as simple as it sounds. After all, it s only after the complete experience you would decide if the expectation you had were actually met.A panoramic roof on my MB C300 jammed and would not operate. Once I came across Benz Express reviews and looked at their website, I made a call and scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem. This shop specializes on Mercedes Benz vehicles and they had experience with this issue. Aside from the repair estimate, they explained the repair process and provided answers to my questions in great detail. The appointment to make the repairs was scheduled for the following week to allow time for parts delivery and to set aside the time needed for this labor intensive job.The repairs were done as promised and to my complete satisfaction.I am very pleased with this business and their friendly and experienced mechanics. I will definitely take my C300 to Benz Express for maintenance and service from now on.Service: Auto sunroof glass replacement

I had my car towed there Monday they gave me an estimate and said the car would be ready Thursday. Monday afternoon they called and said they found a part that was less expensive than what they originally thought and the car was finished Monday.These guys are great. I am so happy that I found a reasonable and honest mechanic second best to winning the lottery!PJ

The guys at Benz Express are the best! I truly appreciate all the effort, assistance, and patience they had. I have been searching for a Mercedes Benz part for months now. No other mechanic -OR- dealership could get me a new part or a salvaged part. I have been without a car for over 2 months, and these guys saved the day! They got me a OEM/Mercedes-made part and were kind enough to hold it for me.Whether you have a used or brand new Mercedes - I would highly recommend taking your car here over any other place including dealerships !! They are honest and helpful, which is more than I could say for my experiences with Mercedes dealerships / MBUSA. The cost of the work was half the cost. I am always skeptical of mechanics, but these guys are legit !

Joseph @ Benz Express fit me in in a pinch, diagnosed my issue, and we made a plan to get the necessary repairs completed. I was given an estimate promptly and was extremely satisfied with the quality of work, along with the timely manner of which it was completed. Paska is the ONLY mechanic I trust with my car. I ve depended on him, for my car s maintenance, for years with nothing but praise. He is trustworthy and reliable; he works quickly and efficiently. The quality of his work is Superior; I ve never had any complaints. As a matter of fact, all the mechanics at Benz Express are great and they don t overcharge, either!Their rates are comparatively better (more reasonable) than the Dealer and/or other shops. I absolutely have no reservations in recommending Benz Express to everyone. You will definitely be pleased when you go to Benz Express for all your car s needs.

Paska (Benz Express) the best! I ve been going there for years. I ve recommended quite a few of my families and friends who still uses their services today. I ve known Paska and Sammy very well. Very honest mechanics that you don t have to worry about , if you re being ripped off like other mechanics. In fact, Paska gives exact breakdowns of parts, labor and work with his customers best as he can. Great guy!! Benz Express is a fine mechanic shop that treat you like first class no matter what. Respectful guys that knows their job and always there when you need them. I have been going to Paska for over 8 years and these guys are very trust worthy. Impeccable work and customer service, I have know complaints. I recommend Benz Express to anyone, if you have a problem call Benz Express these guys always get the drop done.

Benz Express is the most elite and proficient auto repair shop. Paska is very knowledgeable about cars/trucks/suv/van no mater the make or model. The work is fast and efficient and the prices are very reasonable. Paska & Sami have been servicing my families vehicles for over 10 years. I can not say enough good things about these two gentleman. They do fantastic work to make sure my car stays in top shape and they are a pleasure to work with. They are efficient, courteous and overall great businessman. I have been servicing multiple vehicles with Paska and Sammy for many years, which include Mercedes, BMW, and Mini Cooper. They are the most professional, capable, and dependable technicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You cannot put a price tag on the amount of knowledge and experience they have with German automobiles. They are a complete one-stop-shop. What I value the most is their honesty and integrity, which is extremely hard to find in the service industry today. He is professional, genuine, and knowledgeable about our vehicles (Mercedes and BMW) and we can always rely on him and know that we are getting the right care. Paska has been doing maintenance/repairs on my 2004 C240 from 2007 until 2019 when I upgraded (against his advice) to a newer model. Due to the upkeep of my vehicle (which was all Paska) I didn t have any major problems with it, and he was able to sell it for a more than fair price. I m more than confident that my new car will last even longer than my previous car because it s in his care. My car is under warranty and I still choose to take it to Benz Express rather than the MB dealership because I know that I m getting quality work. He s the only mechanic I entrust my vehicles to!If you re looking for a mechanic that is reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced, dedicated, diligent, and knows what he s doing then Benz Express is the place for your vehicle.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! These guys are knowledgeable, experienced, professional and trustworthy. Plus, they always charge fair prices. I have visited a long list of mechanics over the years and Paska is the best, period! I never have to come back twice for the same problem and the quality of work always exceeds my expectations. My service was amazing. My car and I were pampered like the dealer, without the dealer cost. I love the personal pick-up and drop-off service. They are very professional. They explained and showed me what was going on with my car. I liked that they told me about their options and prices to address the problem with my car and that helped me decide what to do as well as what I could afford. I just love,love,love this place. I tell all my friends about them.

It s a blessing when you find a mechanic that services your vehicle with the same quality and care they would their own. Paska and his team are excellent. I ve been using their services for more than 15 years. This is my 2nd Mercedes that the team is taking care of. Paska and Sami have been great friends of mine for a long time. Ive had the pleasure of always bringing my mercedes to them and my current toyota in for service and repairs, and i live an hour from the shop. I will continue to drive to them and refuse to find a local shop. They have earned my trust and respect. Never have i been lead wrong. Always professional and caring. Top notch customer service experience. I couldnt leave a better star rating than 5 but they deserve more. Between them its over 30 years of experience and know-how. Bring your Mercedes here!!

Benz Express is a total class act. Peter s team has performed several repairs on both of my cars. Each time, Sammy and Paska performed the required services perfectly. The rear main seal on my E55 is bone dry after thousands of miles, and my Transmission shifts as smooth as the day it was delivered from Benz. My E500 is still pulling strong after axle repairs and powertrain services. Peter has been extremely patient with me too, as he s always made himself available for any questions I have had, even outside the shop hours. What shop do you know that replies to text messages when they re closed? Only those who care about their customers! As long as I own a car, Benz or not, I ll continue to use Benz Express for my service needs.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I looked on Google to find a place that can beat my dealer's estimated break pads cost of almost $1400 on my 2018 BMW 540. And I found Benz Express at almost half the cost. They are also super professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

My mother and I have been dealing with Paska for over 10 years. Not only does he fix our cars in a timely manner, but he always gives us the best deals. He tells us what's wrong with our cars, and ONLY what's wrong. He doesn't try to milk us for every penny, or create issues that will have us coming back for more work (like all the horror stories that you hear about other mechanics). Paska and his colleagues at Benz Express are HONEST CAR MECHANICS, and that's very hard to come by. I'll never use another mechanic for any work, no matter how far I move. Benz Express and Paska are simply the best.

Love this place!!! Another garage said I needed a new transmission at the price of $3,400, I decide to get a second opinion. I took my car here and it was an air sensor which cost me $150 for parts and labor!! They were professional and courteous.
