I went to chariot about two years ago and they did a great job. I had some damage to my car from a fallen tree recently so I brought it back to them. It took close to a week for them to get the estimate to State Farm, and about three weeks in total to get the car back. I finally get the car back and there was a dent on the side that was not there when I dropped it off. Overall i am not happy with the experience and will find a different shop in the future.

Did a wonderful job on my 2023 Kia Sportage. They had it about a week more then estimated but I know that things come up and didn't stress about the extra time. My car looks back to brand new. Thank you.

Mike and his staff at Chariot Collision are the best! My son was recently in a car accident and they quickly provided direction and assistance with getting the car towed and how to deal with my insurance company. The car ended up being totaled, but their quick response and advice made a very worrisome and stressful situation go much smoother. I would highly recommend Chariot Collision Center.

Chariot Collision is the ultimate in body shop work and professionalism. My experience was top notch! My BMW was damaged badly by a deer. Mike the owner and Joe were amazing in their communication, repairs and timeliness of getting my car back for work. They went above and beyond in all regards and my car LOOKS like new AGAIN!!! Should be zero stars. I took my car there after damage to my bumper from an accident. The workmanship was sloppy such as the bumper being misaligned when placed on to the car and the paint being missed in certain areas. We were also falsely told when we picked up the car that a piece that goes on the bumper was on back order. The bumper was sloppily painted anyway. We paid the deductible and were not told prior that a $35 card processing fee was applied. Had I been told I would ve paid cash I replied. The guy couldn t care less.After taking the car home, we noticed a loud vibration noise each time the car was turned off. Both times that we notified the shop, we were pushed off and told first to put some miles on the car and then take it to a Mavis and have them see what the noise is and document its from accident . The noise was loud and unmistakable, yet they would not even investigate on their own.Upon going to a mechanic who would not look at the car to investigate and said that Chariot should be looking into it, we went to another body shop who then discovered besides the above dishonesty that the car s noise was coming from the cooling system and absolutely was from the accident. Evidence besides the noise was that there was visible damage. Insurance company agreed and thankfully everything was fixed the right way by the second shop.It seems as if this shop jacked up the estimate so they would get paid max dollars while not addressing real issues and doing sloppy work. Joe is one of the best people there is. I've never felt more comfortable leaving my car with anyone other than him. He is super helpful and knows how to best go about even the most bizarre situations ! 10/10 service. Would absolutely go there again

I am very happy to say that my family would not consider using any other shop for our auto body needs. These folks are professional; honest; and kind. They helped us out yesterday with a small item that someplace else would have blown up into a big project....THANK YOU MIKE! You were a life saver. We have brought several cars in prior to lease returns and these guys have cleaned up any problems so that when the car was turned in we have had ZERO problems. I have had 3 of my cars repaired by Chariot over the last few years. They repaired the bumper of my Volvo XC70, the fender of my Mercedes E350, and basically reconstructed the front end of my Volvo S60. I dealt with Michael the owner of the family owned shop on all 3 occasions. He was always honest and upfront about what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. Remember, shops do not control how long it takes to get parts for some cars. On all 3 visits I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair. I have never had to take a car back to have any part of a repair redone. The colors always matched perfectly, and i am very picky that way. I always recommend them to friends because I know they will do a great job and they will stand behind their work.

I want to thank Mike at Chariot. They had practically rebuilt my car due to a serious accident in 2014. The car has run smoothly ever since WITH NO ISSUES. I expected issues and there were none. Recently (2021) I had to do some regular maintenance on the car and had an issue that must have been due to the 2014 accident. I asked Mike at Chariot about it and helped me out. So I have nothing but good things to say. I have used Chariot Collision since their inception in the early 90's. They have always accomplished work quickly and with exceptional workmanship. More importantly, they guarantee their repairs for as long as you own the car. On one occasion, I needed a touch up on an old repair. They took the car in, made the repair and never made an issue of the old repair. They really stand behind their work.

My vehicle was involved in a minor accident. All damage was to the front end of the car. Shop quoted 12 days for repair, and stuck to that timeframe. Unfortunately, that's the best of what I experienced there.When I picked up the vehicle, on a Thursday, I noticed immediately that none of the panels matched evenly, and gaps were clearly off. The front bumper cover had obvious paint defects, and I could clearly see the retaining clips beneath. I was planning on returning the car to address the issues the next Monday, when the following Saturday, my car broke down on the LIE, during a torrential downpour. Had the car towed back to the shop, it took them another 10 days to change and program the engines computer. They pathetically tried to fix the gaps, but they were still off. But the best part was that my fairly new windshield, that was not damaged in the accident, or damaged after I picked up the vehicle the first time, was cracked. And there was a brand new dent to the pillar on the same side of the cracked windshield, that also was not there prior to having it returned to the shop for the second round of repairs.The personnel were very friendly, but not very clear on what needed to be done, and the timeframe for the second repair. The workmanship was terrible, and I will never recommend this shop.Update: After another 5 weeks, my car was finally repaired properly by a different shop. Chariot Collision should be shut down, and whoever is responsible for the hack job on my car, should be arrested for insurance fraud.This 'professional' repair shop glued a new bumper cover on, instead of ordering the correct one. They charged my insurance company for parts they never replaced. They melted electrical connections in place, instead of replacing the wiring harness properly.SAVE YOURSELF A 2.5 MONTH HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE.I recommend Scotsmans in Mt. Sinai, they were true professionals and repaired my car correctly. Please see the pictures of all the terrible workmanship you can expect from Chariot Collision.

Since I brought in my car for two separate incident repair, I will call them A and B. Dropped off my car for A repair. Michael told me 5days but it took them 8days. After they finished rapiring job A, they gave an estimate of 1100 for B repair. Since progressive insurance will cover for all of my expenses, they change the estimate to 1600. At this point i felt taken advantage of but I didn't say anything bc I am not paying out of pocket. Michael told job B will take 3 days but in reality it took 7days. I picked up my car at night and inspected the overall job which was done pretty well. The next morning I critically inspected the car and found dust all over the cabin (see pics). In my opinion, the car may smell like paint which is expected but the layer of dust in the entire cabin was not satisfying. I had to pay for a cabin cleaning at the local detailing shop. Other things that I noticed were wrong were the side mirror (no power), speaker (no sound), paint chip right rear bumper, warped paint on inner door jam, and white paint on inner door panel (see pics).Edit: I originally gave them 2 stars but after bringing my car back i added one more star, to be 3 stars. They did repair the paint chip, warped paint, white paint on door panel. Although this time there was no dusty cabin, there were polishing fluid dropplet sling in the areas of touch up. They just can't seem to get it right. They, ofcourse, denied any wrong doing to the speaker and side mirror so Geico told me to go to another shop to handle it.

Let's just say kudos to Joe who is the owner of the shop if you are ever in a collision and need your car repaired take it to Chariot Collision and if the insurance company is a headache Joe knows exactly how to deal with with these insurance companies and get your car back up and running on the road

They fixed my vehicle some time ago from a tree that had fallen on the hood. Very little damage but it needed to be replaced. Timing was a little off as it took longer than I expected but overall I had a great experience here. Everyone was very professional.

The only place to go to get your car worked on. Amazing customer service, quick responses and fair pricing. I've had a handful of cars fixed here and they all came out excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I guess thats why I always see high end cars here too. Chariot does quality work.

Work half way done. Owner will cheat, lie, try to sell you stories. Prepare yourself to bring your car there many times over to get it right. If you come unexpectedly youll notice parts will be more likely glued then replaced. No pride in genuine work.
